Aside from the lack of communication mostly due to progressive insurance and their sorry selves. I am completely satisfied they did everything allowed by the ins . company . Great service in person phone skills lacking . As long as ya got the time to stop in and check on things your in great hands . If you are depending on the phone for communication I recommend not using them.

The part wasn't available for several months, but when it finally came in, it was repaired quicker than expected. The car was very clean when it was picked up. Customer service was very good, friendly and efficient.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Terrible service. Bad quality and they take too long. I would not recommend and they never call you back for updates.

Very friendly and courteous service. They were flexible with scheduling since I needed my car back as soon as possible. I planned on cleaning my car after I picked it up, but to my surprise it was cleaned inside and out. Will do business with them again.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

They did excellent work on my vehicle. The detailing after the repair was beyond great. My truck looked brand new. Kudos to the detailer.

Called 1st time and spoke to receptionist about getting a estimate for my Van. Wind had blown open the door and near ripped it off. She asked if it would be under insurance claim or out of pocket. I said that if it was low enough that I would pay out of pocket. She said, I don't think they can give a estimate. What? That's what they do. So I said, won't you go ask then. She came back with a "guestment" which I didn't expect since he hadn't seen it yet. Asked if I could come in that day. She said, well, they are busy, but you can come and wait, it may be a while. I said that was fine. Came the next day since she didn't offer a time. Late back from lunch and had to wait for Mike. He looked at my van and said it would be a about $200. I said Bless you. That I can afford. He took my name and number and no call for over a week. Called today to see if he got the part in. She said, well what did he tell you. I told her the cost and my name and number. Nothing else. She said let me go ask. She comes back and asks if they get the part can I come in then?! I said, you he didn't order the part? She said no, that's why I need to know if you can come when in does. I said, and this is a business? I don't want your business, I will find someone else. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. No follow through.

Had my Traverse repaired here after being rear-ended. The employees are very friendly and helpful. As far as I can tell the repair looks excellent and I'm happy with it. The only thing I wish they had done better on was communicating with me about the status of my vehicle. It was in the shop for nearly 2 weeks , I got a couple of texts but other than that I had to keep calling to see if it was finished.

I have had to use them twice for my vehicle repair and they are the absolute best to work it. Everyone is so nice and friendly. They are great at communicating and are very accommodating to their customers. This is my preferred body work shop for all of my vehicles. Their work is amazing I have had no problems!

Well I can't give a review on the actual repair yet because it's not finished.As for dropping the car off , it was easy.I'll review more after the job is done.Follow up,I haven't inspected the job really close but at first glance it looks really good.

15 hours of paint and 16 hours of Labor. Allowing time to get parts, it should have taken about two weeks according to other body shops. It took two months to complete the job! Poor time management and not enough employees for the anount of work in this body shop. If you don't mind waiting two months to complete a two-week job they did a good job on the body work and paint work.

Best place to get a crash fixed anywhere in Texas or Oklahoma! Does excellent work and very competent workmanship! Clean place of business. Been fixing my cars 20 years! Have driven from Oklahoma City to Paris, TX several times to get a crash fixed! You can't find a better place for service!

Absolutely terrible customer service! Preferred vendor recommended by my insurance company! Mike the owner would not contact me back after multiple messages. Shop would tell me one thing and insurance would tell me another. Had my truck for 2 weeks and never touched it, all the while I was told they were working to fix it. Insurance wants to total truck out over some water damage, however shop says they can fix for much less than truck is worth. I told shop to fix and I would pay out of pocket total cost and recoup from insurance on my own. Shop agreed and still nothing done, but theybsaid they were working on it. Eventually just went and picked up and drove to another body shop who is currently actively actually working on it. Avoid at all costs. They are a joke at best!You will note a respinse from someone (most likely not the owner) mentioning my unhappiness with my insurance co.. Duh! I think that goes without saying most of the time when dealing with insurance. However my statement was about the shop its3lf and how they conduct themselves. Terrible communication. Never mentioned a waiver of any kind. Just failed in general to be professional and work with the customer which is me. Apparently they know allot about me that I never shared with them myself. Insurance company must be doing allot of talking for me. Paris body works obviously puts insurance company above the client. If I were to bring in the same teuck with no insurance claim would it have been fixed? Would communication have been different? Add ons? That had no bearing on your shop fixing transmission and some water damage! Why is that even part of your reaponse? Beware to all. This shop does not value the customer what so ever. To prove my point, i left multiple messages for owner and no call back. Day I eent to pick up owner was in office and abruptly left when I arrived. Receptionist paged him twice and instead of him coming to speak with me they just pulled the truck around and walked away! Apparently they are making so much money they dont need to pay attention to customers, only insurance adjusters have their attention. Say what you want PBW, your shop is the problem not the customer you should be working with.
