Got my oil changed here today. Service was quick and I could stay in my car the whole time except for when I needed to pay. Michael was very friendly and helpful. They checked my tires and filters and wiped my windshield as well. Will definitely come back when another change is due.

I had an emergency oil light situation with my car while traveling, so it was so helpful to have Crysinda to guide me through the process. She is to enthusiastic and easy to communicate with that she should do staff training for the entire Jiffy Lube network.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable having them work on my car and didn't feel they were trying to sell me something I didn't want or need. Very fast service for an oil change and tire rotation!

Best place in town to get your oil changed. The staff is friendly and very helpful, explaining different services that they have. My tire light came on as I was headed out of town, they checked all 4 tires and added air that was needed at no charge,

I was impressed with how friendly all 4 employees were. I even got to meet the District Manager. I was blown away by a 25% Veteran s Discount. I will definitely be back for all my service needs for both of our family vehicles.

I arrived 7 minutes before closing. I asked if it was too late for an oil change. They told me no and were very polite and friendly. Didn't act like my last minute arrival was any big deal.

The two employees I dealt with were respectful and knowledgeable. One was in training and trying hard, the trainer was doing an excellent job explaining rationale and procedures. Jiffy lube Ardmore, Oklahoma is my family's new go to car service location.

The staff was super friendly, informative and answered all of my questions. I recommend this particular jiffy lube and the staff to other people all of the time. I drive 45 minutes just to get my oil changed so they can do it for me.

The techs were so friendly. First time visiting this Ardmore location but I will definitely be back,Timothy C. performed upper bay services and gave superb attention to me while there! Highly recommend this young man!

I do not remember the man's name but he was a dark bearded man probably in is late 20s early 30s it was him and another guy he was red headed they were working their tail ends off. JOB WELL DONE! DEFINITELY WILL BE RETURNING.

Very helpful. Crisanda, the shop supervisor, took extra time to explain issues with my vehicle and was helpful. I was made aware of some vehicle issues that needed attention but did not feel pressured to have more services done unnecessarily.

The staff was very friendly and were very good about going over what kind of oil we wanted and told us the price up front which we appreciated. We were traveling and needed the oil change and we were treated like hometown returning customers. We were offered coffee and water while we waited. Our fluid levels were checked and windows washed. Quoted different price on phone and when I got to the site. Took awhile talking to tech until he finally obliged agreed to original price on phone quoted by receptionist. Didn't check antifreeze only looked at reservoir. Didn't vacuum floors as promised. Don't know if I'll be back. Oh yeah, did get an oil change

Over heard an employee complaining (as II was paying my bill) that he failed a SAE certification online test because his phone died and he could not look up the answers to pass the SAE certification his . Why go to a Jiffy Lube location if employees failed certification test because he was to stupid to figure out how to cheat on the online SAE certification test. Phoney certifications only reinforces the best reason to avoid this business.Will never go back to this Ardmore Oklahoma location. Strongly recommend to avoid the Jiffy Lube location.
