When life throws unexpected hurdles your way, angels like Mr. Kim Ledbetter appear! Stranded with a jammed parking brake and no time to spare before school pickup, I was starting to lose hope... That is until this incredible man stepped in not only offering guidance over the phone but selflessly arriving at my doorstep to personally drive me to 3 different schools and back home while ensuring that my children and I had smiling faces.He even assisted in getting my car running smoothly again afterwards. So grateful for kind-hearted members of our community like him who go above and beyond.

Really disappointed with this shop. Had my pickup in for some work to be done. While I'm waiting (10 days for my repairs) some idiot drives through the lot and wrecks into 4 vehicles, one of them being mine. I was told that they are not resopnsable for the damage and I would have to take that up with the gentlemen who hit my truck. Don't trust these guys with your vehicles people. They don't seem to care about their customers. Bad buisness in my opinion. I feel cheated for sure...

This is our first time buying from Paris Chevrolet. We came here to buy, because their service department treated us so well. Approximately 4 years ago, I was in a pickle. I had a family emergency out of state. I had a flat and our lug lock was lost. They got me fixed up and on the road in less than an hour, on a Saturday. We decided right then, if we ever purchased a Chevy, it would be from Paris. Lo and behold, we decided to buy and they had the exact truck we were looking for. We were destined to be a Paris Chevrolet customers!!

We noticed a paint chip in the truck we ended up buying. They said they would give us a paint pen that matched the color to fill it in. They didn't have one on hand, so they said they'd have to order one and mail it to us. It's been over a month now, and we still don't have it. I'm not expecting them to follow through on their word based on the back and forth we've had with them.They replied saying they ordered the paint pen, but I doubt it. It's been 2 months, and we still don't have it.

If I could leave a negative review, I would! Their service department is a complete rip-off! Don t take your vehicle here before calling somewhere else! They cant look up to see if items are under warrantee unless you pay to have a diagnostic, and if you get it fixed there they still charge the diagnostic. Not at any of the other reputable chevy houses.

This was my 4th car buying experience and by far the absolute best. The salesman was so professional. Straight to the point, did not waste my time. Very helpful. Finance was quick and easy which is never something I see at car dealerships. All around best experience

I bought a truck here last month. After the purchase, I realized the two key FOBs they gave me were for driver #2 & #3. All of the seat and memory features only work with keys programmed for #1 & #2. When I asked them to help get the #3 key re-programmed to #1, they told me I'd have to pay for it. I assumed spending $60K with them would get me the right keys to the truck. Apparently not at Paris Chevy GMC.

I was dropping my vehicle for an oil change bc I was going on a trip. They told me to hang on that they might could work it in quick. In about 30 mins the service guy came and told me it was done. It was a nice experience.

Very easy experience. I flew from Memphis and they picked me up from airport in Dallas and brought me to the dealership to pick it up and was out in 30 minutes. Best experience I ve ever had.

The service manager racially profiled A very prominent YouTuber a question ? Why didn t you get the work done in Dallas . The question he asked him I never personally heard at a dealership and I own several trucks and stopped at many dealerships across the US . he responded my truck was stolen and they disabled the onstar and as a business owner I took my vehicle to where I trust the work to be done the manager just went to a whole range of questions asked for his license proof of ownership you have to watch the video he was recorded being a jerk .Suggamanonnat is his you tube this will go viral he collabs with 700 k viewers his story is definitely going viral.
