You walk in and see a parts counter. But there is a lot more here than what you first see!These guys have loads of parts!If they don't have it, neither does anyone else.Service techs are helpful and skilled.

I've lived in East Texas for 12 yrs so yes, I'm pretty used to terrible customer service. That being said, Dogwood sales takes the cake. They will charge you 352$ for pick up and delivery, then they will charge you 115$ an hour for labor (that's more than an aircraft mechanic). They will keep your tractor for 4 weeks without progress and if you ask why its taking so long, they will remind you that others have waited much longer so just wait your turn. They close at 4pm so if you think you can run by after work to check on repairs, forget it. The owner will personally insult you if you dare question his business practices/prices and even after you pay in full, they will make you jump through hoops as they further delay returning your tractor. Without a doubt, the worse operation I have ever dealt with. Avoid at all costs.

I have bought a tractor,hay equipment and mowers over the years here. great place to do business! They have the parts in stock and always keep me up and running in the field!

Always good doing business with Dogwood Sales! Service dept is helpful and nice. If I call and say I have an issue, it is taken care of in a timely manner.Tiffany and the guys are always attentive and go above and beyond to help me.

I had a very bad experience with Tiffany the service coordinator. She was rude and made me feel uneasy about leaving my tractor with them. Maybe she can get retrained in proper customer service. I payed them to change my clutch and now my tractor will not go into 3 and 4 gear. What a waste of time and money.

Bought my new tractor from them 4 years ago. They delivered and when I had to have some service done they picked it up and delivered back under warranty with no charge. So far so good.
