Complete garbage they take advantage of people that s new to palastine that don t have friends or family in the area that works for TDCJ to buy a broken down car that will break down on you my car been broke down for over a month and I have not been able to go to work and they do not give out rentals or loaners so if you re new to Palestine don t buy from them they use the cheapest road side assistance and the warranty they claim to have is through them it s not even real warranty you can t even take your car to a real dealership to get your car worked on you have to even pay for your own diagnostic apparently because the warranty they have don t cover diagnostics then send it to car-mart no matter how bad the condition is they want you to pay out of pocket so that they can work on your car if you re driving out of town a lot you re car not gonna make it to El Paso I got in an argument with one of the employee asking me why I drove so far they should also explain to you that your car won t make it across Texas it s , that it will break down on you and you can t have your car worked on at a dealership you have to take it to some shady mechanic because the roadside assistance that they use will not allow you to get your car worked on and they will not send your car back to East Texas it s only to the closes mechanic shop customer service won t even side with you it s a lost cause the cars they have the car lot is meant to break down and they hold your car till your next payment and if you miss your payment they just gonna take your car away they told me you can t miss a payment but I haven t been able to go to work with out my car so that s what they are planning to do is take the car away from someone who been making on time payments never late always early on payments and they are gonna take my car away on the third if I don t pay it and not give it back to me which is wrong that s called scamming people

Employees are good and understand willing to work with you but the issue is the cars they have break down a lot and we need reliable cars to get to work and home which they do have warranty but won t lend you a loner vehicle till you re car is fixed and again they do tell you get a rental but rentals are expensive and I have a family to provide my car broke down on me 4 times in a month and they can t put me in a other vehicle because there 7 day policy passed they expect you to work and make payments but can t help out with a loaner vehicle I m pretty much jobless now I can t even find a ride to work or afford a taxi everyday the policy sucks the employees are are amazing but they are a business wanting to make money which I understand the owner of car-mart is not for the people

Great inventory with quality vehicles, they have service contracts for their vehicles major mechanical repairs which is rare for used car dealerships. They really do work with you and are honest and fully transparent. Amazing place to go and love my new car I'm financing from them. Thanks so much you guys!

My salesperson Ana Garcia was not very engaging. Didn't seem happy to be there. Said that the office had a smell, which was why she was not happy. Went to another office and ate while I was there. Didn't offer any kinda of snacks or beverage which most dealerships offer. All in all not a pleasant experience. However I got the vehicle I came in for which was the only happy thing about this experience.

Car Mart in Palestine is the place to go! Chris Jenkins and Misty gave AMAZING customer service!!! We came all the way from Lufkin very disappointed and got to Car Mart of Palestine and left very satisfied and in a new ride!!!!! All I can say is you should definitely go sit in their seats you won t be disappointed, you will leave with laughs, a car, and a smile on your face!Thanks Car Mart of Palestine :)

I was very surprised on the way they took care of us. With my son going thru cancer and he need something to to his kimo. I will never use them again they use shady mechanics most of the time when they have good mechanics that does there job and find shady mechanics to mess the cars up and tell you to just drive it like that it's OK when they break it and refused to fix it candi is very rude and can't do her job. Right always screwing customers over

TERRIBLE SERVICE !! Don t wanna work with you all cars are trash ! Only one person in the Palestine location cares rest of them DONT CARE AT ALL !! DEBRA is amazing Misty is awful makes you think she cares but she doesn t ! Just trust and believe they will put you in a car if their choice !! Wish I would have NEVER USED THEM EVER !! Lesson Learned! All the good reviews are fake ! If you was smart you ll run fast as hell !!

I will not being using them ever again, my car was total loss and now they won't put me in a another vehicle because I had to quit my job due to circumstances and since I don't have a job and my daughter's income was paying for the car note I'm without a vehicle when the adjuster comes to pick up the car.

