This how they replaced the battery and came back and said they never touched that loose nut and melted a hole into the battery. They replaced the battery but said he wouldn't replace the junction box and walked awaySo watch out when you get work doneThe junction box is 160 plus tax had to pay for it myself

Best place in town. Fixed my lawnmower starter on the spot.Update, I can't add another star to my last review but I would. Took two hydraulic cylinders by this morning to get seals replaced. It wasn't but a couple hours later he had them ready. I came home and put them on. This means no down time for the tractor and the cows won't miss a meal.

He's always so helpful, does excellent work, and his shop is easy to get to, enter, and exit. He'll also recommend other businesses if he doesn't have what you're looking for. I admire and appreciate this business practice.

If i could have rated this place a 0 star rating, I would've.The owner is VERY RUDE. Refused us service after going up there to follow up on a problem they had originally diagnosed on their diagnostic machine the day before.Worst auto shop experience ever!Never in my life have I ever been treated with such disrespect. They dont want my business, thats just fine. I'll take my business and money elsewhere.

Brought in my lawn mower starter. Russell was with me in a couple minutes. He took one look at my starter and informed me if he could fix it it would be between $30-$60. If he could not he had a new one for $120. I told him the Cub Cadet place in Sulphur Springs wanted $181 for a new one. He said that was too much.He walked to his bench, opened up the starter and announced he could fix it for $40, come back in an hour and pick it up.I'm glad my father-in-law recommended Russell's.

Alternator wasn't charging my battery. A man from work mentioned Russells'.. Chevy dealership wanted to sell me a new delphi (which they didn't have in stock so it was going to be shipped, (2002 chevy V6)) for 400$$$ and since the part was so expensive they took a business card wrote a name on it and 90$ labor fee... They were going to give me a discount on labor since the part was so expensive. I drove off in my truck because I was getting to the alternator to charge if I floored the gas to get the RPM's up. I called up Mr. Russell (He answered the phone) told me he had a rebuild in stock and to come on up they and they'd fix me up. I'm not mechanically inclined so they took the alternator off and put the rebuilt one on for me. (labor charge 60$) The rebuilt alternator was 85$ with a one year warranty. I was in and out in 20 mintues... Oh and Mr. Russel did the labor himself because his mechanics were tied up at the moment with other customers!

I work for precinct one in Delta county we go there to get some hydraulic hoses fixed repaired and to pick up batteries for equipment pretty reliable fast service respectable and polite I would recommend
