Super kind and helpful. Jason did an excellent diagnosis and was able to get us back on the road as quickly as possible despite a back order on the parts needed. Went out of their way to help us get a rental and continue our trip.Really good people, and great mechanic that tests rather throws parts at a car until it works.

I was driving through town on my way to Kansas to hunt in my 1996 dodge ram 3500 when a high pressure fuel line burst. I checked around town and nobody could help me. Another diesel shop in town told me he was backed up two weeks showed no sympathy for a guy who s broke down away from home. I ended up at the dodge dealer, and a gentleman in the service department started looking for someone who could help. The part I needed was discontinued. He got ahold of the owner of advanced who said he d try to help. I limped down to his shop and the owner pulled a part off his personal vehicle to get me back on the road. Very very nice people. Unfortunately you don t find guys like this often, fortunately I found him. Great people, great service. Highly recommend!

Worst experience at a mechanic shop I've ever had. I brought my truck in for three issues it was having. They had said they would be able to start on it immediately. It was there for 6 weeks (the first time). I would call and check on it once a week and every time, they would say they would look at it tomorrow. Once they "found" the problems, it still took weeks to finish. I picked it up and got it home and the exact same issues were still there. So I took it back and they looked at it again and said they couldn't find the problem yet but were still looking. I wanted to talk to the mechanic but every time I would call he was either not there or not available. I would ask them to have him call me back and he never would. I know why the truck was there so long was because he was never there to work on anything. Anytime I would call, the ladies would answer and I would be put on hold until they went and asked my question to relay the message. I could never talk to the mechanic to get all my questions answered at once. Finally I had enough and just went and picked my truck up after another 3 weeks. Out of the four times I was there to drop off and pick up my truck, the mechanic was never there for me to talk to. I later had my neighbor look at my truck who just tinkers with vehicles every now and then and he found the problem in 30 minutes. Go somewhere else if you want your vehicle fixed properly, timely, and want to communicate with the mechanic. I will never take anything back.

About 10 years ago I brought my vehicle to this amazing place after spending almost 5k at another place which never fixed the original problem. The guys here found the original issue and only charged me $10 as it was a simple fix. Made me a lifetime customer that day and I would recommend them over anyone else in town any day.

After 4 months of trying to get a truck fixed from Durant to Ardmore with no luck just a lot of people taking our money we where told to go here. Oh I am so glad we did! They actually listened to what my husband said was wrong and took care of it! They were amazing, will make the 1 1/2 hr drive there anytime we need work done now.

These people are very nice and professional. Mr. Scott didn't give up until he found the problem with my car. I've had no issues since he fixed it. I do recommend this business to anyone who needs mechanic work. Thank you AA.

I mean do these people even know what they are doing? We've had nothing but problems with them, took my f250 in, because of a clicking noise, said they fixed it" exhaust manifold", took off down the road, well nope they didn't, then took if back , said it was cam shaft phaser. Once again 2 months down the road, it's still making the same clicking noise. They said they checked the spark plugs, just took them off to change them today, and they were covered in DIRT! My truck has never seen the mud. These people are ignorant and I'd ADVISE YOU TO NEVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!ps ... I had to pay the deductible twice because they didn't do their job

These people trash they had my car for over a month didn t do anything to it I had to come get my car from them they gave me the run around every week for a month straight

Worst place to business ever. Will not stand behind their work and are not reliable. Love to take you money to do half ass repairs. Take my advice go somewhere else.

Had a great experience with Advanced Automotive and Diesel. Fair prices and good work. I will definitely use them again if needed.

Great prices , friendly staff... quick too! When everyone was trying to price me with and arm and leg they gave me the greatest price of all time 2x so 5stars

Never had an issue with a repair. Always very friendly and helpful. Wouldn't think of using anyone else for repairs.
