Rick Rutledge and Joe Legg are two of the finest men I have ever had the honor to meet. I am a disabled Veteran whose previous vehicle bought at Rutledge Automotive was totaled in a not at fault collision. I had no money to put down on another vehicle, but Rick allowed me to pay out the down payment so that I could purchase another vehicle. This is the 3rd vehicle that I have purchased from Rutledge Automotive. If you need a used vehicle you can not beat the quality and service you will receive at Rutledge Automotive. Seriously stay clear of this place! This crook informs me AFTER I purchased a 2012 Ford Focus for almost 6k cash that it had a rebuilt salvage title on it! It needed an oil change, was on empty, tire pressure sensor and literally a month later It's been in the shop for 3 hoses at a whopping 513.00 fix, a new resivior replacement at 50.00 and now needs an alternator! My poor daughter has only had this car 1 month and all these issues! I notified this place and the female assures they are honest people, yeah I don't think so. Shame on you people for selling my 18 year old this trash car!

Buyer beware recently got a truck from here within a week had transmission issues talked to Rutledge Auto about it all good I bought the warranty the warranty company backed out because the tires were bigger than what come on the truck stock I didn't change the tires that's the way it was purchased Rutledge will do nothing about it even though there the ones who put false information to warranty so now I'm thousands of dollars into a truck with a bad transmission and thousands more from getting it fixed highly suggest steering clear of this car dealership.
