I had to stop by this location due to some mechanical issues with my vehicle during a road trip, initially the sales rep Chris was fantastic. There was another, older gentleman working who was also very helpful.After the initial experience, I called the location several days later to get a copy of the receipts for documentation regarding a warranty claim. I spoke with Jason who told me her was the manager, and he was able to locate the receipts, but was completely unwilling to help any other way.After explaining that I live several hours from the location, I asked Jason to email or text the receipts to me, he literally laughed at me and said no we don t have an email, and I don t give out my phone number so you ll have to come up here. The complete lack of respect, and kindness was shocking, especially from someone in a leadership position. A little common courtesy goes a long way, but utter disrespect goes much further.It s sad that the sales reps at this location are as great as they are, which is unfortunately over shadowed by a manager whose attitude and customer service is significantly lacking to say the least. Jason- if you don t enjoy your job, find another, but don t take your frustration out on customers or the people around you.

In stark contrast with the experience I had at the sulphur springs location, THIS autozone is top notch and definitely a recommend. Kind and knowledgeable staff who have that quiet way about them that lets you know you can trust their advice because it comes from hard earned experience!I came in to see if they had some trim tools to fix the drip molding on my Acura. Two of the staff were happy to help mw find something that most likely would have worked just fine but I was still concerned it might not meet my needs. One of the there gentlemen, as I approached with my purchase, said "hold on just a second we might have something you can use back here" and proceeded to find me some loose trim tools! When I asked if he wanted anything as collateral while I worked with the tools he simply waived me off. Now, as ive gotten older this tends to happen more and more.. And yes it was just some trim tools so perhaps the inherent trust might not seem as big of a deal to you but, as a younger man who often looks in his late 20s I can tell you there is usually an air of mistrust in these types of interactions. Its just the world we live in. So to see these guys not even give that a single thought and be more focused on genuinely helping someone get a job done without unneccesary expenditure of money? Impressive to say the least.If only the sulphur springs location was more like yours!

AutoZone is always very exciting love all of the employees they are always very helpful and friendly always so positive and understanding. AutoZone is the place to stop for auto parts. They will always help you out with trying to get the auto parts that you are needing.

It's okay but to be honest I like Orielys better but they did have what I was calling about and there okay but like I said I like the other place better because there cheaper than AutoZone

I pulled in today in desperate need of a battery, and as my job is a mobile one, I needed help putting it into my car because I had no tools with me. I was flatly informed that no one would be helping me today! Even though the store was empty and the employees were just standing around. This will be the last time I go to this location, I think everybody would be better off driving to Bonham AutoZone where courtesy is common and help is readily available.

Driving through town I had an issue with one of my windshield wipers whistling while driving at highway speeds down the turnpike. I had just bought some new expensive Bosch ones at Autozone in my hometown specifically for this trip. The gentlemen who helped me knew the exact issue I was having as he pointed out his same make/model vehicle he drove that I drove. He quickly exchanged my wipers with a huge smile and we went on our merry way for another 15 hours in the rain.A great location here in Paris.

William at AutoZone on Lamar was amazing and very Helpful. I was told even after I purchased a battery from other companies they still wouldn t be able to install my battery on my car. . I lost my husband almost 2yrs ago the one who normally would take care of all the cars needs. I went to autozone yesterday and had the battery tested turned out it was bad and I needed a replacement I drive a 2016 Traverse which the battery is located under the car under the mat oh my just how can I replace this thing! I went home sad and feeling undefeated. Called AutoZone back today and was greeted with a pleasant voice of I CAN HELP YOU Bring It In and we will get you fixed up. That was music to my ears and all my anxiety melted away. I went in and purchased the battery and now on the road again he took the old off and placed the new one in. This young man went above and beyond his job and never once told me I m sorry we Can t. He is a Great Asset to Your Company and I will continue to come back and also do word of mouth. Thanks so Much William You Are a Amazing Person.

Got stuck at this Autozone for a full day while doing a cross country roadtrip. Most of the associates at this store were very helpful but Lloyd went above and beyond every opportunity he got to help us. He even found the only Autozone on our route that had the part we needed!!! If the owner sees this review, give that man a raise!!!!! He is the best!!!!!

I left without my purchase. The employees with both gray and red shirts were all standing behind the counter using every cuss word known. It was vulgar and disgusting! I hoped they did not realize I was in the store. When I walked towards the counter I asked if they knew they had customers? One man said, Ah maybe, just depends . SHOCKED, I laid my items on the counter and left saying I am completely disgusted by you all !I DO NOT WANT TO EVEN GIVE 1 STAR!

Went to autozone in Paris tx. 1-7-23. Big sign out front. 36.99 oil and filter special. Rings up for 38.99. I said the sign out front says 36.99. Guy looks at fine print on sign. The special ended 10-17-22. Would sell it to me for the Advertised price. That s wrong.

A 78 year old woman got her vehicle fixed in reno and they bought the battery from auto zone paris tx March 2021 now the battery has bad cells and because this 78 year old can't remember what phone number it is under they will not honor her warranty, had to go to abc auto and buy her a new battery, really is this the way we r going to treat our elderly, will never step into another auto zone

This place scams you!! They tell you this is the correct part you need for your car when it's actually not. Then they won't give a refund or replacement with the correct part. They just scammed me out of 63$ for 4 spark plugs due to them selling me the wrong parts. They need to know that the part is the correct part before selling or atleast give a refund due to their failure to sell the correct part. I've been going through them since 1998 and will not spend another penny!!Update.....the issue was corrected.Thank's!

The workers here are always friendly, helpful & informative when it comes to having questions about what to do about my car, cuz I don't know anything about anything about cars, it's a bunch of Chinese to me.

My wife went in for new wiper blades. The gentleman who helped her was awesome. Came out and installed them on her car. Great service.

I just walked out of store after standing at counter for ten minutes. The four black men never acknowledged me and one just picked up phone and made a call with me there. Done! I will never come back

Came to Autozone on a Sunday because the dealership was closed. Needed a new battery. Jonathan A. was stocking shelves when I walked in and immediately came to help. He tested my battery and installed a new one. Great worker, very friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend to anyone.

It is easy to find. The folks there are very helpful and friendly. I had a check engine light going off and they were quick to hack the codes to see what was going on. So, if you are in Paris and need a part, a tool, or just a little advice stop in and see the great people at your local AutoZone!

Very helpful staff. They tested an ignition control module for me, which turned out bad, they had a replacement and gave me a 10% discount for senior citizen. Will come back again.
