I found my new suv on the dealerships website and came by Friday to check it out. Justin came out and greeted me. We took a test drive and Justin was able to answer my questions - he was very knowledgeable and personable. He made the entire shopping and purchasing experience smooth. This was actually the best car buying experience I've ever had. It was all very time efficient, which I appreciate.

This dealership was great!! Everyone greeted us and were so polite and willing to help. Our salesman, Scott, was an absolute angel and was so transparent and honest about everything. The finance team went above and beyond to get the right numbers for my family. The warranties given are amazing and caught my eye for sure! I had to bring in my 2 year old son, and they all were so great with him through the process! The dealership is always in tip top shape and super clean. They even have a kids room! I appreciate Palestine Toyota for all they do!

A little over a year ago I purchased a new Tacoma from Palestine Toyota. Katie was the sales person who helped me. She did an excellent job and every thing flowed smoothly. I do not live in Palestine actually a hour away. I was able to purchase the truck over the phone with no troubles. Again the process was super easy and smooth. Upon picking up the truck dealing with the finance guy and Michael Berry it took less than a hour. Super super smooth. These guys treated me great the place is ran like a well oiled machine. I brought the truck back for first oil change. I will be the first to say I am extremely hard to deal with because of past issues from other brand dealerships. The service advisor was very understanding and accommodating great guy. I got to meet Michael Slayton and have dealt with him every time my vehicle has came to the shop. I will take it all the way to Palestine to have work done on it because of this. They have earned my trust. Excellent place to do business. Well worth the drive.

Justin was great. He stayed in touch answered all my questions and Listened to what I wanted and let me know when they got a Truck in that was like what I wanted. He never tried to talk me into buying something that was already on the lot and never tried to talk me into something that i didn t want. He was very informative and always helpful. Everyone that I dealt with was the same way. Its a great place to do business and best of all it s right here in town. I will recommend Palestine Toyota to anyone looking for a vehicle or service.

I took my Sienna to Palestine Toyota for a covered warranty repair of the sunroof, and when I showed up to pick up the van, there were door, side, and foot panels still not finished with wires hanging out of the inside of the van; and the seat belt was not re-connected which is a major safety hazard. After they completed the sunroof and re-assembled the inside panels, I returned, and then discovered the antenna did not appear to be working because only one radio station would come on the radio. I immediately called back and was told to bring it back in. Later we took the van back in for two more warranty repairs and the completion of the radio/antenna issue. The repair service manager explained that the antenna being damaged or disconnected during sunroof repair was common and occurred during their repair of our sunroof, and that they would correct their issue. They called and stated they had to give me a quote for all the other repairs that are needed. I asked what repairs and the technician stated I needed, windshield wipers, air filter, and breaks. They must not have check any of these, because my windshield wipers were less than 1 month old, the breaks and rotors are in great shape, and the air filter does not need replacing. I asked them only to repair the warranty items and he seemed upset. When I returned to pick up the van for the three repairs, they said the radio was working fine, and had the one same radio station turned on with the volume up so I could hear it. I ran the channel scan and showed that the antenna issue was not resolved. The service manager made excuses saying that no one uses the radio anymore, and I just use my phone when I drive. She then went on to explain how she could only afford the base model Sienna due to her poor credit. I m not sure why that was relevant. She insisted the radio was working and asked me to take a video of the channels not picking up; but the van was sitting right in front of her, and she could have seen it for herself. It was getting near closing time and she was ready to leave, so would not walk over and see it for herself. I said my other vehicle picks up over 15 stations in the same parking lot, then she agreed and said they could order a new radio, which seems like a waste of their money if only the antenna was broken; but they couldn t do anything about it that day because the person who worked on it was gone for the week so they would call me back to bring it in. When they inevitably did not call back, I called and the same service manager said I would have to pay for the diagnostic and that it may or may not be covered by the warranty, but they couldn t guarantee it, changing their story. Chuck, please return my voicemail and make this right.

Palestine Toyota was there for us when we were looking to buy a new car. We worked with Nick and we had a pleasant experience buying our car. He helped us find the perfect car for our family and Nick, was very patient and courteous through our car buying process. We very highly recommend this dealership as they will do what they can to meet your needs! Our experience here was the best we ever had with buying a new vehicle!!!! Be aware if you're shopping from a long distance, & plan on closing the deal & getting the vehicle at the dealership: they will not hold the vehicle for you, even if you offer to pay a deposit, unless it's 24 hours or less before you get there. They are up-front to tell you this, but it's a questionable business practice. I was all set to pay the deposit a day before leaving, drive several hundred miles in 3 days to close the deal & take the vehicle I really wanted, then got an email 2 days before that they sold the vehicle. They said they wanted my business, but did they really?

