We have purchased tires for two vehicles from this location and the service was excellent. On the most recent purchase Cheyenne was very knowledgeable about the tires and even found a set that had more mileage for less. The only critic I have is they need a faster way to fix tires as we had to wait almost two hours for my husband s tire to be fixed that had a nail in it.

Shyann was very friendly, and helped me find some tires. They had them in stock and had them put on my car in no time. Kecia was very nice and helped me with an affordable payment plan. I highly recommend RNR Tire Express and will be glad to do business with them again.

Everything was good at first getting the rims and payments are very affordable. Then I went to get an alignment and now my truck won t go no where. My vehicle was running perfectly fine before I took it in for an alignment. The technicians are not certified and they don t even do a full alignment just toe in and toe out. I am not happy. Technicians are people off the street with little to no experience.They deny doing anything wrong so here I am stuck paying for a set of rims and tires on a truck I can t even drive anymore.

Don't know how you stay in business if you only offer a service to people who buy from you. Brought in 2 BRAND NEW tires and they refused to mount them because I didn't buy them there. I buy my tires in bulk because I use a lot of them and it saves me some money. Which it now makes sense why they had no customers and every other shop was swamped.

I can t even begin to express how impressed and pleased I am with the service I received from this team! The entire team was amazing to say the least, but Shyann went above and beyond to help me get the best looking tires for the best price. Not only that, i had a bad headlight and she went far beyond her duties & helped me fix my vehicle on her even tho she absolutely did not have to. She was so sweet and so genuine and I will for sure be takin all my wheel and tire business to her and so should you!

I went in to get a tire sensor replace, and the broken a stud on my tire. The general manager told me to come back on Wednesday for the to fix it. When I got there they told me I had to set an appointment up which I had one today, but they didn t get the parts and said they got one tech and don t have the time to send on my truck to fix it. They have a good first impression, but they showed their true self s.

Brand new business that just opened in Paris, TX a quarter mile from my home. My truck tire found a roofing screw causing a slow leak. Stopped by and requested they patched my $175 Firestone Destination truck tire. The two employees who do the actual work were wonderful people but the store manager ruined the entire experience. A young man who came out with this tired story on how he works under a corporate umbrella and that he is not permitted to patch my tire due to the liability of a potential blow-out that the Department of Transportation would then investigate and hold him accountable. But I have these nice new tires I could sell you instead. Sure, hold that thought, I'll be right back. Drove the three miles to Castillo's Tire Shop located at 1651 S. Church St. where they happily patched my tire for $15. World class customer Service once again provided by Castillo's Tire shop, doing the little jobs that the bigger businesses can't be bothered with.

They were so nice! I just needed my air checked on one of my outer duals on my truck and they checked and filled them all. Not an easy task! They wouldn't take payment... I will be back when I need to purchase something they sell. Very nice people!!!

Great customer service!! Very very friendly and respectful customer care. They definitely know how to talk to the customers, I came in today to just take a look and these guys and gals got me to take a set of wheels and tires home with a great price.

So my brother had a blowout on us vehicle and completely destroyed his ram him company was able to help him same day. They were able to replace all of his friends and all is tired. Already knew they were able to set up a payment plan and it was so fantastic especially when you re tight on money my brother only had to pay seven dollars of the day it happened and then they also follow this out to the location of the blowout and we were able to see were able to help us change the tire. Super amazing. Highly recommend this company. Very very good.

The customer service was great the staff really cared about what you want and help to find the perfect tire and rim you want and they also have a great payment plan it was just an overall amazing place definitely will be going there more often

I wasn't really expecting great service even when I responded to the ad I come across on Social media. I'm so glad they were so persistent to get me in for some new tires. There's a lot more I can say about them but it will definitely be a 2 page letter. Just go in a check them out you will will not be disappointed at all. The whole staff makes you feel like home. By the way let them know I referred you to check them out.

Whitney in the office was exceptionally sweet and friendly and I was just amazed how the gentleman who helped us came out and asked what we needed and told us to wait inside and help ourselves to coffee or water and even a charging port if we needed to while he pulled our car right in. Super Fast and Super Friendly!

Vacation time is coming and I need new tires. I can't afford to pay out a big sum of money. I stopped in to RNR in Paris, TX. Ms Whitney was at the door waiting. Awesome group of folks helped us out.
