Went in for service on my Toyota. My first time there. This is the first time no one came out to the bay area to sign me in and I was the only one there. Went inside to them. They didn t seem to want any business. They did the oil change fast enough. They brought my air filters to me saying they were dirty and needed replacing. They charged me $90 to do a 2-minute job!!! I couldn t believe it. They were supposed to run the car through the car wash and didn t do that either.

Huge thank you Hailey Clark for giving us such a great car buying experience. I can't recommend you highly enough. You made this the easiest,fastest and best car I have ever bought. I ve never payed for automotive work that didn t get done until now. Hopefully this will save someone from being taken advantage of. They told us that they had changed the cabin filter, windshield wipers, air filter, oil change and mass airflow sensor. When we got home the air box was open with nothing in it, the oil was not new, the wipers were not new, and I learned that my vehicle does not have a cabin filter. We understand mistakes happen, but if they hadn t have been so rude and nasty with my wife this wouldn't have been as terrible of an experience as it was and the deal breaker. The worst one was Pete Guzman. They first got mad because my wife kept noticing broken things on the vehicles we were getting. Long story short we canceled the deal and we paid them for the work they had done to my truck. I don t post reviews generally but hopefully it will help protect someone from getting taken advantage of.

We came to the location because of Hailey. She sold us our first car in amarillo and the service (with the exception of her) was subpar. When she found out we were having issues with that vehicle she helped us along the way with warranty making sure we were getting exactly what we paid for. Then she was quick to help us find a more reliable vehicle that fit our price range and specs. We drove an hr to come see Hailey. She is the one we trust most. I promise if you take the time make the trip and come to Pampa and ask for Hailey you will NOT be disappointed. A huge thank you Hailey for helping us out in our original time of need and being so devoted to your customers. You are amazing!

Absolutely incredible people. They went well out of their way to get my wife and I approved for our first car!! They are so nice and upbeat and make the process so painless and stress free. I wish I could give 10 stars!!!!!
