The rooms were clean, nice and comfortable. The Service was near perfection. From the night clerk to the morning breakfast staff.Huge shout out to Martha she made sure we had enough to eat. And pointed out items we may have missed.They had biscuits and gravy, eggs, vegetable egg white omelets, sausage, and bacon cooked to perfection.Very nice Holiday Inn to rest and refresh before the next leg of our journey.

This has got to be one of the best hotels in Texas. We traveled through to Houston and stayed again during our return back home. After staying in a couple of hotels our family chose to stay here and highly recommend due to the cleanliness, the front desk staff are very friendly, helpful, and appreciate how hospitable they make a guest feel. The young man that assisted us was late at night, made sure we received the best rate and also recommended IHG member rewards, do not recall his name but works the night shift and checked us in to room 222 on April 8, 2024. Ms. Martha was especially the most friendly and hospitable and remembered us when we returned for our 2nd stay and offered to get us anything we needed. I give major Kudos to everyone involved making our stay one of the best, and see that it just wasn't with my family but saw it was consistent, and with every guest that entered. Ozona Holiday Inn sure knows how to make a guest feel and appreciate this hotel staff.

The room we stayed in was a king bed. The room was clean and also smelled clean. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the shower had a light in the celling, which is nice. I did not get to eat the breakfast, but they did have biscuits and gravy; I missed it! I will consider staying here the next time we come through this way.

Small town good people. My family and I stayed at this location for almost 3 months. Breakfast food is good they have different options especially for kids. Front desk people are always nice and friendly including management . Everyone including housekeeping are always cleaning and making sure everyone has a perfect stay. There's a few options for food like mi taco ,dairy queen, food inside gas station and subway. Martha and Hilary do an amazing job at making Breakfast and making sure guests have what they need. Overall I recommend staying here. The sunrise is beautiful and it's a peaceful place

Such a great find. Reagan was wonderful, friendly, helpful, and very professional. He was calm, composed when a bad parker tried to bully him into letting him take 3 parking spaces, there was trucking parking available. He was pleasant and very efficient. Our room was great, clean. comfy and warm. Fast wifi great tv and breakfast was above usual. Easy off and on interstate. Thank you

I would put 0 stars if that was an option. My husband is down in ozona working he booked a room from Tuesday to friday Thursday after he got off of work he went to his room his card key did not work so he went to the front desk and they stated that they tried to call him earlier in the day and need his room since it was handicap which is there mistake not his so they took all his stuff out and left it at the front desk and said we could probably put you in another room for the night. Absolutley unacceptable that they did this.

On the road with my family and we decide to stop in Ozona to rest for the night. My wife booked a room here and it was simply the best experience my family has ever had with a hotel. Sits with with the likes of a Marriott, Embassy etc. Very impressed.I have stayed at lots of high end hotels and none of them ever called to check on me or my family to make sure our room was good. So I was happily surprised when we got the call.The breakfast was also pretty good and the staff super attentive to taking care of us.The grounds were very clean inside and outside. I totally recommend stopping by the hotel if you are in need of a rest.

My husband and I were traveling to TX and had been on the road for 13 hours and decided to stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Ozona. We were welcomed warmly, our reservation was confirmed and check-in was easy. We were told that their (IHG hotels) mission is to provide exceptional service and the staff in Ozona certainly met that goal!The room was clean and the bathroom was spotless. The bed was comfortable and the temperature in the room was perfect. My only negative thing is the noisy traffic along Avenue E, which was only noticeable in the morning.Normally, we don t high expectations about breakfast at any of the various hotel chains. Boy, we were wrong! There was a variety of the standard breakfast items to choose from and the hot items were indeed hot. The big surprise was the homemade biscuits and gravy. The staff managing the breakfast service were very pleasant and polite. Martha assured my husband that the gravy was homemade and tasty.. and it was, as were the biscuits.I definitely recommend staying at the Holiday Inn Express in Ozona, The location is clean and the staff is the best.Rooms: Rooms were clean and spotlessFood & drinks: The breakfast was the best we ve had on the road

We were so impressed. Quiet, super clean rooms. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was very good. The customer service was excellent! The employees were friendly, professional and attentive. Great place!

Hidden Gem while traveling, and it seems all it takes is great staff who care. The place is super clean and very quiet in the rooms. What really stands out is the staff, always friendly and helpful, a rare find. The breakfast , on a Tuesday morning, was great with lots of selection. I opted for the ham steak, biscuits and gravy, and a turkey sausage patty with OJ, now that's breakfast. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip.

I hate to be a negative Nancy and normally I don t like that reviews, but this is obviously deserving. The receptionist at the front desk was rude and I noticed that she mentioned every single amenity to every other. Guess I checked in except me I don t know if she was just a hater or what but also our bed was dirty and there s nothing to do in that town

We stopped here around 2 am and were greeted by a nice woman who helped us quickly. The rooms were very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. My husband loved how there were lots of towels. The shampoo and body wash are a nice brand and smell amazing! They have a lot of options for breakfast including pancakes! The ladies at the front desk in the morning were very kind. They honored a military discount which was nice. The manager offered my toddler some small toys. I have never seen hotel staff be so personable before. A housekeeping lady we passed by was very kind to us too. And they have an excellent Christmas display!

We had to travel during this pandemic, but this hotel made us feel safer. The rooms were clean. They took extra measures for safety. Breakfast was handled by one person and passed to the guests as they ordered it. Surfaces were sanitized quickly after people left. They clearly care about their guests and are protecting their employees as well. Thank you for a great night sleep.

I was hesitant to book at this hotel because our experience with older HIEX hotels is spotty. What a pleasant surprise this was! From the time we walked in the door to the time we checked out our experience here was excellent!This property has been remodeled fairly recently and the work was done well so although not "new" it was very close to that. It was very clean and the beds were quite comfortable. It's near the freeway so there was some road noise early in the evening but that quieted down during the night and we slept well. Most notable was the staff. Everyone from the front desk person to the kitchen staff was VERY friendly and helpfu,l. We received a friendly welcome and were given good restaurant recommendations by the front desk staff. When we came down for breakfast in the morning the staff was there refilling the food, clearing and cleaning tables and helping us locate what we needed. The food was hot and fresh.Although I didn't bring my workout clothes on this holiday trip when I peeked into the workout room I wished I had. It had a nice assortment of machines and looked clean and inviting.This was our favorite hotel during our trip to visit family and we will make a point to stay here in the future. Kudos to the management and all the staff for making our stay a very enjoyable one! "Exceeding expectations" is an overused phrase these days, but in the case of our experience at this hotel it applies perfectly. Thank You.

Nicely updated hotel. Very nice self-serve breakfast and super sweet ladies working the breakfast room. One observation was there were no cups or coffee items in our room, not a huge deal as we aren't coffee drinkers but we needed a cup for our thirsty kiddo in the middle of the night and didn't want to have to go downstairs.. like i said, not a huge deal, just an inconvenience. Overall would stay here again if in the area!
