Got new tires and an alignment while only waiting an hour. Very pleased with the service and wait time on a busy day. Tire shop visits are my least favorite thing so this was relieving to have a great experience at this shop.

I couldn t ask for better service at Roadrunner! Mike is the new owner and I m all for supporting local business s and Mike makes sure that you re well taken care of! You can t go wrong with Roadrunner! I ll happily do business here time and time again!

My wife needed a front end alinement, but she did not need it they inspected her tires and that was the reason her car seemed like she need an alinement but she needs new tires and to us her tires looks good but they were not....thank you Road Runner Service and tire center we will see you all soon

This tire shop SAVED US on our anniversary weekend. An hour into our drive from Dallas to Broken Bow, we got a flat tire (about 2:15pm). AAA tow truck driver couldn't get to us until 4:15pm, and we were still 45min from Paris. Tire shops close at 5pm.We called Road Runner to let them know we were on the way, and they agreed to wait for us to arrive before closing shop. We arrived at 4:58pm, they plugged our tire free of charge, and by the time I walked out of the office to say thanks, the workers were gone.It was like some magic tire angels saved our day, never to be seen again. That being said, next time we're in Paris, we're definitely dropping by to send our thanks once more.This great tire shop reminds us that small town businesses are the heart of America... And we always try to support local businesses for this very reason.

We had a blowout on our truck and they turned our stressful and frustrating situation around. The lady (i am terrible with names) was very helpful and friendly. She visited with us while we waited and was just the nicest most helpful person. The prices on the tires weren t bad either. We love our new tires!

I had my car towed to Road Runner Service and Tire with a starting issue. The trouble was with my battery and they were able to have my car ready that afternoon. Their rates are reasonable and their employees are cordial.

Hats off to this business! They sure know how to gain customers for life. They are honest about wait time, services that need to be done OR not done, and the service charges. The mechanics and rest of the staff were incredibly polite. I usually make my husband or sons take my vehicle in to be worked on as most repair shops treat women without respect, but not here. I am so glad to have found this place. THANK YOU!

I've talked to them on the phone a few times prior to today's visit and they were always friendly. Came in for an oil change and witnessed them go above and beyond for other customers. Very friendly and genuinely cares about their customers. They even complimented my children on how well they were behaving, which was really nice for them to hear. I won't go anywhere else for oil changes or what not. Very happy and highly recommend!

We were passing through and had a tire with a slow leak. They fixed it very quickly and did not charge for their service. Very nice clean waiting area and fast and friendly service!

My husband, son, and I stopped in last Friday, right before a holiday weekend, for 4 new truck tires. They were friendly, efficient, and quick and we were so grateful for their wonderful service! Highly, highly recommend.

Driving back from Oklahoma with my family heading home from spring break. we had a tire blowout on our trailer. We searched for the nearest repair shop and Road Runner Service & Tire without a second thought came to our aid. Very sweet, professional and fast service. We bought new tires for our van and they did a great job of getting them mounted and put on for a good price. Then they returned the spare tire (which was on the car) to it's proper place and put away the Jack pieces. They were careful not to get the van dirty in any way. I would recommend this company to anyone.

We brought in our mercury mountaineer after a wreck on the icy roads as soon as we walked in we knew we were in the right place. They treated us like family. They had my car fixed in no and the price was well below what I was thinking it was going to be. This company exudes honesty and integrity.

Super people! Excellent service. I helped get some used tires here for an elderly neighbor. I had a flat soon afterward. I took the tire back not knowing what was wrong. I had picked up a nail on the way to another town. These people insisted on fixing the tire at no cost. Even though we all knew the problem was not theirs. Just to help an old lady. Thank you! You earned two loyal customers.

We were passing through to Dallas and had a low pressure sensor light. They checked our truck tiresand suggested they take it off and check it. Sure enough they found a screw in the tire. They repaired it and had us back on the road in less than 30 minutes. Such nice guys! They would have all our business if we lived in Paris!!

