I continue to be frustrated that I can only get half of what I need for cats, dogs, bunny, mini horse. I literally asked an employee if the store was going out of business. LOL!!! This store is a joke. Usually I give 4 and 5 stars. I call this place "Almost TSC". I am fed up having to shop online since their website sucks. It is not convenient to shop at the stores in Frankston or Jacksonville.

This Tractor Supply location is always pleasant to visit for my needs. The staff are always helpful and cheerful. I have even gone in with a list of things and had a manager drop what she was doing and help me get everything exactly as it was on my list. I defiantly will go back for my farm and ranch needs.

I've been to this store over a hundred times and it's always the same. Great people working, they usually have what I need to make a quick pen, and sometimes I can catch a really good discount.

Tractor Supply in Palestine Texas is not the place to buy a truck toolbox. We were unfortunate and did just that. 450+ dollars later to find out it was a piece of junk. Lid would not close down tight at all, you could stick your finger in up over the edge of the toolbox and the lid. Customer service was less than desirable my husband was told he could fix it himself by cutting the rubber seal to make it thinner and then it should close. If not he could replace it with a smaller seal. It was so nice to find out if you pay $450+ for something in that it may or may not work. It's very sad , customer service and satisfaction are a true thing of times past at least at the Tractor Supply in Palestine Texas. The owners should be so proud!!!!! We are fortunate to have other places to shop not too far away and don't have to support this one ever again!!!! :-). You can only support local when they in return support you.

Typical livestock feeds are decent prices, mom and pop feed stores have better selection and prices though. Other items like tools and clothing are overpriced and can usually be found much cheaper.They do have the occasional clearance item or sale item more fairly priced.The higher prices are justified by the convenience factor on most items though.Clean store, adequate selection. Bathrooms are pretty rough though and could use a major overhaul.

This TSC in Palestine TX is AWESOME, if you don't mind being treated like you're a nuisance. We stopped going into the store because of the service. Anytime we request a keyholder to open the medicine box, we get someone who is huffy and puffy and agitated to help us. Ordering an online pickup was short lived due to the fact that when ordering dog food, the app failed to let us know that they were out of stock and charged shipping as if we "special" ordered it. I'll also add that we canceled the order and they never removed the charge from our account. 10/10 don't recommend! There is WAY more that I could write about but I'm trying to keep it as short as possible.

Walked right in and to the customer service desk with a picture on my phone of something I was sent to get....was immediately greeted and helped. Unfortunately, they did not carry the item but directed me to where I needed to go.

Great store! They have a really great selection of nuts and bolts! Really great place to just wander around and find stuff you didn't know you needed! LOL!

Well stocked, clean and well organized, employees were friendly and very helpful. I gave it a four star rating because I felt the prices were a little high. Plenty of parking.

I visited Tractor Supply while in Palestine, TX visiting friends. I bought my niece and myself jackets. They were on sale! Great selection of items you might need for your farm and/or home. Also some cute things like spatulas with fish on them, duck boots, light-up lawn ornaments, etc. The lady at the check out was helpful and nice.

Most of the things i want are in stock. People are friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the aisles are always full and it is hard to get down them.

We buy lots of VICTOR dog food from Tractor Supply. They have interesting and different things in the store. Tractor Supply has excellent employees. We always have a pleasant experience!

Disappointed they sold my online order. I was out of town on Drs. Visits and they called to tell me my order was there and I told the caller I could not be there until the early part of that following week . They said ok. Got there the next week and they sold the swings I wanted to give as Christmas presents. I'm a senior citizen and my injuries keep me from getting around and I had to wait till I got help to unload them at my home. Really disappointed...

Normally, I would rate this store much higher. On this occasion, they should not have had animal aggressive dogs stationed at the door! It was ridiculous! I don't know who the man was who was trying to get these large breed dogs adopted, but he told me he wasn't with any rescue and that they had simply come from his farm. Yes, they were in crates, but those dogs went ballistic every single time someone with an animal came through the doors.

We live on lake Palestine and called all the tractor supply cos nearby and they all told us they don t assemble chicken coops. Then I spoke to the team in Palestine and Michael had my chicken coop built and ready for me in less than an hour. It was an extra 10 minute drive but still saved us time from building a coop! The store looked nice and everyone there was really helpful, bigger selection of chicks as well. Thank you Michael and Palestine Tractor Supply Co!!!

Always enjoy the bins up front by the registers, you never know what you are going to find. Always check markdowns on aisle at back of store

I was shopping for fencing online for my newly purchased property. When I was looking for a swing gate opener, I noticed all of the basic fencing materials were all about $1 cheaper than Lowe's. I immediately took my whole material order to TCO and saved over $100. The service at the store was fantastic, and the employee who helped us was a pro with the fork lift. I'll recommend to friends to always check out this company when trying to find the best prices.

Working here and being a customer has shed a lot of light on the process of TSC. The people working have the customers best interest at heart and we will stop what we are doing to help any one who has a question or trouble finding an item. We try to have everything in stock but we can't always have it due to supply and demand. The only down fall is we do not fill propane tanks, however we know of places that do so you can just ask.
