First time customer, brought my vehicle in for a simple oil change and tire rotation and wash. I asked how long I should expect to wait and was told 45 minutes...2 hours later my vehicle was finally ready. They did a really nice job on the car wash and vacuum which deserves more stars but the overall experience could have been better. Will post next visit hopefully with better results. Read the first line and you can make your own decision.

We always have a good experience when we take our Nissan in for service. All employees are friendly and helpful. I love the video updates sent by text while they are working with the car.

Wasn't to long of a wait for what service having done. Service was great hats off to the mechanics. Service keep you informed about any problems that occur during service.

Great atmosphere, great experience no pressure salespeople. Knowledgeable and understanding. Really made purchase of vehicle easy and simple. Great team work with all that were involved with this purchase.

I couldn't ask for any better treatment or service .... i suggest that if you haven't been by the dealership yet , you should go .... ask for Philip Peoples ! One of the best salesmen you'll ever deal with and the GM Tim will take care of you !

Was in a hurry, nearest nissan dealer, is Mathews in Parie, Tx. 95 miles from my home. They worked me in quickly. I have always been very satisfied with the service department there.

Got the car serviced, traded in and left with a new car. And I thought all I wanted was an oil change. Got new oil, wheels, tires and body. For a great deal see "Flipper".

They inspected some service issues mechanical issues I was having with my vehicle didn't charge me for it , they are very knowledgeable and professional and then did it all I waited I'd recommend them to anybody

The young attendant for the service dept on Wed morning was top knotch. I was impressed by the service dept checking out my concerns completely.
