I had been looking for a truck that will pull a 5th wheel rv that we were working on buying in Texas. Unfortunetuly for us the truck I ordered from Ford back in October of 2021 did not happen in the time frame I was expecting so I cancelled the order. The next thing was to try and find one in Texas while we are down here until the 20th of March After going over hundreds of trucks on the internet we decided on a truck at Roberts Ford. Based on the information and the pictures only we started the process of buying it. Our sales guy Gavan and finance guy TJ went over everything and we did the deal over the internet by e-signing the documents. it was one of the easiest purchases we have ever done. I had asked before coming to get the truck if they could tint the front windows and Gavan set it up. I didn't mention this in the beginning but the truck, a 2019 Ford F350 was 344 miles away from where we were! We made the trip and everything turned out great! Galvan Callarman what a professional consultant. He worked with Michael ( a disabled friend of mine) and got him his dream car. He was kind, compassionate and very helpful. We drove 2 hours from Houston to look at a Mustang they had on the used car lot. Gavan was awesome and Eric got us squared away on financing. Both were very professional and courteous, no pressure. We got the car we had been looking for almost a year and it was hands down the best car buying experience I've ever had. They came out with a fair price despite the fact that most dealers are gouging folks these days because of the inventory shortages. No dealer in Houston would have done that. Gotta love small town honesty and principles! I won't hesitate to make the drive again just to deal with these great folks. Thanks y'all!

I can t leave a perfect score because I had to bring my truck back to correct a leak after my fuel filter was changed. However, the team at Roberts stayed on my issue until it was fixed. They followed up on their survey, owned their mistake, and made sure I was satisfied.

Sabine River Ford and James Kelly assisted me with purchasing my new truck in the most professional way. They were all extremely easy to work with and very knowledgeable. I was able to do majority of everything via email and over the phone. When I arrived at the dealership to finalize the deal, I was in and out, in less than 20 minutes.

Horrible. Attempted to purchase a bronco, made an offer of msrp. Manager tells me he can t sell it for that because of capitalism . What stay far away from these folks.

Used the Ford F-150 Build & Price to configure the truck. Placed the order at Sabine River Ford without issue and the truck arrived exactly as ordered. I knew the price and closing the purchase was without problem. Gavin Callarman kept me informed from the order date to delivery. His attention throughout the process is appreciated. My experience with Ford and this dealership spans almost 50 years.

A great experience. After shop at a few other lots with little to no help, i was immediately greeted upon arrival. The salesman took in all my needs and wants, they gave me the best price for my trade in and a huge discount on my new truck. Love my new 2019 F-150!

I cannot say enough about the service we received from Sabine River Ford and especially from Ms. Diana in the service department. The work we needed done was under warranty and they could have easily put us in line behind other customers but they went above and beyond to have our vehicle back to us in less time then they even estimated. The repair they did was astounding and I have no complaints about the performance. Thanks once again to you, Ms. Diana and the rest of your professional service staff.

Great Family oriented staff. Everyone is happy at what they do. Most definitely would recommend buying a vehicle from this Dealership!! It is worth the drive if you don t live close, you won t be disappointed. The staff is highly trained professionals. One of the training managers Mr.Nate is very humble and a wonderful person who knows his stuff and him and Mr.Joe make sure the staff are taught hands on all that s needed to know. Mr. Joe one of the top managers at the dealership, when you meet someone you automatically get a first impression. Mr. Joe is wonderful just like all the wonderful staff there. He cares about his customers and and make sure your purchase goes smooth and a delightfully experience. Make your next purchase at Sabine River Ford!

Service was in no hurry to return phone calls to make an appointment. They were not interested in what I said about the problem with the car, but very good at reminding me how much the bill was when I had questions regarding the repair. Yes, the did avoid answering my questions. The most surprising was the employee who told me my car was ready said the closed at five and when we rushed to get there, the door said 5:30. I would not recommend the Sabine Service department, however their Quick Lanes were very efficient.

Walked in and told them I already had a Bronco reserved at an out of area dealership. Told them what was being offered as far as incentives and offered to show them. Asked if they would match it, and if so, I would then transfer my reservation to my local dealership. They didn't even get out of their chair.... said no without even looking up at me and went back to what they were doing. Didn't even bother to try and earn my business. To top it off, they weren't even friendly about it. The rudest I have ever been treated in any dealership by far! I'm a local business owner in Orange and this dealership has lost my support for life.

**UPDATE** I am adjusting my rating to 3 stars from 1 because I have to be fair and I needed work done that could ONLY be done by Ford. While I'm certain the prices are a bit high. I haven't had any problems and I'm at peace knowing it was done properly. The employees are pleasant and courteous, in fact when I dropped it off while waiting for my Uber I was informed they would've taken me where I needed to be. I was then offered coffee while I waited. They've gone a long way to redeeming themselves. Thanks to Debbie for getting me in and out quickly.I'll start with the good, which isn't anything you can't get anywhere else. Buying a car is so easy! They will help you get financed and do all the paperwork so all you have to do is show up the next day and pick up your new ride! Then of course they'll try to sell you warranties, and if you're like me you'll think the lifetime oil change is a great deal - and it really is. So that's what I did.Then today I go in for my very first oil change, where I find out my tires are dry rotting on a vehicle I drove off the lot with 6 months ago! Naturally, I think surely they'll make this right, right? Nope, since it's been 6 months they have no idea what I could've done to cause dry rot, as per Mr. Jason French. Think before you buy and don't buy from here.I've had other problems with them in the past honoring service agreements from another dealership, so this WAS their second chance.

