There is a lot of turnover here with employees. I am thankful that Justin and Shelby survive. Service and parts have always done us great, hands down better than anyone in Dallas. We drive the hour plus because they are good, fair, and to date, have never let us down.

Bought my latest bike here but last visit was just to stop and warm up. Service has always been good and plenty of stock to look at. Pretty good supply of gear to try out as well. Would recommend to anyone looking.

Beautiful new store and looking forward to seeing it continue to grow. To the two ladies in merch, thank you for greeting my son and I and taking such good care of us. My son loved the mesh jacket that we picked up while we were there. The 2 custom bikes parked inside were awesome. Looking forward to seeing y all again when we attempt to set the world record again!

Very nice dealership. Stopped in on the was back from Tusla Oklahoma to buy a poker chip. Had a nice selection of bikes.The little cute girl behind the counter was very friendly and hooked me up with a neat poker chip.

Recently went to Texas for a visit. Stopped in at Paris harley. This is a great group of people that will go more than out of the way to get you the right deal. Love dealing with billy jack. Service department was great at meeting my expectations. Would definitely buy from these guys again.

I took off from Amarillo, TX at 2:00 AM and 400 miles later I arrived at an amazing little Harley dealership in Paris, TX to make my bike purchase. I dealt with upwards of 15 dealerships looking for the best trade-in value on my bike along with the best price on a new purchase and Paris H-D nailed it. The staff was great and Keith was a pleasure to deal with throughout the purchase. Bekah won't admit it, but she's a true sweetheart that made the paperwork part of the deal easy to deal with and I would not hesitate to send anyone interested in Harley Davidson down to Paris to make a deal and have great memories for the road!

Very nice, friendly and clean from front to back. Restrooms, waiting area, shop and plenty to look at. Very informative and knowledgeable parts and service. Thanks I will return and plan on winning the harley quilt.

What an amazing dealership they are, I drove an hour and a half just to do my deal with them on my super glide. I traded in two bikes on the one and was more than happy with the prices I was given and what was left owed out the door on the one I got. They are an MSRP dealership so the prices aren t jacked through the roof, they re family owned and take the time to do you right. It doesn t feel like a big corporate ordeal where you re just a number, I felt like a friend when I walked in the door. The process was insanely easy, some dealerships make you jump through more hoops to finance something than you re willing to do. Not Paris, they made it look easy. Thanks again! I will be back when it s time to get a new one!

Amazing dealership. Showroom floor has so many different motorcycles for all riding types. Highly recommend taking a few minutes just to check out the toys they have to offer.

I ve bought two bikes from mike at this dealership and loved the experience.He was super helpful and I left with the bike I wanted. Mike is no longer there and I went to this dealership for a third bike Joseph Smith was my salesman we found the bike I wanted contract was signed and when I showed up to pick the bike up I found someone who had showed up that morning driving off in my bike. He proceeded to try and sell me a bike I did not want and is so arrogant to still be texting me. I will never buy another bike from this dealership or any dealership that hires this salesman.

We did a toys for tots motorcycle ride from Texarkana to Paris. Our final destination was here it was great, and the children got to see Santa had a great turn out thanks Harley Davidson for your support.

They have a good inventory of new and used motorcycles as well as dirt bikes, mopeds, trikes and atvs. They have a decent amount of merchandise, too. All the employees were courteous and helpful!

Staff was fantastic for the Bring it Home Parade. Dealship is huge with plans to expand. Clothing section had a great selection. They just need to have dealship magnets but besides that they were perfect.

I'm absolutely blown away by the Harley service department, Justin is very friendly and knowledgeable and will do whatever it takes to earn your business and keep you happy, I'd bought a bike from longview, after they had my bike for 5 weeks and didn't even look at it I went to pick it up on a Wednesday, Justin had his delivery guy pick up my bike Friday and had it fixed Saturday and delivered it to me Monday morning. Absolutely amazing service!! They will keep my business for sure!!!

100% satisfied. We were riding for the Grand Tour when the bike started leaking oil. We were able to get the PHD and they took in the bike, actually had the parts and serviced in under and hour. THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH.Great customer service all around, I was able to charge my phone, got a discount on some clothes and chilled in the waiting room. Xoxo

I stopped in on my way home to Houston and everyone was really friendly. There was a girl working there who looked like somebody's granddaughter, cuter than a button. Great customer service, would definitely recommend.

Bought a beautiful triglide today, Chris Felts is the man!, had a nice ride home. Rode like a dream. Pleasure doing business with these good folks. Deal went smooth as glass, highly recommend this Harley dealer. Would not hesitate to do business with again

Unexpected bike trouble just outside of Paris with my group of 5 riders heading to Arkansas, so we pulled into Harley. Complete charging system had gone bad. '06 Roadking classic. Justin and the service team gave me options and did their best to fit me in their overbooked schedule. They set realistic expectations on the job. We hung out in the comfy waiting room sofa as they went over and above to get us back on the road 4 hours later. And the final price was less than the original quote! Can't say enough about their hospitality, honesty and professionalism. 5 stars! thank you!

Husband had 2 bikes in for repairs. Service a joke, took months to get work done & not done well. Newer bike came back scratched. Other bike missing a screw on cover, this bike was being sold & it had been on bike when taken in. Service claimed that model did not have 3 screws in cover. After a while they agreed to replace it, over 2 months since they claimed they mailed it, still don't have. When we went into service the guy lied about entire process. Will never use them again.
