I went inside to the automotive department to see about getting two tires replaced. They informed me that I had to wait in a little metal shed outside in my truck for help.So I went back to my truck, drove into the metal shed, and waited... and waited... and had plenty of time to call Discount Tire, and went there instead.Walmart, pull your head out of your rear bay door. Your mechanics are to busy to be playing store clerk. Let me go in, and set up with the automotive clerk, like old times. That system wasn't broken, don't try to fix it.

Tire prices have gotten out of control since Covid, but I am finding that Walmart is getting back to normal. They Are blowing away Discount Tire and Tire Rack (which is now owned by Discount Tire). I am saving close to $200 for a set of tires at Walmart Auto Care. I also save so much more on oil and oil filters than AutoZone and O'Reilly's. Thank you Walmart!!! I am happy you are here!

Beyond mad over 1 and half hours of wasted time. Called prior to verify oil filter was there , when got there - no filter was sent to purchase a filter, then when I was rang up I was charged an additional 30.00 in labor cost. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. Over 95.00 for an oil change I was quoted @65$ on.

8 employees walk by me and the 8th person name Jesse in automotive was the only one that spoke while I was sitting inside waiting on my oil to be changed. Where is the customer service? A smile would have been nice.

I had to go here tho have a tire checked and Jonathon Ervin helped me and he was very polite and courteous. He had done exactly what he said he would do and with a smile on his face and very pleasant. I will be going back to have other work done their. Thank you for being so courteous.

Grab your popcorn.So on February 3rd, 2022 - me & my girlfriend made the unfortunate mistake of going to the local Walmart for a cheap oil exchange, that ended up causing the total destruction of our cars engine. Long story short, one of the mechanics started the car while there wasn t oil in the vehicle and completely ruined everything to do with the camshaft and engine. Mr. Jay Allen, the supervisor, had the audacity to say it was already messed up no more details, because we are taking it to court. Just take my word & never go to Walmart for the cheap oil, they are careless & very unethical.

Horrible customer service! This tire center damaged my $880 rim and is trying to get out of paying for it. They are not taking any responsibility for the fact that this was done by them. This is a brand new car that had NO damage to the rims before they fixed the flat. This was the first time I tried to use them and I will never take a vehicle to them for service.

2.5 hrs to get 2 tires. Would have been faster of the guys weren't joking around, and stopping every 5 minutes to talk.

There one in Palestine is okay, they will be better if they were consistent. I take my car to Tyler, because they put antiseize on my lugs and the bays are much cleaner.

Do not take your car here unless you want to wait three hours and deal with people that have no direction in how to run the place. You will be irritated by the time you leave.
