Bob Douthit rescued me near Amarillo, Texas, from a front passenger tire blowout, that almost destroyed my car and nearly killed/seriously injured me. The driver was kinda an had special tools that made it easier for him to move my vehicle. Otherwise, it would have been a pain at nearly midnight on a Saturday. Nevertheless, the tow took me to safety in a town called Pampa, Texas. They dropped me under the cameras and lights directly next to the Tire Lube Express. Where I'd end up spending 2 nights til Monday morning. I thank Bob Douthit Auto for picking me up on the 40 Westbound on moments notice. I am grateful and thankful to the point I'm in tears as I text. The unfortunate series of events that lead to our meeting would haunt me for a lifetime, if not for the dedicated professionals at Bob Douthit Auto, I can't thank you enough, thank you again.

These people are God sent.took little under a hour to reach me after I reached out to them because triple aaa wouldn't do there job.was waiting for 3 hours with a promise to let me know how things are moving along .so after I did there job of finding me a tow Shawn the driver showed up within a hour after talikg to the company and became my hero for the day thank you Shawn I now don't have to worry about taking my meds much love Darrell

Bob Douthit Auto is an amazing wrecker company. They have top-notch customer service and are always willing to go the extra mile to make sure my vehicle is taken care of. Their tow truck drivers are friendly and professional, and they always make sure my vehicle is safely loaded and transported. They also offer a variety of services from towing to roadside assistance, so I never have to worry about being stranded. I highly recommend Bob Douthit Auto for anyone in need of a reliable, trustworthy wrecker service.

Got into an accident and had my work car towed to this location. Everyone is very friendly and polite. If I lived in the area and had the need for a tow I'd definitely give them my business.

They were wonderful with answering and getting out to help me asap. Very kind people. The only improvement I would make is I was frantic on the side of the road with my babies, and they heard me crying and distraught. I told them where I was and where I needed my car towed to and they said okay. I should have asked about pricing and that s completely my fault but I had my babies on the side of the Highway and I was just scared and not thinking. Anyway the tow ended up being almost $450 to tow from panhandle to Stinnett. I was shocked. I let them get my car on the vehicle which took 2 minutes and then decided to cancel because I couldn t afford it and was panic calling other people to help. It still cost me $209 for the cancel, $65 of that being for hooking the car up . 2 minutes to do that and driving from Pampa to Panhandle. Again, my fault for not getting a price but I just had no idea it would cost so much. I would just suggest that they give you a ball park estimate over the phone before sending someone out. Especially as a desperate mom, I wish they would have talked me through the pricing a little. Now I m out $209 dollars plus another $100 for someone else s tow job. At least I saved $150 at the end and didn t have to pay almost $500.

Traveling from VA to CA with many weather related delays when the car lost all power on the interstate. Luckily traffic was light and we were able to coast to the rest stop. We called roadside assistance and AAA who were unable to find anyone to come assist. We found this company from a quick google search and we were beyond blessed that Solomon happened to be filling in. He went above and beyond to assist us and get my 14mo granddaughter off the road, out of the heat and to a place to stay. His kind words of reassurance that all was going to be ok was exactly what we needed to feel better after so much happening today. Great company, excellent service and pricing.Service: Car towing

AMAZING service!!! En route from NM to IL, I lost a tie rod end in my dually on I-40 late in the evening. After my insurance company provided no assistance at all, I called Douthit to tow me to Pampa. The driver was extremely courteous and accommodating. He even went out of his way to drop me off and pick me up from the hotel in the morning at no extra charge. Tow rates were the least expensive of anybody I called. 100% recommend this company.

Two wonderful men came to pull our expedition out of the ditch today. They were very polite and eager to help. I would recommend them to anyone in that area. Thank you so much for pulling us out, in such dangerous weather!

Awesome place. Found 2 Ironman tires for my 94 keep Grand Cherokee for 100 dollars with brand new tread. Plus they were very nice over there

We were stranded on the side of I-40 with a 1-ton dually and 35-foot camper. Bob safely transported our rig and us to a nearby campground before delivering our truck to the dealership on our behalf. Highly recommend these guys if you ever find yourself in a bind. They were lifesavers.

Great bunch of people. I had a blowout on my trailer so I called them for road service. They told me they were way behind but if I could limp in to their shop they would get to it. I limped in and they got right on it. Great service!

We are full time RV'ers who had our F-350 break down 12 miles from Pampa. Local Ford dealership referred Bob Douthit Auto. to us and we are greatful they did. Solomon came up with his F-350 and got our F/W and the flatbed got the truck Took us to campground and helped us setup RV. Since Truck parts were going to be close to a week to get he helped us with transportation while parts were coming . Thanks Solomon you have definitely been a God Send.

Casey, or KC... not sure... saved me!! Broke down on I40. My toy hauler leaf springs broke and they came and hauled me to their shop and replaced the springs. Got me back in the road on a Saturday. I highly recommend these guys!!

These people were so great pick this up took us to a hotel room and everything they've went the full extent that they could for me when I had two Flats I would recommend this to anyone in Pampa Texas couldn't ask for better service all the way around they went the full mile for me

I had a flat at a grocery store , called Douthits, with in an hour , flat was changed ,Iwent to their shop , flat repaired . The repairman was very nice & respectfull. Thank You Douthits , Texas Proud !!!

This Gentleman came out to tow my car in Borger to Hop's. Late in the evening, quick service. Hop's as well !I'm still looking for a Truck.
