Had to replace a torsion axle on a travel trailer. Couldn't get an identical axle because of the age of the trailer. The mounting holes did not line up, so I took it to Happy Trailer to make sure the alignment and axle height would be correct. They got it installed within a week even though they were booked up. Very happy with their service!

Happy Trailers not only built the exact trailer I asked for but got it done 3 weeks faster than expected! Very good guys and top notch trailers! If I purchase another I will be a returning customer!

Jordan was very helpful at the Paris, TX location! He had no issue moving several trailers so that we could hitch up to the one we wanted ( that was in the very back corner of the lot) to verify length! The whole process was great! Highly recommend Happy Trailers! This is our second purchase and I will say that the 1st purchase from a different location was just as great! Thank you!

Me and my wife recently purchased a diamond c trailer. This location had the best prices and Abe did an outstanding job, explain everything about the trailer and provided a fast service. Will be back for our next trailer when it's time to purchase another one.

Abe, at Paris Texas made my experience at Pj traders. Very delightful. From the moment I got there to the moment I drove off. He took his time to make sure I knew all the functions on my new trailer. He also help me, set it up on my truck. The way I wanted, he replied I ll do it however you want I just want you to be happy with New Trailer. It seems to be that I m not the only one fascinated. I get allot of thumbs up on the Highway for my 40 PJ trailer I have it hooked up to my 3500 ram. SRW. Looks very clean

I had a great experience with Happy Trailers in Paris, Texas. It started with Abe who helped with answering questions on the gooseneck we were looking for. We added sliding straps to it and he sent before, during, and after pictures. He made the purchase seamless. When I got to Paris he showed me the trailer and we did a walk around. Peter assisted me in getting it hooked up and went over several things with me. I couldn t have asked for a better experience; of course that s why I drove 4 hours from Louisiana to buy it. If you are in the market, these guys are phenomenal and you can t beat a PJ trailer. Thanks guys!

Mr. Abe at Happy Trailers Paris, Tx, is very kind, he helped us on the phone and he helped us out when we went there and bought our trailer. We do appreciate professional and kind people like him. Mr. Peter checked out our new trailer, he is so kind and professional too. We are so happy with our new trailer. Mr. Abe and Mr. Peter gave us a good service that we will always remember. Have bought two trailers from them now and I would highly recommend them. Their prices are hard to beat, so good that I drove all the way from Tyler twice to buy a trailer from them. They also gave me a military discount which is becoming a rare thing now days.

First off....I can be a salesman's worst nightmare....but, if I'm treated right, I can be one of your best customers......I believe the guys at the Paris location have impressed me with the ability to be one the best dealerships that I have been to in a while ...the whole buying my new trailer went about a smooth as it could go in every detail....great phone responses ....follow ups, and knowledge of how things work in the real world for my sale and registration of my trailer for commercial use..... "Leroy" was excellent in his handling of the deal itself and the footwork to get my token plates here "FAST" as he said he could.(thank you !!!) ..."Abe" was great also on the phone and getting needed info for me when Leroy was busy in the yard....also to give appreciation to the fellows who made the trailer ready for pickup. ( Sorry didn't get their names , but if I find out I'll edit them in the review asap)The trailer itself (PJ f8 24 foot )is as great as I hoped for ...no issues on the 300 mile ride home with it....the price was good and was cheaper than others I'd checked on at a few places closer, and as well farther, from my home...all in all as mentioned , I'm very pleased with everything I experienced here , I will definitely have them on top my list on my next trailer when the time comes.....thanks again, Paul Yancey...

I purchased a tilt trailer from the location off the south loop in Paris a few years ago and anytime I have needed anything they are always able to get me taken care of right away and back in business.I recently stopped by looking for a part for a different trailer that I didn t even purchase there and once again, in less than 10 minutes, I was repaired and back to work.

I had been looking for an 8 X 5 enclosed trailer for a while. None were available in the DFW area. I called Happy Trailer Sales in Paris Texas. Jacob told me he had one. I went the next day and bought it. Not only was it in stock, but Jacob saved me 350 dollars. Well worth the time and drive. Thank you Happy Trailer Sales!

Brought a 10k trailer hub into the Paris, Tx Happy Trailer Sales. Needed eight new studs installed. They jumped on it right before closing time and got it done. Very friendly service. Would recommend them for your trailer needs.

Abe Wall and service technician made the process very easy. The friendly and honest interactions prove that our business and time are just as valuable to them as to us. Their lease to own option allowed us to use our business capital for other assets. The 6 hour trip was well worth the experience at Happy Trailer.
