Zakk Whittington definitely aims to please!! I came in with a set of numbers, what we was looking for, and with a fews minor tweaks of negotiations, he DELIVERED and then some! I am definitely someone that NEVER buys at my first stop, but I truly in the few weeks we d been looking online, couldn t find a better deal than Paris ford! Set my kids up with food and even a lil candy while we waited!! Top notch service!

I took my F-150 to the service department this morning with a minor concern. Mr Figgins was very helpful & understanding about my issue. The service tech was also friendly & helpful, though I did not get his name. They showed me the problem once it was identified they resolved the issue in a timely manner & got me back on the road. Keep up the good work!

I purchased this Raptor from Paris Ford in Texas from Zakk Whittington.I have purchased many vehicles over the years and this was one of the best buying experiences that I have ever had. It was painless, easy, and Zak could not have been more professional. There were absolutely no surprises, and he was completely transparent about the whole transaction. He communicated extremely well through the whole process and afterwards. I purchase, on average, a vehicle a year. This is the worst experience ever. The salesmen are great in the used cars, but the manager (David) looks and acts like he just got out of prison. He won t allow price discussions over the phone in an attempt to get you hooked, up charge and overcharge. Don t waste your time with this place. Read through these reviews, this is a common experience with these people.

Been getting maintenance done on my F150 here for the past two years. Service is always excellent! Almost always get in and out in an hour or less, but even when they're running behind they are very good about keeping you updated. Parts department is excellent as well!

Wouldn t take a vehicle from here if they gave it to me! Filled out information on line requesting information on a vehicle. Salesman Austin contacted me at 8:45. I told him to send me interior pictures and buyers order. 11:45 i finally received the buyers order to send to the bank. I informed the salesman hold the truck because I had already had 3 sold out from under me, and that I had previously that week been approved for the vehicle amount on another truck so it shouldn t take long. Last spoke with him at 4:20 that day. First thing the next morning I made contact with him again . No response all day, contacted the dealership and a sales woman told me it had been sold. Still tried to make contact with Austin only to see him ignoring my messages ( because his read receipts were on) finally he gets the gumption to call and say the truck sold only 2 hrs after we talked. When asked why I wasn t contacted He said he was busy, I informed him it was horrible Buisness. He then had the audacity to try and sell me another unit! To which I then informed him I would be leaving a review and hung up.15 minutes later he seems to be not so busy and called me back trying to apologize and waist more of my time

It is a pleasure coming for service with the ever helpful and assistance of our service advisor Russell. He is always kind, parent, courteous, informative and knowledgeable. (*second vehicle services)I would like to add that our service provider "Russell" is the absolute best . He very efficient, thorough, courteous, knowledgeable and informative and makes having your vehicle service pleasurable rather than a nuisance. Business is seamless and smooth. Worst experience ever! Had car towed to dealership February 14 due to cracked flex plate (which is a Ford recall). Only communication was when my husband would call to check on progress. "Part is 2 days out" Then same response multiple times, "waiting on part, will get right on it when we receive it". Part arrives, then "it will not be repaired until the end of the week". Friday comes, "it will be Monday".3 weeks, 5 days later and $1,500, we finally got our vehicle back.How this business has a 4.3 rating is beyond me. If I could give a zero Star I would.

Do not do business with Paris Ford Lincoln. Absolutely the worst experience. I bought a 2017 Escape in October of 2022. 2 days after I purchased the car it overheated. I took it back and they had messed up the motor. It took them 6 months to replace the motor in the car. I finally get it back, had it about 6 months, IT BROKE DOWN AGAIN. I had to haul it back to the dealership. They made me purchase a new key fob, replaced the power train module (ended up not even being the issue), then replaced the crankshaft censors. That cost me $500. It took them 2 months to do that. As I was driving the car back home, the engine light came on and it broke down again. They have my car now after I had to haul it down there again and the motor is messed up yet again!!! I do not want to vehicle anymore because of all the issues but they aren't willing to make it right. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

I contacted the salesman I had previously spoke with, and found out that he was terminated on his daughter s first birthday, for requesting a Saturday off and attending her party. After the salesman also worked his off day during the week to compensate.What a total shame on them!I was told the manager would not conduct a deal over the phone or even give me numbers, I would have to drive the 2 hours there and just hope it all panned out before they would give me the time of day. Shady shady business and sales tactics. Tons of sketchy attempts at manipulating numbers and upcharging. I could say 1000 things about my bad experience.This dealership does not care about their customers, or their employees.Will never attempt them again.