Candi Montgomery is a rock star I told her what I had and she showed me cars that I could afford. She got me into a car in no time. The whole Carmart team worked together with me and made me feel like family. I was very happy with my purchase. Thank you Carmart of Palestine.

I have gotten 2 cars from this place now and the people there are wonderful and they will work with you. Misty and Debra are the best dynamic duo I have ever met. They are sweet. Love this place!!!!!

Runnnnnnnn really fast, DO NOT COME HERE TO BUY A CAR. I purchased a 2014 Hyundai GT here. After a week of having the vehicle, its check engine light came on. I called this place and they told me that I would have to pay a mechanic to diagnose my vehicle then pay another $75 to have it fixed by them. I explained what the mechanic told me but they didn t want to listen at all. So I had to pay out of my own pocket to have it fixed. A couple of weeks later I was driving home from work and the car died in the middle of the highway as I was driving, thankfully i was able to get over on the side of the road before any cars came. I called and told them the situation that happened and they told that they ll send a wrecker but before he came they would CALL. Debra called me 2 HOURS LATER and said that she basically forgot to call me but they picked my car up already. Well, I had to work that weekend but Monday I went to pay my deductible and Candi told me she ll call no later than Wednesday but she NEVER CALLED ME WHATSOEVER. I had to call them so I could know something and they still didn t tell me anything. I called back again and they told again nothing has been heard STILL. I called back a week later just to be told call Debra to see if she would drop the payments down until it got fixed. Well, I called her and she said that she couldn t do anything until she talked to Candi and it was her decision to if she wanted to do it or not but she was gone call back and never did. Everytime I CALL AND TRY TO TALK TO SOMEONE it s ALWAYS I m going to CALL YOU BACK and never do. I called today and spoke to the GM about the situation and she basically said she couldn t help me cause that wasn t her job but she ll take my number down for Candi to call me back which she NEVER DID AND NEVER DO. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE I KNOW. It s been 2 WHOLE WEEKS since I been without a car and I still haven t heard anything and really don t know where my car is at.This is place of business that sells cars is TRASH DO NOT COME HERE .. I REPEAT DO NOT COME HERE RUN AWAY AND GO TO A REAL DEALERSHIP LIKE ELLIOT DODGE OR CARMAX !!

Not sure what happened but doesn't want to start not even 24 hrs! Correction: Motor went out 16 mths later never fixed mirrors on it nor informed me of a recall on ECM for my car otherwise Hyundai would have provided a motor & put it in for free! I'll never buy another car from Car-Mart in Palestine, Texas

Kandi was sooooo helpful! She answered my calls for at least a week. I got here, got the car I wanted. In my budget and everything she told me on the phone was exactly what I got. No hidden anything.

Justin was amazzzzzing!!!! And even my husband says he's easy on the eyes Kristin was such a sweetheart and friendly. we just bought a puppy the same day and brought her with us to get our vehicle and they loved her. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. They are very reasonable prices, and very honest. I will definitely choose them again for the simple fact, most dealers are not honest, and they were.

I was not a fan of Carmart due to history with another location , but Candi has won me back over! She was very knowledgeable and made the process quick and easy ! I don t think I ve ever looked at a car and drove off in the same day before. My husband is very picky, but surprisingly he is extremely satisfied with his purchase . Great experience , will be referring more people .

Miss Candi the saleswoman at carmart in Palestine was a great saleswoman she was very professional and got the job done quick she was nice I had a great experience with her the best saleswoman I've seen in a whole so if anyone is looking for a vehicle go see Miss Candi at carmart in Palestine I'm sure you will love the experience she is great . Also Miss Candi we love the truck appreciate everything.

great place to go! candy was so sweet!!Update: unless you have bad credit, do NOT go here. Their payment plans are meant to keep you in debt. You will have a seasonal payment every february that's 1k+. Don't do it.

Service was great ! Miss Candi helped me soooo much with getting all of my paperwork done as well as walking me through understanding all of the terms ! FYI come with your insurance ready so you can speed through the process or already have one in mind ! Lol