Caring, knowledgeable and a fun place to spend my money!My AC wasn't working so they looked at it. Told me I had a freon leak somewhere. Gave me freon to get me home in the AC (hour drive). I took it back when it went out again and they were able to find the location of the leak and fix it!They even came to my place of employment to pick me up and bring me back to the service station!Now I'm here for tires and Dustin helped me pick out good, safe and reliable tires for all my highway travels.I enjoy coming in and working with these fine folks, even though I'm spending money! :)

Great service TODAY! I called many other auto repair shops today to repair my work truck to find out it would be a 4 hour or two day wait... I called Road Runner and they had me up and going in 1 HOUR!!!! That included a major front end Repair!!! Great people, Great environment, honest and up front.

Took my car here and they patched my tire but to come find out they shouldn t of. It kept losing air so I took it back to VW and they said there was two holes next to one another and I could of blown my tire out. Do not go here if you value your life and if you have a car you want to keep nice. You would think that if they work with tires all day they wouldn t miss something as important as this. Never returning to this place and y all should stay away too

Road Runner is a great place for your car care. If you are just passing through and need help, or if you are a local resident in need of car maintenance or repair. What I like most is that they make sure you have all that you need and nothing that you don't. The staff is friendly and will take care of your car as if it was their own.

Honest people. Won't charge you for work you don't need. I personally saw mechanics come in twice and tell customers they didn't need new brakes or other extra work done that they could have easily just done it and charged for it.

I would like to thank Scott and his team for helping me on a trip to Florida when I had a flat tire passing through Paris Texas. I was lucky to call Scott first after I had a flat. He sent an truck to pick me up and called a friend who operated a towing service to have my car towed into his shop. The tire was an odd size and required ordering so he gave me a ride the local Enterprise rental agency which allowed me to continue on my trip. While I was on my trip Scott had the tire delivered and mounted and serviced my car all at a very fair price. Scott also serviced my car while I was gone and stored it inside for over a week. To top it off, Scott offered to meet me at his shop on Sunday when the shop is normally closed to deliver the car to me so I could finish my trip to Tulsa. I cant tell you how pleased I am with my experience with Road Runner Service & Tire and would recommend doing business with Scott to anyone.Michael FonkTulsa, Ok

Horrible communication between the staff. I had tires ordered and told them I needed those and an alignment. Told me they couldn't do the alignment because they weren't told by woman at front desk. Didn't care that I took my business elsewhere completely. Not good business.

I take my vehicle to Ronnie and Regi for ALL my automotive needs! They have took care of mine and my family's vehicles for over 20 years. Very friendly and professional. In my opinion they are #1 auto repair and tire needs store in Lamar County! Keep it up ROAD RUNNER

If you're looking for a place that has an HONEST attitude, treats their customers with respect and won't try to "up-sell" everytime you need something done, then you NEED to go to Road Runner Tire & Service Center! I've been to the big box shops that always seem to find several extra things that "need" to be done, some of which I knew didn't, because I just did them, but I like knowing when I take my vehicles to Road Runner they get it done right. If something else is found, they always let me know what it is and its up to me at that point. I have a huge problem with shops that up-sell to anyone, but especially ladies that bring their vehicles in for service and Road Runner is NOT one of those places. Don't hesitate and don't be a tool, just go to Road Runner!

This shop is one of the last few honest shops around. Had multiple errors code and they helped to quickly diagnose and fix the issue while keeping the price low. Would definitely recommend to all friends and family. So dont hesitate to let them see what they can do to help you out.

We have been customers of Ronnie and Reggie for years. We've always had great courteous service. Today was a shining example of thier dedication to their customers. I had a flat tire while parked at work. A very nice young man..an employee at Roadrunner, Rylan, was so polite and helpful came and got my tire. Fixed it. Got it back on my car before end of work. Thank you Rylan, and thank YOU Ronnie, for calming me during my meltdown while on the phone with you. You guys are the best.. !!!!
