I provided multiple parts and they failed to tell me one of them didn't fit and didn't put it on. So, I left the shop after paying a premium without the parts on my vehicle. I had to call to get them mailed back to me, after getting 100miles down the road I realized and had to rebuy and replace the parts myself. I should have read the reviews of other shops in town offering cheaper services.

Welp went there a couple of weeks ago to get my tires rotated and they kept my lock nut key, so now I'm stuck on side of the road with 3 nuts off a full size spare in my trunk and no way to remove my lock nut

It's great that Pampa has a tire shop in a good location. I feel they overcharge for their services. They say to support local businesses but its hard to whenever they are the most expensive. I went several months back and just needed a new valve stem on my tire. They were going to charge me $60. Just for a valve stem. I went to another shop in town and didnt even spend $30. I called last week and asked for a quote on a set of front tires for my car. They quoted me $340...my jaw dropped. I asked if that was the least expensive they could offer and he was a bit rude about my asking. I went elsewhere in town and got the two front tires, they put them on and balanced them and everything and I spent $160. We cant support small local businesses when they want to nickel and dime their customers.

My mother went to Tireworks for a tire sensor issue. She was unsure of the cost, process, and time needed for the repair. I believe she was helped by Blane. I can t say enough of what a wonderful experience she had ! Blane was upfront on the estimate, helped with a special requirement, and professional the entire time. My mother called me directly after the visit and was so thankful the entire staff was so nice, and especially Blane. Thank you guys!!

Great place. We pulled in before 8am and their guys jumped right on the semi tire repair. One technician noticed another tire needing attention and took care of it immediately. In the process of all this, we had a transmission cooler leak going on and they were able to assist in helping to get it fixed. Was in and out in less than 1.5 hours and the cost was fair. Thank you to your employees!!

Update: I was contacted by the manager. He made things right! He apologized and said that it should have been explained to me about the $40 labor fee before service was performed. I feel much better about the experience .I had oil changed. Needed a new cabin air filter. Had to wait a while since they didn't have part and had to get it from a local car parts store. ( at least an hour wait . I understand the wait on that. No problem) . Then when it was all said and done I had a bill of 180 something dollars . I also had air filter changed too . So I expected around a 130 dollar cost. Tireworks charged 40 dollars labor to install the cabin filter. Took them seriously 5 minutes . I usually go to toot n totum. Installation is always included in price of the oil change. I was shocked at the cost of the oil change and told them they should let people know they charge labor for things like that. They were very nonchalant about it and seemed not to care .

0.1 star. Service absolutely worthless. Young kid at Service Desk hasn t got a clue how to help run a business. Wanted me to pay $45 for an opinion, rather than actually do, or have someone else do the work that was needed to be done in the first place 3 hrs later with no phone call! Wasted my time and effort to get vehicle to them. They could at least said when I booked an appointment that they didn t want to do the work asked of them. No excuses Will not be going back.

We you first opened up your service was very good. I just recently had an oil changed and we sat outside on the bench that was close to the work bay. We listened to workers complain about work orders and the office needing to get it together on the orders. We waited one hour and when it was done we went in to pay and no acknowledgement that we were standing in front of them waiting to pay the invoice. Not sure I will be using your company in the future.

I am super grateful for the guys at Tireworks. I had gotten a flat tire on my way to work, and I called them at 8:00am. They were able to come to my work, get my tire, take it to get fixed, and had it back on my car by 9:30am! Incredibly fast and great customer service, and I would highly recommend.Thank y all so much!Samantha

Phillip was friendly, helpful, and efficient at fixing our tire which had an air leak. I had my baby with me so Phillip gave me the option to stay in the car with him. It only took about 15 minutes to get fixed. Everyone I spoke with was accommodating and professional. I would recommend this place.

My husband and I were traveling through Pampa late on a Monday holiday. The service center was soon to be closing, we pulled in to ask for air in our leaking tires. A few workers were diligent in helping us release the trapped spare tire, aired up spare and installed the spare for our safe trip home. We were treated well, assisted with persistence and never gave up. Thank you Tireworks.

I went in and ask about tires. They showed me there best seller. I had them put them on. They road walk all over the place. I went in 2 weeks later and checked on a set for a Company truck. I told them the tires I bought road walk. They said yes they will on lighter pickups. They said they are harder rubber and they don t recommend them for my pickup. Why was I not told this. Now We are driving a dangerous vehicle. Not happy at all. Maybe everyone there should be on the same page. Two people telling me different stories.Tire works called me and the tires I had have 30 day return. I have now ordered another set of tires. They are really good people and do there best to help you. I appreciate them fixing this problem.

Bought 4 new tires and tire pressure sensors and brakes and rotors on all 4 tires $2400 I spent that day left and 30 miles down the road my tire pressure sensors came on again saying low tire pressure then 1 week later I end up with a flat tire in the driver rear I go to put air in it and the valve steam pushes right into the rim it was never pulled all the way through that is what the shop told me after coming out to were I was stranded and told me so I will never go back to this place .

Not to thrilled with the place. Tires and services are more expensive than your other hometown tire places. Went to get a tire alignment was there for 4-1/2 hours didnt even touch the thing. Granted they "worked" us in. Sadly there wasnt any other vehicles, maybe 1 or 2 that came and went, in the work bays. If you want good customer service stick with the auto places in Pampa that you know, ect. Thomas Auto, Utility,. They wont screw you over or treat you different because your a female. Only reason I gave 2 stars was because they let my husband fix a quick problem with his own tools in their bay that they wouldnt do.

Got my breaks done. Drove off and noticed no one bled the breaks. I had to push the brake down all the way just to stop at a red light. I had to pull aside just to bleed my brakes. So if you come here make sure you ask them before you leave if they bleed all the air out of the brakes

Got a lift kit put on. Then took it to them for an alignment, and to straighten steering wheel. When I picked it up. I went to make the right hand turn onto hobart, and realized I had no turning radius to the right. I almost side swiped a car, with a child in the passenger seat. So if you have them straighten your steering wheel, I would suggest you try it out in there parking lot. It might just save a life.

*update: they let us charge their account for a new lugnet set at our local parts store.I had my tires rotated and they forgot to put back on one of my locking lugnuts. We are still waiting to hear back from them on how they are going to resolve this.
