This place is a joke! The manager or the assistant manager doesn t go by what the back of the receipt says for the policy. When you buy something that does not work, you have the receipt which was literally bought 5-7 days prior to taking it back. The assistant manager tells me he can t give me a refund because the package is damaged and he can t put back in the shelf to resale. Um why would you want to put it back on the shelf to resale when it doesn t work?!? That s probably how I ended up with a damaged product.

Now, i was doing a fair amount of business with another oriely's before we moved here. Restoring this or that. In fact, the previous battery was purchased and installed by that oriely's.This one however, straight up lied to my face, claiming that they don't install or test batteries. I double checked with my usual place, found out this was indeed a lie. As a corperate policy they are supposed to test/install batteries unless there is an issue that would perclude this. Not the number 1 selling truck in texas. (I would also mention that i am handicapped and am forced to use a cane. So they leave an old, handicapped man to drag a battery to the truck with a cane. Wouldn't even carry it out when they were supposed to INSTALL it.)If you can't trust these deceptive s.o.b.s about a battery, why would you trust them with a $.10 screw or a $3,000 crate motor.I've not used the autozone next door yet, but our family and our garrages will go elsewhere from now on. I recommend doing the same.These people are a disgrace to the corperation, the community, and autophiles everywhere.If youve had issues with these dirtbags this us the corperate contact. I can find some tools here that I can not find at other stores. They are a little pricey. If I come into your store needing a product that's all I am there for. Nobody cares about your ex from thirty years ago coming into the store to buy an item so you put an employee on them. They were shopping there before you and will be after.

Good folks, good service. It's not like back in the day when your parts house could tell you what you needed if you put a 350 c.i.d. in a Ford ranchero, that was a special gift! But these guys no how to work that internet!

Buyer beware I personally will not buy another battery here due to their battery exchange policy if you're sitting on side of the road do not expect to go exchange your battery that was less than 60 days old they will have to charge it and test it which will take at least 2 hours and then decide whether you get a new battery or not I'm not a fan of Walmart but they are a lot easier to deal with on a battery

This is the 2nd time within probably 2 months that I've had to go to o'reilly's in Paris Texas. Molly who is at the front desk, each time has been wonderful, helpful, friendly, and professional, definitely ask for her help.

I would like to recognize team memberJohn Burns from the O Reilly s store located on 2035 Lamar Ave., Paris, TX. My car broke down while I was visiting Paris. It was a scary and stressful situation to me, but John Burns was the answer to my prayers and the helping hand that I needed at that moment. He was extremely kind and caring. I was very impressed with his level of intelligence and his knowledge about the products in the store. He was patient with me and took the time to guide me into finding everything I needed to fix my car problem. I am so happy that thanks to Johns advice, I was able to crank my car again, drive 60 miles and get home safe before dark, without having to call a towing truck. John Burns is a vivid example of the kind of customer care that makes a company great and sets them apart from their competitors. I have decided that from now on, after this experience, O Rreilly s is my auto parts store of choice.

Cheaper than Autozone. The guys here are super helpful. They can be pretty slow, though, and it'll be a wait if there are a few people in the store.

The employees of the Paris TX location made my car trouble the best experience possible. They were far more helpful than I could ever ask people to be. They even allowed my family to wait inside and made accommodations for them as I worked out fixing our vehicle. They made this brake down 400+ miles from home so much easier. I can't say thanks enough

Service was good and fast. Bought wiper blades, was expensive but after price checking elsewhere it was comparable to other auto parts houses. The sales Clerk sven offered to put the wiper blades on for me.

The person there sold me the wrong part I gave her my right info and she gave me the wrong part .I installed it and then realized it didn't work and they would not refund my money or exchange the part so 150 of their mistake they make their customers pay for oreillys mistakes .

Employees were kind and courteous and knowledgeable. Store was clean and items were well marked. And lastly, probably the most important for me, they start open until 10 p.m. during the week.

The guy Nicholas was very rude and I will never come back to that store again. I told him he didn't look happy and said he had a 15hr drive ahead of him when he got off. I ask him to help me and he was very rude. So goodbye to that store!!!!!

Best autoparts store EVER!if'n they ain't got the part you need . They'll sneak over to AutoZone . Break in thru the back and steal theirs then hurry back to their store and come out from the back breathing a lil hard , maybe sweating some but he'll have that part by golly.

Went to get a new headlight bulb. The counter person made it seem like my car has bad wiring. They sold me a defective bulb and they tried to blame it on my car. Put the replacement in and it worked fine. Just admit your product you sold failed and just replace it and move on.

I went to O-Reilly Auto Parts to find a specific battery for my 2012 Toyota Prius C . I started talking to a stocked who was filling their peg hooks. I asked that person if he/she could answer a question about a Toyota Prius battery. There was A very nice gentleman that came from the back with the very PRIUS BATTERY that I had been asking about. In my opinion, thos is very great customer service. From a person who is setting their modulars, going to get a "green shirt" to a manager showing up with the perfect fit! Kudos O'Reilly Auto Parts in Paris, Texas!

Very nice people that are knowledgeable about parts. The even have a good array of batteries, including golf cart batteries.
