I had a church that ordered me an alternator for my mom's car the part was there but they couldn't find it but reordered the part because of they thought FedEx lost it started my trip back home and Israel from AutoZone to take me home and i really appreciated for what they done

I ordered a tail light cover and it came in quickly. Got immediate assistance from Brandon Brooks, who came outside directly and installed it without hesitation within 10 minutes! Seems knowledgable. . I went back 6 days later and Mr. Ken Larsen promptly came out and put the other cover on! I can always trust these guys at Palestine Autozone

never coming here again. i came earlier today looking for a adhesive because my front splashguard is loose from the storm that passed recently. i was taking my time looking for a specific adhesive, arms on my hips, when a employee stands infront of me and stares me down as if im doing something wrong and when i look at him he has the audacity to look away, grab a piece of trash, and walk past me to put it behind a shelf. that was already a issue and i called the employee a weirdo , then the manager or whoever can wear a gray autozone shirt, has the audacity to stand directly infront of where i was looking, and stick his hand out to a customer he was helping, without even saying excuse me or whatsoever. i than said loudly EXCUSE ME twice and only the customer apologized. i walked out saying ill only go to oreilys and thats what im going to do. im a federal agent, i cant/dont need to steal $35 adhesive glue. i dont know if it s because im a hispanic or because theyre just incompetent but fix yourselves and i wish it was recorded because the backlash would be brutal. fix yourselves autzone. you lost a customer thats spent $1000+ at just that one location.

Love these guys! There s so many good employees at this location, Ken, Omar, Matt, Steve, love them! I never have an issue finding parts with them and they do their best to help me and my shop out constantly.

I cannot tell you how many times the awesome staff at autozone have helped me out! To them, I am more than a sale. They're always so quick to help me find what I need!I hit a deer in 2021 and needed to replace my headlight. As a strong independent woman, I was dead set on doing it myself. At least I was until I found out headlights were 6 months back ordered through the wholesaler. Ken, the commercial salesman, stepped up to the plate and found me the perfect headlight AND made sure I got clips to pin my bumper back up "just in case!"On another unfortunate occasion, my daughter busted out my back windshield (that's a story for another day) the amazing staff made sure I knew how to safely vaccum out all the glass then helped me put in a temporary window while I called the shop they recommended! (They saved me about $200 and 2 weeks wait time btw)!They never judge me based on my shenanigans and more often than not, I go into the shop an emotional wreck and leave laughing and confident in my ability to fix what ever hole I've dug myself into.Thank you to everyone at the Autozone!You are all truly the best!

Omar is AWESOME! He needs a raise great person to work with he is very good at his job and truly cares about the customers. He is the reason I will always go back to Palestine auto zone!

Lately they been falling short in service. We went to get oil for our truck and a tall young guy kept telling us that we only need 4qts. And it carries 10qts. Then to just unscrew my battery the same kid want to send me to and auto shop to get u screwed thankful one of they other guys helped me out and did it for me. We went again today and a guy wanted to change his front light bulb and the same kid told the guy to go to Toyota to get it change. Auto zone is going to loose customer if this keeps happening.

The manager was super rude, borderline refused to go against their online return policy. I highly suggest going to another auto parts store. Scott brinker or whatever your name is should be ashamed, no person in their right mind will travel all the way to the store to read your return policy on the door. Never will buy anything from them again. Thank goodness my grandfather isn't able to take witness to the moronic views of their store.

I had a list of unrelated items. This was first visit to this store. Immediately received a friendly greeting and the lady that helped me was on top of everything I needed. She even pointed me to a couple of places that might have the one rare unique item I can not locate. The store was squared away and I was in and out of there fast. I left with a smile. An all around good experience. Kudos to the lady that helped me. I did not get her name.

I arrived to the AutoZone in Palestine around 3:30. On the way there, I came to a possible conclusion that a fuse was out. Cigarette lighter and ac adapter went out as I was doing a breathing treatment and charging my phone. We were on our way out of town and specifically came through Palestine JUST to go to AutoZone there. It was out of our way.I went inside and was greeted by a tall handsome man, I can only assume he was a manager because he wasn't in the normal red shirt, he was wearing a grey collared button-up shirt.He said, "How can we help you?" With a warm smile on his face. I told him, "I think a fuse went out, I was wondering if you could help me find out for sure." To my surprise, the tall handsome man proceeded to tell me that he him and another person couldn't because they were fixing to start doing something. Really? I've been in the service industry for 20 years. Rule number one, if a customer needs help, you stop what your doing and help said customer, but his job was more important than helping me. Which I believe is also his job.He did tell me that the cashier associate may or may not be able to help me but that it would take awhile!Killing it with kindness, he told me good luck and I said Merry Christmas.So, I went out there, it took me 15 minutes to find the fuse box, another 15 minutes to get the fuse out. And I only did because a passerby stopped and asked if I needed help and I said yes. He also said, well of course I'll help a woman on Christmas Eve Eve.The clerk with the red shirt was super nice and showed me which fuse was out. What should have taken 5 minutes took me 40!All in all, I was dumbfounded that the manager guy told me he couldn't help me because he was too busy. If he couldn't because y'all don't do that sort of thing, but because HE was busy? No! That is unacceptable! I'm not sure that I will EVER go back to AutoZone in Palestine.

This is the worst Autozone experience I have had. The hispanic guy with the slicked back hair was of no help. He was so stuck on his ego that he could not comprehend what I was saying. He also refused to abide by the discount he said he was giving me. His attempt at math failed miserably. He was so wrong that he convinced himself he was right. The taller white guy stepped in, listened, and tried to fix the issue. However, the other guys ego was still in the way and the issue became unresolvable. Because Autozone could not do the right thing I went across the street to their competitor and spent my money there. It took 10 minutes in their competitors place where it had already been 40 minutes in Autozone and nothing was resolved. I still feel like the fact that I am female was the crux of the issue with the first employee.

I went to Autozone first thing this morning and bought two windshield wipers. The gentleman who helped me pick them out. I don't remember his name but he was polite and kind. He did not hesitate when I asked him would he put them on for me. He put them on quickly and with a smile. I will be going back here for my auto part needs!

Will not go back to this store. Went in to find a battery for an RTV young kid tried to help me. Wasn't sure about the posts on the battery I needed so stepped to the back of the store to text my sister and have her send a pic of battery. After a few minutes he apparently didn't see me at the back of the store and yelled out to his fellow employees "Where did that old lady go that wanted a battery?" I stepped around the corner and said that "old lady" is right here and will be leaving the store. He wasn't even apologetic, just said oh ok. Very rude! Will use O'Reilly from now on.

These guys are the sweetest! Paid for front drivers headlight, then they installed it. They have also put in a battery before at no charge. Thank God for these hardworking servant hearted men.

Awesome group of people! Yesterday 2/4 my alternator went out and after having several nice people help me jump my batteries enough to get to the Palestine AutoZone to buy a new Alternator the employees jumped in to help me replace in the parking lot, the tensioner also was busted. After a couple hours I was on my way.I can t thank them enough for the help solid group of people.

Once you get to know which workers know their business you'll get good, quality service-and most likely the right part the first time you go. However, there are a few up there that you are guaranteed to leave with a headache and the wrong part (which you'll only discover after your vehicle is torn apart and ready for installation of the new part).

They tested my alternator and found that it wasn't charging. I bought a new alternator from them. They didn't check to see if my negative wire was attached properly. Kind story short after $340 all I needed was a terminal connector.
