Jake Couch s service exceeded my expectations!! Not only was he so friendly and kind, but he also made sure to get me exactly what I wanted. I told him what kind of vehicle I needed for my family, along with what monthly payment range I needed to stay within. He really got me a deal that I couldn t pass up I left Matthew s Nissan of Paris very happy with my 2023 Nissan Rogue

Purchased a new car, our 4th Nissan. My salesperson, Jay Walters, was great and helpful. as well as others at the dealership. Dealership didn't have the exact car I wanted on the lot, I wanted different colored seats, they found one and had it on the lot for me the next day. Sales details went smooth, Finance person was great. Loved my experience, would highly recommend and look forward to going back for my car's service appointments.

We were very impressed with the service and professionalism that we received from everyone involved but especially our salesperson, A-A Ron McMikel (Aaron). He was very enthusiastic in making us feel like he was there to work for us. Very sweet & felt like he was very sincere.

I of course could not know until Nissan notified me there was an Airbag Recall on my 2010 Nissan Frontier. In the recall notification, they let me know I needed to bring my vehicle in and I needed to call to set up an appointment. After doing so I left my truck for a couple of hours with the service center. When picking it up I was told I would need to bring it back in to complete the fix due to them not having the parts to finish the fix. When they did have the other parts I was called to bring it in so they could finish the recall fix. The second half of the fix was completed as promptly and professionally as the first was. Thank you Nissan for your professionalism!

I worked with Colbi and he got with Chet and it took three hours because of the complexity of my deal, but they were both very patient with me and my situation, and got me taken care of ANN into a beautiful 2022 white Nissan Altima with all the bells and whistles.I love the car and appreciate all of their hard work and finding a way to get me taken care of and it was not a simple matter. I write them both as well as the dealership with five stars. I highly recommend them! Thanks guys!

Joey was outstanding! Updated me when needed and made me feel like my car was in great hands! Shout out to Austin Bolton who looked over to make sure my car was running good and quickly went ahead and knocked out a service under Joeys supervision. What a great day & great people. I live in Texarkana Texas & did most every thing on the phone. Everyone I talked to was just AWESOME SAUCE & when everything was done one gentleman said, "she got a new car" & another man said,"what" & I HOLLERED I BOUGHT A NEW CAR & all the workers were clapping & hollering what a way to celebrate. One gentleman even gave me his good pen. I highly suggest get your next vehicle from MATHEWS NISSAN PARIS !!

Today we needed to trade in not one but two vehicles and the process couldn t have gone more smoothly. Our salesman Aaron McMikel was so helpful! He helped us find a great reliable vehicle while getting us the most bang for our buck. We are now able to fit the whole family in one vehicle! I reached out about avalibility on a vehicle they had listed, Aaron McMikel was the sales person to contact me. We set up a viewing/test drive for Saturday. Aaron had the vehicle ready, he was welcoming to our family. He was personable and committed to selling us a vehicle, and he did. When we first got there the vehicle that I was wanting was a fresh trade in that had not been through the detail department. It went through that process on the following Monday and as soon as it was complete he delivered it to my house almost an hour and a half away.If you are thinking about going to look for a new vehicle, go see Aaron!

Mathew s is a fantastic option when thinking about purchasing a vehicle. I bought a 2020 Ford F-150 from them on 6/19/2020 and the experience was great! I came from out of state they had all the paperwork ready for me. The truck came detailed and full tank of gas! Jay was great too work with he kept in contact with me through the whole process and even checked on me days after! He also waited on me after hours so I could get the truck the day I wanted! I recommend them too anyone!

Service department was awesome. They got me in asap, gave me an estimate and the time it would take to fix.Like most dealerships I expected it to take longer than they said it would but they finished the repair exactly when they said they would.Also, they saw my remote battery was low and replaced it for free and washed my vehicle.Kenneth, the service manager was very hands on and friendly as well as Tara, the service advisor.I have three Nissans and will call Tara to have them serviced here in Paris.They really do a good job and I felt the pricing was very fair.

I received absolutely stunning assistance. I had a truck that was involved in an accident as a parked vehicle. I was looking for something that was safe. But, also a clean head turner. I got that in my Nissan Sentra. It is a beautiful electric blue. I and constantly getting compliments.

I was so very pleased with my experience with Nissan. This is my 4th time buying a brand new vehicle and first time with Nissan. With every single place, except Nissan, there was some type of deception, this go round. Josh was on the up and up the entire time. I told him him what I wanted to spend and asked about the interest. Prices never changed on every single thing he told me! I will definitely buy Nissan again, and I will use Josh!!!

Phillip was amazing from start to finish. As soon as I submitted my online inquiry, he was very quick to reach out with detailed information on the pathfinder, I was interested in. Every person that I met at the dealership was kind, helpful, and made me feel comfortable. Went to look for a new vehicle because my vehicle was totaled in a wreck! Met salesman Josh Bois! He was very nice! Didn't buy anything at that time! Looked around at all Car lots and online, nothing interested me, so went back talked to Josh! Told him I was interested in the Nissan Rouge! He showed me a pearl white one! Met the sales manager Ricky also! All so friendly and very nice! All staff were so friendly! That worked hard for me to get financed and I drove away in my brand new 2023 Nissan Rouge! Please if you need a great vehicle, go see Them!
