Guys were great during the sale. But once I signed the computer signature nothing else was told no interest rate no final sale sheet nothing. 4 days later I was getting calls from a collection agency trying to collect a debt. I told them I just put $2000 down and signed the papers a few days ago. Had to give the collection people ALL my info so they could tell me what my account # was and theat all they needed was an email address. SMH then informed me I have a 16% interest rate. Wow thx. I know I don't have the best credit others have better probably but around 700 I think I should have gotten a lil better then that. Needless to say I'm done with these ppl. If I ever get thru this deal I'm finding somewhere else.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience buying my 2022 XMax. Leslie in finance is unbelievable! She walked me painlessly through the entire process, even helping work out the details of transporting the scooter to my home in St. Louis, MO. Five stars aren t enough. Seriously!I m proud to display my Chapman s license plate frame!

Wanted to buy a Honda NC750DCT with center stand & fog lamp... But they can't get it.. Also willing to settle for NT 1100.. But still can't get it either.. pretty disappointed...

Chapman's was a wonderful place to take my bike. I am a new rider and bought a bike that needed plenty of work (not knowing it needed all the work, of course) These guys were VERY professional and courteous even when I was getting frustrated. They went above and beyond to do ALL the work that needed to be done. They gave me recommendations on things that could possibly wait and expressed the items that couldn't. Austin was super nice and made the process easier for a "newby". They got my bike running again, fixed things that would be a problem in the future and all at a reasonable price. I cannot thank them enough for all they have done for us. They truly know their stuff. They have eased my mind knowing I'm riding a bike that is 100% safe. Thank you

Both these men took exceptional care of us tonight! We drove from Sherman to pick up a helmet that ONLY they had in the correct size. Best price and also stayed late to accommodate us! Thank you Casey and Dawson you both are exceptional, courteous, and a pleasure to do business with you guys. We will be back!

Thanks to Austin Pool and the service team at Chapman Honda of Paris. This team does exceptional work. I had been going back and forth about doing a turbo on my 2019 Honda Talon. Austin said that his team could do the job and do it quickly once I made my decision. I was scared to trust anyone to get into a perfectly good machine. After I talked to Austin, he assured me that all would be fine. I m just going to say that he was absolutely correct. My talon runs really really strong. The work was done faster than I expected and better than I could have asked for. If you need any service work or accessories please trust the best. Thanks Austin and the Chapman team.

Thank you for a wonderful buying experience Parker and Bryce. ( Bryce, Hope I got your name right and hope you get better soon) James and I are very happy with our new 2021 Honda Rubicon 4x4. Dealership is very tastefully decorated with cool old bikes. Large selection of models to choose from. Convenient location. Financing was simple and pretty quick. Will definitely buy from here again. We definitely recommend them.

Overcharged, messed up my 04r6 plastic, broke a seat screw, claimed did not take bike apart but did full inspection did not claim responsibility for the damage, took a week longer than they said even with an appointment. DO NOT TAKE YOUR BIKE HERE.

I bought a Yamaha Stryker 3 months ago and have only ridden it a few times because I work so much . Before I purchased this bike I asked if they went through this bike and if they checked it all out to make sure it was safe and mechanically inclined ? They told me yes that they go through every bike before they put it out to sale . Well after just 3 months of owning this bike and only riding it around town a few times I noticed a puddle of oil in my garage and the bike strange . So I just got it back from a mechanic who had to replace both sets of brakes because the rear brakes were so far gone they was paper thin , the oil level was very low , and both fork seals had to be replaced because they were leaking very bad . This bike was not safe to ride . So I'll never do business here again . They was fast to take my money but had no concern for my safety . My advice is to take a real motorcycle mechanic with you to look at any bike your looking at buying from this place before you take it home .

This is my go to gas station, just down from my home. I've never had any problems, area is clean, and will managed. My problem for the first time ever was while filling up the little silver clip that let's you take your hands-off the handle hung up and the gas kept running. When an informed the attendant so they could have someone it out. Was informed that I needd to be more careful and watch the pump. It was a good the I was standing right there when gas started running down the side of my car. Also I thing I've used nearly every pump at that location. So don't depend on that clip to automatically shut off.

I recently was shopping for a Honda Grom and spoke to numerous dealers in the DFW area, some of which were not helpful at all. After reaching out to Cody Stockton at Chapman s Honda, not only was he able to provide specifics on the OTD pricing over the phone, but he went about the entire process in a very courteous and professional manner. Once I chose the bike I wanted and agreed on a time to meet, he was able to begin to process of performing PDI on the bike to help speed the process up. The entire process was not only smooth, but very informative. Should I purchase another bike in the future, this will easily be my first choice!

I live about 6 hours from here and these guys happened to have a tenere 700 available. It was a long drive but if I ever buy another honda, yamaha or harley i would gladly travel here again. Everything was quick and easy and they even offered to fill up my buddy's bike for the ride back. Thanks guys!