This is the second time my car has been serviced here.My husband told them to check the tire pressure they said it was part of all the checkpoints that they do, but apparently they did not check tire pressure.My husband checked it after we got home and every tire was low and needed air.

I wanted to give a shout out to my salesman Nick and financier Brandon here! I have been shopping for a compact SUV in this wild market, and after waiting for an order, dealing with lies and/or let-downs at around a dozen other dealerships, I called Palestine Toyota and connected with Nick. In the first ten minutes of the phone call, I knew I was dealing with a genuine human being. They had one RAV4 left and I made the drive to see it. I was treated with the utmost respect and was given honest answers to all of my questions. I took it for a test drive and we sat down for some numbers. They truly worked with me and we made a reasonable deal and they stayed well past closing time and never put any pressure on me. Brandon was excellent at explaining my options and assisting me through finalizing the financing process. Palestine Toyota has gained a loyal customer and I will be recommending business to them to any friends and family seeking a vehicle.

Don't buy a car here unless you want to experience pressure tactics and attempts at manipulation as well as being called by a salesman at 7 pm. Also, their cars have uncomfortable seats. Why would I pay thirty thousand dollars for a car with a hard uncomfortable seat?Avoid like the plague.

The Palestine Toyota Service Dept. is top notch. Always friendly, Always prompt. It's why I drive 45 miles to let them service my vehicle, when there are other places closer. I just haven't found thier level of service anywhere else.

Had a terrible experience today when I took my Tacoma in because it had a nail on the sidewall of the tire. I went and asked about my warranty as I thought I had my tires covered. The guy there checked and said I had no warranty and tried to sell me a tire. I said no and left to call the dealership (another Toyota dealership) I purchased from and they explained that I did have the Toyota extended warranty that every Toyota locations should honor and that the Service Advisor who attended me should have seen it. They had to instruct me on what to say because they informed me that they could be lying. Well when I went back he was busy so I talked to another lady and she found my warranty right away. I don t know if the man is improperly trained or he gets a commission from selling me a tire but it made me waste a bunch of time having to wait for the other dealership to answer. Then he proceeded to say he must ve not seen it (I mean he s an assistant manager, how do you not know how to check for a warranty) he then quoted me 1 hour for the service. Well I waited 2 hours, and I went to go check the front and I saw my truck sitting there, I waited some time after to see what they would do and NOTHING. So I go check with the Advisors and the guy that attended me wasn t there and I had to ask someone else for my keys. They had me sign something and I left. So I was waiting for nothing???? Just a sucky experience. I advise everyone to make sure what their warranty is in case that s common practice to lie to your customers.

Very nice buying experience. Nick my salesman made me feel comfortable with the whole purchase from start to finish. The general mgr handled everything in the finance dept. was very transparent made me feel very good about finishing up the deal.Way too go Palestine Toyota.

Every time my family goes into Palestine Toyota, we have great experiences. Between my family members, we have purchased 4 vehicles from them and all of them are fully serviced there through the years. Went in to trade an old vehicle for an upgrade to a Highlander and Justin took really good care of us. All of the staff was friendly as ever and they made everything so simple, yet informative. Our family highly recommends this dealership!

Very disappointing visit to the service dept. Made an early morning appointment and dropped off vehicle at 0730. 1pm and hadnt heard from them. I stopped by, service writer-Molly saw me and said "I'll get you an update" came back 5 minutes later and said mechanic will be right with me with an estimate. I waited 20 minutes and nothing. I asked again and was told he "was eating, and would be right out". After waiting 20 more minutes I drove across street to Lowes and came back at 2:15. My vehicle was in the front lot, and Molly was no where to be found. I asked man in next office, he said he "had no idea" and quickly shut his door. Molly finally came out and said "it'll be $125". For what I had no idea. After questioning I was told I had a loose vacuum hose, and needed a new exhaust manifold. I asked for the price for repairs and she said the mechanic hadn't told her yet. 3 weeks later I'm still waiting for "estimate". Oh, and the $125 charge? Who knows. I never got a receipt for the work done either. I have 3 toyota vehicles but it was worth $125 to never have to deal with this dealership again.

Great experience. Didn't feel at all pressured and the process was smooth from start to finish. Probably didn't get the best deal but the dealership has to make money too. The Toyota lifetime power train warranty even applies to my 2021 Ram.

Sarah Webb is a great sales lady i found my 2017 Tundra on their sight went their and looked at it and test drove it and ended up buying it great people very nice, they even fixed the broken antenna.

My experience with Toyota of Palestine was fantastic. Sales personnel Katie Trimble and Vay Davis were very friendly and helped me with every question I had. They helped me order the exact Tundra that I wanted. Every person I dealt with was very friendly and informative. Made buying a new truck a positive experience instead of the usual hassle.
