Excellent Customer Service! My husband was on a small fender bender at the 2-way stop sign near their business. His rear tire was hit. He asked if they could look at it so he knew if it was safe to drive home. They were very friendly and helpful. Put it up on the jack that allows them to look underneath as well. Never charged us anything. Very helpful and kind people.

Went today to get my car inspection and guy front desk got an attitude with me and said I could not have my car inspected because I was not on the insurance card tht the owner had to go himself to get the inspection done or at least a person on the policy , gave me a whole lecture bout tht ! Gladly I came to West oak auto and front desk lady was so nice and staff got my inspection done !

Took my car for service here three times now. These guys are knowledgeable and HONEST. I thought I had more work needed, but they were honest and let me know that I didn t need some of the work I thought I needed.

Great tire and auto service place. They gave me 4 brand new tires for my car 453; plus I paid an extra 60 to get free rotation and they will fix the tire for free. That 60 also includes roadside assistance for a year. It only took them 40 minutes to put 4 brand new tires on was very impressed.

The only guy that does inspection sticker was so rude even though my truck passed. I'll never go there again. Don't like the way he handled my wife.

I have traded with Bratz Tire for as long as I have been in Palestine. They have always given me good service and still do and I cannot imagine what I would do without them.

I took my car their for a state vehicle inspection. Joe was friendly and efficient. The whole thing took very little time. I was so comfortable with the experience, I asked Joe if he took care of other car services and they do. I'll be using Bratz Tire & Auto Service for my other car needs!

I would recommend this business to anyone who wants a great experience with an honest and professional service staff. Went to get my car inspected and so pleased I chose Bratz. Would highly recommend it to everyone.

They were behind schedule because of trouble with an earlier vehicle, but very upfront and apologetic about the delay. I went in for an alignment because my tires were wearing on the inside. They were honest about my car, the specs on my car were in line for the manufacturer specifications. I explained about the tires wearing and the tech said he could do a slight adjustment to see it that helped. They also told me about a factory recall that I wasn't aware of...I had my car at the local dealership in October, they didn't inform me of the recall...I am very satisfied with them overall

Bratz did an incredible job installing bumper and grill protection on my Jeep Wrangler. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly and their pricing is excellent. Will definitely be back when and if I need anything done on my Jeep

I used to go to Bratz for everything. I have invested thousands of dollars here and now I feel ripped off! I ran over a razor blade on a tire with barely 10000 miles on it. I had to get two tires which cost me close to 200! I was very upset that I paid 800 dollars for tires with a good warranty and then I find out I'm still shelling out 200 for two damaged tires with barely 10000 miles on them. It doesn't even stop there. He charged me for another warranty on both of my tires and another set up Fee! Don't you think 800 dollar tires should come with all that?! I had them replace my brake pads once and they wore out in less than a year. Recently he told me my rear brake pads were bad so I took my business elsewhere. Come to find out my rear brake pads were in great condition! He just looked on the computer and saw that I had new front pads and assumed that I needed rear pads. My father and I have had are oil changes done here. Both my father and I had terrible oil changes. We don't even know if the changed the oil. They didn't fill up any fluids, put in a sticker, or reset the trucks odometer that gives the oil change warning. I paid close to 80 dollars for my oil change! This place will no longer get any of my family's business. I have also purchased rims from Bratz before and then not even 15000 miles later they claimed that my rims were warped. I paid a substantial amount of money for quality rims and then they supposedly warp after 15000 highway miles. This place just wants your money. Steer away and get your tires from somewhere else.

Wouldn t go anywhere else. Best service, best price and friendliest people I ve ever met at a tire shop. I have no problem bringing my children in with me. Other tire shops I can t do that due to the inappropriate language being said by the employees. Good job.

Bratz always goes the extra mile for their customers. They are courteous, quick, and value-minded. I wouldn't go anywhere else for oil changes, tires, or inspections.
