While entering Paris this morning for an appointment, my tire pressure warning light came on telling me to add air to a back tire. Immediately pulled into Discount and found the room already filled with customers. Explained my situation and was told to pull into the bay where work was done professionally and quickly. Thanks guys for a job well done!!! Five stars!!!!

My car really needed a tire alignment, I decided to go to this place only because the one I normally go to their machine was broke and it was getting late. When they started I was surprised that within 10 minutes my car was done, I couldn't believe it but the guy said it was ready, as I drove off my right eye started getting itchy so I kind of cleaned it with my bare hand, then noticed both of my hands were sticky and dirty, it was grease, which was on the wheel, the shift stick, door knob, by night my right eye started getting red, and it's been over 11 months and I still have it though not as bad but still bugs me and at times hurt. I still think it's something I got from that grease.

Needed tires rotated. Afterwards had to go back to have them balanced and they put them back they way they were. Had to go back for the 3rd time and they refunded the money. However they scratched my wheels on their machine. So now I have scratched wheels and still need my tires rotated.

I was looking for factory sized all terrain tires for my 2wd F-150. They had what i needed in stock. In and out in an hour. Very refreshing in a world of "we can order them."

I've gone here for a few years but it was my first time going in by myself today. Josh helped me and I told him the dealership said I needed four new tires and he didn't hesitate to walk out to my car with me and explained I really only needed two. He gave me a quote right there and had me taken care of the same day. The charge wasn't a penny more than what he quoted. Very nice place and Josh was very helpful.

Loved this place. Recommended them often. I was a dealership service writer for many years. And I had the worse multivisit, expensive, non helpful repair ever. After $1100 dollars down, took it to another shop who corrected their mistakes and the actual problem for less than a $100. It's was a very disappointing and needlessly expensive experience.

This was my second time coming here. When I called to ask about getting my tires rotated, they were able to work me in.They were friendly both time I visited.

Went and got 4 new tires and an alignment and they bent a rim. No issues before I got the tires with my car at all. Now they say they didn t do it and won t do anything about it! Would not recommend them to anyone with an expensive car and rims they don t know what they are doing!! Civil court here we come!

Being an emergency drop in, couldn't have asked for better treatment. They were less then an hour from closing, all stalls full as well as a nearly full parking lot when we pulled in with two front tires ready to pop. In that last hour the place emptied quickly and we were on our way, with two new tires that didn't kill the bank.

RWe were told they were expensive but we were able to get 2 tires for under $80. That fell within our budget. It was a blessing, a flat tire was chaos this time, had to have truck towed here overnight and the staff took care of us first thing in the morning. We will be back to get more work done as soon as finances are better. Thanks guys.

We were on our last leg of a long trip when a tire on our RV blew out. We were able to put on the spare and then went to Discount tire. They were very helpful. We bought a new tire, they put it on our trailer and put the spare back. Very quick and helpful.

Discount Wheel and Tire in Paris, TX is a great Tire store and I would recommend them to anyone. They do free tire rotations and have most tire sizes in stock. If not they can get them in a couple of days. Very good people.

I will never take another vehicle to this location! I brought a brand new set of rims to them to have installed on my truck. They told me that they would mount and balance the tires. I left and the whole truck started shaking at 65mph and up. Took it back and they told me I needed a centric hub washers. I called the manufacturer and they told me my rims are lug centric that I don't need the washer. So I called Discount back and ask them if they could double check the balancing. He told me the tires had balanced out just fine. So I took it to a different tire shop for a second opinion and was told that all four of my tires where out of balance and that it looked like they just put weights on them and called them good. I was lied to about the balancing of my tires. I feel this was very unprofessional on their part, and could have put me and my family in a dangerous situation."

An elderly couple I care about greatly were having issues with a tire. When I heard they were on the way to Discount TireI told them to speak with Cole Smallwood and that I had no doubt he d help them. The next day I got a call thanking me. I appreciate y all, and thank you Cole for the great service you provide.

