My transmission went out on a Saturday. I called Monday and the owner, David, told me to bring my truck in Tuesday and he would try to have it done by Thursday. Thankfully, David had my truck done by Thursday evening, and even told me when to change my transmission oil, and what all he had done to rebuild my transmission. David was very knowledgeable, honest, and caring, as he went above and beyond during my already stressful experience. As a female who knows nothing about cars, David went above and beyond explaining everything to me, and said when they rebuild the transmission, they use a heavy duty torque for longer lasting. I recommend David and his employees for your vehicle needs! I am forever thankful for David and his crew for taking care of me! Not to mention that his prices are also reasonable! There s definitely a reason he has been in business almost 50 years!

Best transmission shop in the entire USA! Want it done right bring it to Mr David Parker aka the Transmission Guru! I ve sent friends from Tulsa and Oklahoma City to David and they were so beyond excited to find a dang good transmission shop despite the long drive! Never let anyone touch another transmission besides Palestine Transmission!!

They put a used, but good transmission in my 4Runner several years ago. They backed it with their own warranty, which was at the time, 12 months or 12k miles. Still have the 4Runner, still have the transmission. I could not ask for better. They are honest, with no tricks or gimmicks. You can trust the people at Palestine Transmission.

I am so impressed with David at Palestine Transmission! I was traveling home to Houston and got stranded in Palestine. I called and David went out of his way to come out and help me. I'm not sure what the man's name was but he was pretty helpful and nice. Price also don't sound bad, give him a call he may have the right price for u. Now if u get work done let me know what u think please

Mr. David & his guys @ Palestine Transmission are absolutely wonderful!!! I had to have my transmission rebuilt & I prayed about it & the Lord couldn't have sent me to anyone better!!! Mr. David isn't like most mechanics... He dznt try to screw over a woman... He explained everything where I could understand & they did a fantastic job on my truck!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PALESTINE TRANSMISSION... Call & ask for Mr. David... U WON'T REGRET IT

Had my 66 TBird transmission serviced. Found vac line damaged and put new one on. Cleaned, replaced belt and fluid. Stated for age transmission it looked good. Cost of services was very reasonable. Will go back fir rebuilt when needed.

They checked my transmission fluid and everything looked great. They couldn't fix the problem but they directed me to who could and gave me some advice. I am grateful for them.

He has rebuilt 3 transmissions for me over the last 20 years or so and all been excellent in fact a 700r4 in a GMC diesel was better than OEM when truck was new. Only transmission shop I'll recommend.

Vehicle in an out promptly. Very honest buisness. After thoroughly checking my car, they could not confirm there were any problems. Asked me to please bring it back promptly if and when car were to start acting up again. Thanks for your honesty Pal. Trans. Your my go to guys.

I don't normally give glowing reviews in automotive-related areas. But, a few years back, I had come in wondering if Palestine Transmission could take a look at the transmission in my old farm truck: 2001 Dodge Ram 1500 v6.They did the work needed (something about pressure plate and adjusting and such_ Fair price. Paid the bill and have been happy ever since.10-thousand farm miles later, still chugging along just great.People in big cities don't understand life out here in rural East Texas. But, here's the thing: In the city gypo outfits blow into town and leave shortly thereafter with a trail of tears in their wake.Nice to have good auto services like Palestine Transmission (and Matterns up 155 a ways). Good luck finding honest shops in other and bigger cities..
