I don't normally mind a wait. Especially when I get good service. I have multiple vehicles I take here. Well the last two times I have been here to get oil changes I have had to wait 2 hrs. I understand not having a appointment. But it seems this time they completely forgot about me. I waited 3 1/2 hrs. Came in frustrated and they asked me, "which vehicle are you waiting on". This is the very last time they get my business. So I would make a appointment if your going to get anything at all done with them.

I have used the business twice now. I call and make the apt, they are ready for me when i get there and have it finished pronto. pricing is very reasonable. Quality of work yes yes yes.Best of all, the people that work there are Nice! Responsible! Informative.

Good experience. They kept my appointment even though they was involved in site cleaning. Good conversation with the person that was helping them. Thorough job on replacing tires and recalibrating the electronics. That was something new for me.Thanks so much.

Everyone was very polite and informative. I also felt like they were genuine and not just trying to make money and take advantage of a young woman who does not have a lot of auto knowledge. Best service I've ever received with this type of business!

It would have been perfect had I not scheduled an appointment for Thursday morning, arriving to NO appointment and start time was t close to 7:30am in which I scheduled in order to avoid taking the day off for an alignment. Did a Grat Job, though. I would recommend, but I am a stickler for punctuality.

The service at Superior Tire Pro was great. They were nice people . Explained to me what was going on with my truck. I really appreciate that they took the time to explain it to me. Just have to save my money up to get the work done. Thanks Superior Tire Pro. I will be back.CB

The staff at Superior Tire are professionals but also gives off that family atmosphere. I appreciate them for their expertise in finding the culprit of a serious issue I was having with my car. Another reason I would highly recommend this company is because of their precise and timely work. Keep up the good job!!!

They took care of us quickly... fixed our tire, and informed us that we needed a new air filter and battery soon. They had the filter in stock and charged us their cost. Everyone was very friendly.

I am very proud of the service and customer appreciation I receive every time I visit Superior Tires. From the front desk staff to the guys actually working on my vehicle, the experience is professional and personalized, tailored to ( near) perfection. We all know the kind of world we live in, and the masks we all wear when we leave our homes, but when you get to Superior Tires, you have the liberty to take off the masks and have an authentic experience that will keep you coming back time after time again. You guys rock!!!! Trisch, you re the best!!

Excellent customer service! I felt comfortable speaking with the mechanic, my truck was serviced in a timely manner. Just overall a GREAT experience! Definitely would recommend to anyone!

Tricia Gordon is most helpful as she always is when I have a tire issue(s). On Monday, July 17th, Tricia researched the tire my vehicle needed; she even came outside and looked to see the nail in the tire. She called me back in the afternoon and got a new tire on my car. And I truly appreciate her checking for the best tire deal. Superior Tires need more excellent employees like Tricia Gordon. Peace.01/10/2024-tire changed and alignment completed.Excellent Customer Care and knowledgeable about tires and my other car needs. Gaven Haley, even shared that I would need to get a new car battery and he would be able to give price quotes when I decided to purchase the new battery.Peace.

Tricia and Zach have great customer service! Tricia got my tires ordered and in store within 2 business days. Called me right away when they arrived, made me an appointment, I was in and out (4 tire replacement) in an hour! I noticed a HUGE difference in how my car rides. Definitely will recommend this place!

I went in to get a tire repaired. Attendant told me my tire was dry rotted and wouldn't repair my tire. Tried to sell me a new one. Plus he didn't offer to air my tire up. Said insurance wouldn't allow him to work on my tire. I put one star because I couldn't put less.

Wonderful experience with Superior. Had a blowout on the interstate. Called and they responded within 15 minutes and had my tire changed in no time.

They took me in immediately and went to work on my tire.. I had a screw and couldn t keep pumping air in the tire so they patched it up and got it done within 15 minutes! Very professional staff as well!

Was in and out very quickly. They will always do a good job. Not sure if they are the cheapest, but cheap isn't always better especially when it comes to safety and family. Will always get my business

Friendly people, fast service, and great prices. Dealer couldn't find the slow leak in my tire, so I took the tire to Superior Tire. Voila the valve stem was leaking. Took it back to dealer and they wanted $80+ to replace the valve stem, because it wasn't covered under my very expensive warranty. Took it back to Superior Tire because they quoted me $25! Most of the day was spent at dealership, only about 20 min was spent at Superior each time. Trish, thank you so much for your help!

They were very helpful and professional. They checked my vehicle out and suggested what needed to be done. The prices were fair and there were even perks added because of my purchase like free tire repair and road service.I highly recommend Superior tires in Orange Texas

I had a scheduled appointment and didn't have to wait. The staff were courteous and professional. Most importantly, they tested my air conditioner to ensure it was functioning correctly and explained what was done.