Although I bought my tires there I needed tires rotated and balanced never expected the words no charge sir I can understand rotate the tires but balance is another thing. Thanks for going the extra mile.

I moved to Paris around a year and a half ago and I have not needed tires for any of my vehicles until today, 1-24-18, so it was my first time visiting Discount, Wheel & Tire.I was the first one there so I was there before anyone that worked there was, but about 7:45 am a guy came and opened up the doors and asked me what I needed done. That was 15 minutes BEFORE they were officially opened, it's RARE to see that!I needed new tires all of the way around, so I figured 30 minutes or so. About 20 minutes into it I asked if they knew of a place in town that I could get my front-end aligned, they said, "Here!"... That surprised me, I'm from Irving and I couldn't find one place in the entire town that did alignments anymore, at least from what I knew.So, I added that to my list of things.I also asked if they could check my spare, they may have, I can't tell, but they did the rest I asked, the spare was no big deal.Anyway, I was in and out of then in an hour, that is pretty good time, at least to where I am from, I was really happy about my experience.Not just that they did a really good job on my vehicle, they were extremely nice AND helpful. What I read here in the Reviews was 100% true, I guess, these guys take it to a whole new level, they do what we ALL expect, but rarely get with service.I drove into the place with my front-end out of line and wobbly wheels with almost bald tires (They weren't really bald, but the front tires would not pass inspection) and drove away with perfect steering and it felt brand new again!I do have to say that this is a 2001 Xterra and it was my wife's vehicle, we bought her a new car over a year ago so the Xterra was not driven for over a year, at all. We didn't sink any money into it due to we didn't really need it.I LOVE driving this again, I am going to use it rather than driving my pick-up, I always loved this little SUV, and they made my experience even better.They treated me as a customer should be treated, I felt the pricing was normal, so I didn't feel taken advantage of in the least. I have two more vehicles that I will definitely take there for them to take care of.Being so new to this area I expected to have a hard time finding honest businesses with honest and hard workers, but I found it here.Thanks, guys, I'll definitely be back!Randy

Professional, courteous, and very quick. This place is the creme de la creme of tire shops. I didn't have the special socket tool with me for my lug nuts, they already had one. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes.

Went to get my tires rotated and aligned, they didn't call me to tell me it was done I waited 3 hours and called them, and they didn't call me to let me know they couldn't do an alignment. Went to pick it up they didn't even rotate the tires! It was obvious. I understand that sometimes the tires get mixed up but the guy tried arguing with me telling me that his computer said they rotated them. Didn't apologize, didn't want to fix it, didn't want to give a refund, then didn't even check to make sure it got done. Poor management. We got scammed so I hope you beware.

Usually have great service. However came in for a low tire possibly have debris in tire. 2 people in waiting room. Waited an hour before taken back after they took 3 other walk in AFTER I came in. They are great for selling, lousy follow up customer service.

Great experience! Great customer service, answered all my questions had me in and out on my alignment for my smart var. Good prices compared to other places. Wont take my vehicles anywhere else again but to Discount Wheel & Tire.

This place is the absolute worst place to go . Poor customer service, they obviously know nothing about timing. They said it would be an hour to have my car aligned and ready, 2 hours later and my car hadnt moved while others were coming in after me and getting done before me because they were friends of the workers. While most of us had been there for hours with kids they decide to stop and eat lunch in front of the customers. I left and Will never return ... This place doesnt deserve even a star...

Just moved back to this area. Always came here before. Came in for 2 new tires. Was not given a price just put on truck then proceeded to charge me an exorbitant price. When I said something he said oh well they are high. Will never go back guess they feel women are dumb.

I went in to get my front tires balanced. Two hours later I had to search the parking lot to find it. No one let me know that it was finished. The staff seemed more concerned with visiting with their good ole boys than paying attention to the other customers.

We've been buying tires here for 15 years. These guys take care of their customers. Strongly recommend.
