Christian was amazing. My husband was looking for a specific part that is impossible to find. Christian stayed attentive the entire time we were there, never getting irritated or frustrated. Even though we walked out without the part we needed, the customer service made up for it.

We needed a brake light and fast or my son would not have had his driving test. The manager found me the perfect lights and changed them for me. I d recommend this place highly.

Went to every other parts store in town and this one was by far the most helpful. Staff was very friendly and helped me find and ordered exactly what I needed. Tms the man. Thank you

Lucky me that I have to great O'Reilly Auto Parts Stores. The last several visits to the store on W. Oak I was able to speak with knowledgeable staff. Definitely will be a repeat customer.

Nice staff but as usual this O'Reilly did not have what I was looking for. Fortunately the auto parts place down the street keeps very good stock and had what I needed on hand.