Russell F[Service Advisor] at Ford Motor in Paris Tx. Russell, Russell, Russell is Outstanding ,Patient and Kind as usual. Meaning he goes above and beyond with the care of the customer and your vehicle needs. He is very attentive and make sure your vehicle is done correct. Whatever your needs are and questions. Russell make sure its all checked off and let you know it's done before u leave. I also want to Thank the Gentlemen that work on Big Boy [my truck] they are Amazing. The staff is always nice and polite. Thank all of you for keeping us Safe on the road.

I have not been having the experience everyone else has been having unfortunately especially as a first time buyer, the financing manager has failed to give me my documents I signed that I have been asking for a week now and they won t give it to me until I bring the car back, once I do they want to put me into another car I don t want. I have attempted to contact the general manager but no response to my emails. And I can t get ahold of the financing manager. It s a bunch of back and forth and I m tired. I will probably return my car and get my money back and go elsewhere. I have tried to be patient about their mess up on paperwork but I m at my wits end with this one. They also will not tell me the reason why they want the car back as well. I hope this is doesn t happen to others but I hope it gets resolved soon.

We were driving home from Oklahoma to Boerne and had car trouble in Paris. We called your dealership and Crystal Spence recommended a towing company which responded quickly.Crystal, the service manager and technicians took excellent care of us and our vehicle and we were able to continue our trip with minimal delay.We appreciate your service and hospitality. Recently purchased a used 2023 Buick Encore GX from this dealership, absolutely love the car, and our salesman was absolutely awesome, Christian Cheek absolutely hit it out of the park with his friendliness, kindness, and understanding through it all, being willing to help with the search for over a year and a half, and was very helpful in learning the features of the car, would highly recommend asking for Mr. Christian at Paris Ford Lincoln for your next vehicle purchase, good selection, and a great salesman to help with the buying process.

Special ordered a 2023 Ford Maverick on September 19, 2023. Was contacted by the salesman Jeff who texted me to let him know my order was in. After we arrived we sat at Jeff s desk. He left his desk and brought back a quote that did not match the original price. $ 35770.00. The new quote was $ 43935! The sales manager Mitch the sales manager was upset I did not trade my 2022 Maverick on new 2023. He claimed I had agreed to trade in the 2022 on the 2023. I requested a trade value from my salesman Jeff the day before I sold my 2022 Maverick to carvana on March 7th 2023, he did not want do one at that time so I sold the truck to Carvana.Paris Ford was given a chance to give me a trade value before I went to Carvana. I had been told by my salesman Jeff numerous times special orders were sold at MSRP. Mitch the sales manager told me they would not sale at the MSRP since I did not trade my 2022 Maverick on on the 2023 that had been ordered by me and my wife. There is nothing in writing about any agreement to trade my 2022 Maverick on the 2023. After discussing the order with the order with the sales managers we were told they would not be doing business with us and asked us to leave. Which we did.

Zak and the Paris Ford team are a great resource for getting a custom ordered truck. They have the order slots to put your truck at top of list. Came to Zak after wasting time at an "all hat, no cowboy" city dealer. Ordered from Paris Ford in November and delivered from Kentucky line 11 weeks later! Very professional!

Paris Ford was great. Desiree was great with customer service! I had taken my F-150 to another dealership 3 different times and the problem kept happening. They also kept my truck for about a week. Paris Ford found the problem the first day, ordered the part, and fixed it. I drove it home and the problem did not occur again. I've found a new place to take my truck for serive.......Paris Ford!

John Davis is amazing! I enjoyed the hunt for my new Bronco working with him. He asked me what features I needed, what I wanted, and my nice to have s. Then he photographed and documented every unit he could get in. After about 3-4 weeks, we were able to get everything I d asked for: color, trim, interior and even a few surprise bells and whistles. I d recommend anyone shopping for a vehicle to see him. He is patient, respectful, and low-pressure. I intend to tell anyone looking for these hard-to-find vehicles to get with him, FIRST.**Update: First trip into some back country playing around. Buffalo Nat l River

Zakkary did a great job with communication on a long distance used auto inquiry and kept in communication throughout the week until I was able to travel. Zakkary made sure I knew the jeep was still available each evening when they closed at 7pm, even on his day off, so I would know before driving 3+ hours to drive it and purchase. Zakkary made sure I knew they would not hold the vehicle for me, should someone else arrive and want it before i arrived. I was able to send pictures of my trade in to have managemwnt evaluate before driving. I made sure I showed up first thing in the morning when they opened at 9am to drive and purchase.
