A few weeks ago notice my belly pan was hanging down. Upon inspection there was only 4 of 22 bolt in pan and 3 of those were hand tight. Vehicle has never been any place else but Crocket rd location. Sloppy work, definitely don't get what you pay for.TA

The crew at this location are awesome, I've gotten a few oil changes here but most recently I had bought a used car that needed inspection. I had to repair a transmission cooling hose and when I refilled it I had a hard time checking levels because it was hard to reach...not only did they check it for me they topped it off free of charge. Highly recommend this location.

Have to say I'm under impressed, have been to all 3 locations and they are understaffed and either could not do the oil change on my F 350 diesel truck because they couldn't remove the filter, didn't have the filter or didn't have the oil. Tried to have a coolant flush done and they couldn't do that either because the staff didn't know how to use the equipment. They may be good on small cars and trucks, I wouldn't know, but from now on I will go to Bratz Tire and Auto as they performed all required service and at a lower price.

That was great service I like the friendly atmosphere how they gave us water snack and even my dogs snacks I was just passing threw Palestine and realized I needed an oil change I also like that they were communicating to each other the way they explained the air filter also they showed me that they actually changed my oil checked the air in my tires were great that was a PlusService: Oil change

They inspected my car and told me that I need new windshield wipers. They tried to sell me new ones for 30 bucks. I told him I would go to autozone and get them. He failed my inspection. My wipers did not need to be replaced. If you want to sell some product do it honestly. Don t cheat and fool people.

Got an oil change and a new air filter was told that it would be $115 total. The receipt says $115. When I looked at my bank account today. I was charged $155. Where did that extra $40 come from?

The people were nice enough but this is the slowest one I've been to. It was empty when I arrived so no wait there. They just took their sweet time. The other one in town is much faster. I only stopped here because I didn't have to get out of the vehicle and the baby was asleep. Well they took so long he ended up screaming his head off.

$132 is way to much for a 6 qt. Mobil 1 oil change with filter. I will not be back to any of your 3 Palestine locations. Ridiculous .

I pulled it for an oil change, and it was 4:45PM. I know it was at closing time, but they had me to pull in, and changed the oil. I really appreciate them getting it done right at closing time.

It took a little over 5 mins but they did a good job! Only that it bad when you can hear the comment employee have over customers cars, they don't need to judge not everyone can afford to maintain a clear car from outside. But other than that service was great!!

The guy told me to start the car but once I did the guy in the pit yelled to shut it off that he wasn t ready so I think that was unsafe ..also they didn t do any of the checks that they are suppose to do tires, clean windshield etc so I wasn t satisfiedService: Oil changeService: Oil change
