Rockett Collison Repair did an amazing job of replacing a trunk on My 2016 Cadillac. Seamless fit and paint matched with rest of the car. The job was finished in less than a week and paint chips were fixed. They also check the electrical system to make sure everything is working!

Rockett Collision gave the best customer service! We didn't have to make an appointment for a quote. He called multiple companies in front of me to get the best comparative price on the part we needed. He texted me when the part came in and changed the part while I waited, without an appointment. He saved us a few hundred dollars more than the next best compared price and many hundred more than the dealership wanted! The overall experience was fast, honest, dependable... I would definitely recommend them and will be using them again!!!

Rockett Collision Repair was nothing short of Amazing! I had the quarter panel bed on the drivers side of my GMC Sierra and bumper replaced and painted and it looks good as new! First of all this company has several reviews that are FAKE. You can easily see they are fake by looking at the profiles. So please do not pay any attention when trying ROCKETT COLLISION REPAIR. I have had my car there twice now and they have been nothing but professional. Kelly and his crew will bend over backwards to assist you with any issue you might have with paint and body. Kelly is very responsive, fair, and all around good guy.You don't find them like this much anymore. They are absolutely the best and I highly recommend them!! The best autobody paint and repair experience I have ever had. Friendly service and simply superb paint and repair skills!! The owner has over 30 years experience in the business and his employees have 20+ or more years. Their artistry, professional quality, and high attention to details makes them my new favorite body shop and I will definitely be using them again. Highly recommended!!! I have had to have bodywork done on three separate occasions in the past, and I wished I had known about this place back then. My husband was rear ended a month ago and we were recommended to Mr. Kelly's Rocker collision shop. He and his crew done a fantastic job replacing my husband's truck bed and bumper. Mr.Kelly Ward and his team did an exceptional job on my suv that was back into by a non insured driver. You can t tell by looking at it, that there was damage before.Lalo his painter did an awesome job of getting the paint right to match and blended in with the rest of the body on the suv. Mr.Ward did a great job with getting the correct replacement parts from Mitsubishi. The turnaround time was very good, only 7 days. Not very many body shops can compare to the service of Rocket Collision Repair!!!! Thanks the whole team there, will definitely recommend them to anyone! Took my 2011 Toyota Camry in for a paint job because the clear coat was coming off. They not only painted my car but took out a few dents that I did not know they were going to repair, and replaced the bottom part of my front bumper. They did an incredible job! Looks like a brand new car! I was so impressed I am taking our van to them to paint as well! I got 3 quotes before deciding to use this company and he beat the other collision place by a 2K. Maaco was a little bit less but so is the quality of their work. Did not want to go back to Maaco because their paint job from 4 or 5 years ago is the one I was needing to have repaired, it was the clear coat that was coming off where they had painted.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I've been meaning to review my experience here for a couple of months now. I got a deep 6-inch +/- scratch in my new truck at the local Walmart parking lot. I got a couple of estimates and decided to bring it to Rockett Collision Repair based on Kelly's honest approach and explanation of what to expect. I appreciate the professionalism, expertise and the reasonable price. My truck looks brand new again. A person who was angry with the owner of Rockett Collison over something TOTALLY not even related to any vehicle work at all has created several fake names & fake disgruntled reviews with 1 star ratings. They were all posted on the same day as well. That is a clue . Not only have I known the owner and his crew for YEARS and seen his work, but I have used them 3 times as well. Always SUPER work and the best customer service ever. How does he get hail dents out!?! Wow. Lalo is great! Your vehicle will also be CLEAN when you get it back. Not dirty and covered with overspray and dust like some other shops ('we fix them, we are not responsible for cleaning afterward '). I have recommended Rockett Collison to several people and they all loved the work. Several are also repeat customers . You know , you get your vehicle fixed, then your teenager hits something, then someone backs into your car in a parking lot, etc. Everyone I know who has used them will always go back if the need arises.

This is the third vehicle I have brought to Rocket. They did such a great job on the first vehicle I will go no place else. I recently brought my Ford truck in with body and suspension damage. I knew they would do a great job on the body, but was concerned about the suspension. The truck looked brand new and drives better than it did before the wreck. When the owner brings it to you and is excited about the work they did, that tells me everything! They don t just fix it, they make it better and take pride in doing that. There are few true craftsman left in this world....but Rocket is one of them. They set the standard in collision repair!!!Service: Steering & suspension repair

Our daughter's car twice. She had ordered all her body parts unknowingly thinking she could get them at a better price. He was nice enough to work with her and help match up he parts and work his magic to make everything work together. He also understood she was a college student and worked with her on her budget! Kelly did a fantastic job repairing my Ford F-150.He repaired my truck during Covid-19 and did it in a timely manner! He followed up and gave me details on the estimated time of repair. The truck looks like it has never been damaged!!!!He is an honest man with integrity and also gives back to the community.This is your repair shop!

This repair shop is the best I've encountered for a reasonable price.The quality of work these guys have done for me is amazing, better than the body shop at the Chevy dealer I used once, and that was all it took.If anyone has anything bad to say about Rocket Collision Repair, it must be the "customer" not the shop!I am a very satisfied customer.Thanks yawl for your sincerity and amazing work!

I gave three places a call with questions before deciding who to repair my wife s car. They couldn t or wouldn t answer my question on how long it might take to get a new door (GM was on strike), without coming in for a written estimate! Kelly at Rockett Collision answered it without hesitation and called me the next day saying he had one. Awesome and quick service. They were easy to work with and dealt with an out of state adjuster. Rockett Collision Repair has fixed several of my cars over the years having 3 teenagers thru their driving years I would trust Kelly and his team to fix all their fender benders. I recently used Rockett after bumping into a car parked in front of my driveway. I didn't want to file an insurance claim. Kelly repaired the car fast and the customer was very happy.

There are businesses and there are businesses. As you leave Rockett Collision, a sign is posted in which it states that 'we understand you have a choice' where you do business. It isn't just a sign. The owner lives by these words. We found them in need of repair to a car after it was struck in a two-car accident. While the other driver (at fault) was to pay, payment was delayed but RCR worked with us to get the repairs done faster, and the owner then taught my son how to look over/approve the work that was done on his car, along with a few other life lessons.Additionally, the mechanics also spoke to my son. The overall experience goes beyond a 5-star satisfaction rate. RCR restored my faith in private/local businesses, fairness, quality work and just good 'ol fashioned customer satisfaction.
