We stayed at Quality Inn in Ozona and had a great experience. We arrived around 9:30 pm and had a quick and easy check in. It is conveniently located right off the highway and is in a safe location. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. I was really impressed about how comfortable the bed and pillows were. I would definitely stay here again when I visit west Texas. They offer free wifi and have a decent continental breakfast. They also have Tesla charging stations at this location.

Illegal electrical tap. Stealing from the power company and the public. The connection is made to the main power line upstream of your meter, it also looks like the connection was made by an amateur. Perhaps you should go take a look for yourself.

it was a cool Hotel, we only stopped for the night. The bed was neat, although the mattress had stains and the bathroom was very plain looking. There were tiny black bugs crawling in through the door all throughout the night... kinda disturbing but they didn't do much. Floor was a bit sticky but overall plenty of others have good stays. I don't rate it as "Bad", it wasn't That Bad just maybe more cleanup and better bed setup.Rooms: room could be more clean, door jams need to be tightened, bugs crawled in through the night, nothing horrible though, bugs dont cause concern considering it was 116 degrees as the high!

This hotel is in the perfect location, right off the highway. Staff very nice. Beside the many bugs outside the room, the room was comfy, especially the bed. It was also nice to see them exchange the US flag for a fresh one. This hotel seems to take a lot of pride in its appearance. It was also nice for them to provide breakfast. One suggestion would be to close the outside doors so they re aren t so many bugs at your room door. Our dogs were also very comfortable there too.

The room was nice and clean. The lady who waited on us was a bit rude. She said she didn't have any more rooms, when we got there. So, I went outside and got online and reserved the room. I went inside and told her I had confirmation of the room, then all of a sudden she has 2 rooms available that she hadn't realized she had before. So we finally got the room. It's a bit pricey here though. They have free breakfast, it was very nice. There was scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, yogurt, coffee, juice, pastry and fruit. Breakfast was the highlight of our stay here, despite the hassle we were given when we first got there to rent a room.

Well off the highway, no highway noise. The room was clean, with a smooth floor. (We travel with poodles so a pet friendly room with no carpet is best.) It was quiet on the second floor, must be well insulated, so no startling in the middle of the night. Really good towels. Super comfy bed and pillows. Nice breakfast too, with eggs, toast, sausage. We will stay here again.

Safety issues. Found plug in room not attached to wall. Possible to pull out of wall for electric shock risk. Not safe for small kids. Mediocre room. Ac functioned and clean sheets, but soft floor in shower and signs of damage and wear and repair needed.Safety: Not safe. Would not recommend. Exposed electrical wires.

We had an excellent stay here, book the room! There are so few options on the open road in some areas. This Quality inn at its price point may seem modest with no frills but it s just what you need in my opinion. We stopped for a night while traveling and let me tell you I was pleasantly surprised x10. The area may look questionable but the room was very clean, including the sheets and towels. Comfortable bed, CLEAN, hot shower and dog friendly with a friendly pet fee!!! What won me was the upkeep of the rooms. It is a visibly older property but there are no cracks in the walls (you know the ones that haunt you as you wonder what will crawl out of it), no peeling paint, no unsightly marks on the walls or carpets and no bugs/insects. For me it was a 10 across the board and I am a picky person Hope this helps, happy travels!

The check-in cleak didn't seem to understand customer service. Her attitude was poor and unhelpful. Her lack of enthusiasm toward greeting and helping the guests made for a bad first impression. I would have given this place an even lower score, but the morning crew (receptionist, kitchen helper, and room service person) saved the day. They were all friendly and helpful.

We checked in to literally sleep, wake up and keep driving. Husband, 2 y.o. baby, dog and I. Arrived after midnight and left before 9am. Choose this place because reviews were decent and they allowed dogs. The pet fee was really reasonable at $15 extra. I was really tired but nothing in the room struck me as odd or bad. I found it to be clean and comfortable enough for the rest we needed.Check in was easy. Front desk agent helped us get a ground floor room so we could easily get the the baby/dog/our things in.Quiet part of town. Felt safe. No issues with our car being left in the parking lot over night.I was surprised they provided a decent hot breakfast in the morning.

My wife and I, along with our two dogs, recently stayed at the Quality Inn in Ozona. The room was clean and comfortable and the service was friendly.Upon arriving at our next stop in San Antonio I couldn't find my walking cane, (I am a disabled veteran). The cane was my late Mother's, and important to me for that as well as helping me walk. Hoping that it may have been left in the room, I made a call back to Ozona where the Quality Inn folks graciously checked the room and found the missing cane, which they agreed to return to me. It arrived at my residence via Priority Mail yesterday.I highly recommend the people and the facility at Quality Inn Ozona, and send my thanks for their courtesy.

We stayed here because it got dark. We didn't want to continue driving. The second reason is because they are pet friendly. Check in was fast. There were not that many people in the hotel. But it felt safe. Super clean. I love the lighting in the parking lot. I would stay there again if I'm with my dogs.

We were pleasantly surprised by this motel. First, the Tesla superchargers are right there in their parking lot. It is pet friendly. The WiFi is free and decently fast. The room was clean with plenty of towels and the best hotel/motel pillows we ve slept on in a long time. The complimentary breakfast consisted of the standard fare, but the scrambled eggs were done well and the sausage was tasty. If driving this route again, we will definitely stay here.

Room smelt very musty and had a bunch of flies, went to the front desk and they were helpful in getting me a new room. Was told the room I was in had an odor since it was a pet friendly room. I've never had an issue with odor in any of the pet friendly hotels I've stayed in. Next room also smelt and had slightly less bugs. I actually used a can or air freshener to make it tolerable. Left as early as possible next morning to get out of there.

Good no-frills place to stay. Room was clean; no bed bugs or other critters and no animal smells. Coffee, microwave and free wifi in the room and free hot breakfast in the lobby every morning. Bed and pillows were very comfortable.I checked in around 9pm and the carpeting definitely needed to be vacuumed in the halls, but other than that, I was very happy with my stay.Front office staff was very pleasant and apologetic for their system running a little slow.

Awesome place to pit stop with Tesla superchargers. One of the only Tesla superchargers along the I10 between Fort Stockton and Junction, Texas. This place has private bathrooms for visitors and friendly staff. Lots of parking for oversized vehicles as well.

The room was clean and comfortable. The rates were very reasonable and they are pet friendly with minimal fee. There isn't much grass around (of course, west Texas) for potty time but my picky girl did fine. The hotel is in good repair and the staff, especially the manager, was very warm and welcoming and took the time to tell us about the area. Plenty of parking and close to food. I'd happily return.

My family and I stayed here while traveling from Houston to El Paso. The check in/out process was simple and fast and the staff were very friendly! The room was clean, it had a microwave and mini fridge. Oh, and a coffee maker. The only thing we had an issue with was the shower and toilet. The water in the tub didn t drain properly, and the toilet didn t always flush right away. Other than that, everything was fine. It was quiet and pleasant.

I stopped at 11:15pm to use the Tesla surcharger. Needed to use the restroom and asked if I could come in. Young lady at reception kept repeating the doors are locked. What, so if someone was checking in you d tell them the doors are locked? Having the chargers at your hotel is a plus for your business. People that have been traveling long distances appreciate these simple things. Don t you get a cut from the charger fees, too? This is the first hotel that didn t let me in even after the doors were locked.