This was the second purchase from Sabine River Ford and I am just as pleased as I was the first time. Nice clean super friendly environment. It was a pleasure to have Steven Babb working with us and for us to get in the desired vehicle. He was great at explaining the details of the vehicle and the options of other vehicles. He is knowledgeable, patient and professional. The Financing was a breeze with Mitch. he is very detailed oriented, organized and always has a smile. He makes the financing completely pain free- and also a big thanks to the Sales Manager for also working for us. I will continue to come back to Sabine River Ford because I enjoy doing business with folks you can trust that are hassle free and I enjoy having a knowledgeable salesmen and people that are willing to go that extra mile . These group of people are amazing. I almost lost hope before I walked in this dealership. I totaled my car a week and half ago and didn t have many options. I ve been to 3 dealerships and heard the I m working on it countless times. Everyone here was so nice and extra helpful since I have a broken wrist. I highly recommend them, no matter what credit situation. They got me in a new SUV. Thanks to your team.

Great service weather you buy a vehicle or getting service done to your vehicle. Glad it is in Orange. Freindly staff.I took my truck in for a possible transmission problem. They kept it for a couple of days and thoroughly inspected it for anything wrong and also repair some recalls and update the computer. The service tech said he wanted to do this because of my factory warranty going out soon.I have been pleased with the service they give me and how they respect my wife who has mechanical background. Most service places do not do that. Having a place and a service tech that cares is great. I hope this will not change. Thank you Sabine Ford for the service you give me and my wife as well the support you have for our troops vet and active.

Flew to Houston just to go to the dealership and buy the vehicle I've been looking for 6 months ago. I saw it online and called immediately and Billy was able to take care of everything and help me through the process to make everything more smoother. I just needed to fly there, sign paperwork, test drive and was able to make my purchase.The vehicle was missing a part when I bought it, said something about it and the mailed it to me along with my license plates. Great service!

We drove almost 8 hours to get to this dealership after talking to salesman Billy Hilton.. he assured us over and over that the Titan we were looking at was in really good shape.. once we got there he told us again that their mechanic had gone over everything and everything worked just fine. Well about 2 hrs down the road it got cold sold we turned on the heater.. no heat.. therefor no defroster. I really think Billy Hilton, the salesman knew this and just didn't tell us. TJ, don't remember his title,told me he would give me copies of everything I signed..he gave me an envelope and when I got home there was only 2 pages..I signed about a dozen..My point...I don't think this is a honest dealership..I'll never do business with them again.

The folks at Sabine River Ford made my car buying a breeze. I did buy a used vehicle so I dealt with that dept mostly. The experience was pain free from beginning to end. Every question I asked was answered and the staff was friendly and courteous.

This is by far the very best experience I have had in purchasing a new vehicle! My salesman Paul was very helpful and accommodating through the whole process, they stayed several hours after closing to finish the deal and left all add ons strictly up to me, no hard pressure to buy anything I did not want! I would definitely go back for my next ford purchase! No back and forth between salesman and managergot me the deal I was looking for without any hassle! Just a great and pleasant experience for someone that dreads the new car dealing!

I was on my way home and I lose pressure on my turbo. Didn't open the hood to look at the situation because I know I have a warranty that I paid for, so I didn't think anything of it. I haven't driven this truck for 20,000 miles, surely it'll be covered and I get it....things happen. I bought a warranty for close to $3000 with being told that the truck would be covered from bumper to bumper, leading me to believe that I wouldn't have to work on anything myself and have it fixed by certified mechanics. I bring it up to the service department, was told about the $225 diagnostic charge. I was explained that if the warranty covers the repair, I would not be charged the $225. I read into my warranty, it states that the turbo is covered. Doesn't say anything about anything related not being covered. I get a phone call about the issue being the inlet piping being broken and the warranty does not cover this. I am told that it would cost ~$750 for the repair on top of the $225 diagnostic charge. I removed the broken pipe and installed the new pipe, in their parking lot, in less time than it took for them to find the part and ring me up. The manager did take a good bit off the price of the pipe, but had I known before hand what I know now, I would've saved hours and money.

I ve been looking for a vehicle for 3wks but I just wasn t sold on any of them and at that point I was just ready to give up. I don t remember what website I were on when I ran across Sabine River Ford but I called about one of there vehicle and told him how much I had and he said well come up here and we ll see what we can do, at first I wasn t going to go but something made me get up and go. All I can say is they made sure I left satisfied, thanks!

Sabine River Ford did a fantastic job in getting us into the right vehicle. Copper and Billy stuck with us from the beginning to the end of the whole process. Friendly and courteous service and really made my wife feel at ease and got our payment terms right where we wanted them.
