I bought a Side X Side here 12/8/23 Brad took the time to answer. All my questions and showed me things about the machine I wouldn't have known. He even through in an oil change kit valued at ove $50 Very good customer service.

Excellent staff, always friendly and willing to help. Told them exactly what I wanted and they got it done for me. Known these guys for years but it was my first time buying a bike from them. Quick and easy process.

Wow! What great people!I was riding through on a long motorcycle tour and was in Paris and picked up a screw in my rear wheel.I stopped in the shop thinking I was going to be stranded waiting to order a tire, but nope, they got me running in no time with a very fair price.Just good honest people there!I really can't as them enough!

They took us right in to do our fuel pump issues. And other four wheelers not purchased from them they have serviced as well. Very knowledgeable and honest.

Outstanding service! Friendly, helpful, and ready to help in any way. Brought my mule in to get serviced and have cab enclosure installed at 4:00pm. Let them know I was in no hurry. Had it ready before noon the next day!

Dropped my bike off in June. I would call to check on it weekly they would said the guy is on vacation. Finally got it in August and only thing done was front tire replaced. The bike still wasn't running. Took it to a BETTER shop with in a week they got my bike running. Why couldn't they figure this out that it was spark plugs and water in tank. They won't EVER have to worry about me bringing it back there for anything. Thanks for failing me.

I'm new to Texas and I have dealt with this company 3 times but I won't again. They have fixed my problem each time, never in the time they said and NEVER at the price they quoted. I am very disappointed in the service they provided this last time. Bikes are constantly needing repairs, I have made peace with this idea and will be looking for a shop that will be honest and trustworthy as well as timely. I would rather spend money knowing that the people have integrity and quality customer service. I definitely DO NOT recommend this company.

Straight shooters and I forgot to remind them of 4 little rivets so they are going to mail them to me. Of the other dealers I've been to none compared to Paris service

Quick and easy loan process and very helpful staff! This is our 2nd time buying a CF Moto from them. Today, when we were leaving with our bike, we heard a noise from our truck and were inspecting it. 2 employees came out and figured it out and fixed the problem so we could safely drive home. Definitely recommend! Thank you so much!

Been my shop for a year now. They have everything from bike to all accessories. Lubes and tires are always in stock. Great group of guys. All of them drops everything to assist you at the door. Short noticed picked up my ZX14 right on the spot. Prices are great. They show what needs to be fixed and price it out in person no guessing games. All guys had the same price range when I called and in person. These guys are the real deal! They love they're work and it shows.

Kawasaki In Paris Texas is a Super Excellent Choice if you re looking for any type ATV or UTV . We bought our Mule from them last year and those folks are Awesome !! We are Very Satisfied With our salesman Jeff !! He is a Wonderful Sales Rep he s friendly, helpful and knows his stuff about what he s selling his customers. So go in and see the Big Selection they offer and ask for Jeff! Everyone is so helpful including Don and Rod ! Thanks Guys for all your help!! Vance and Donna Wiggins

I have bought two brand new Suzuki motorcycles from this dealership and before buying each one I spent time looking at bikes and talking too the staff. I was never pressured to buy a particular bike or to even buy a bike from them. After purchasing each bike a staff member explained thoroughly about the bike and answered ever question I had. These guys give excellent service! I will never buy from another dealership.

Bought my Kawasaki Teryx here, great staff, super helpful and the prices were right, they did not try to Nickel and Dime me to death. Prices were much lower than other dealers I visited. Would defiantly buy from here again.

Told the man on the phone that I needed an oil plug that takes a 17 m. Socket he said he had one in stock so I went down there to get it but it was a 13/16. Wasn't even metric!
