Experience was good up until paperwork was being signed. Mentioned that the truck needed tires because one was basically bald. Was sliding around on the road on the way back from the dealer, but was told by the finance director if they ll pass inspection they re good . Asked for some help on new tires and was told nothing could be done. Tires would not have passed inspection. Guess that s the dealer experience

So Iv worked in car sales for 6 years untill returning to construction, and this is a TERRIFIC dealership. I was hours away looking for a 1500 with the right options and price range, and the prices on the trucks I was looking at was well below normal asking price. I got more than I was looking for at a price much lower than where I wanted to be. I delt with Matthew the salesmen and Eric (sales/finance) . They worked HARD to get the financing approved and where I wanted it. Most paperwork was completed and explained in detail over the phone in quick upfront manner, upon arrival I took it for a test drive and left with the truck in 30min. Salesmen, finance manager, and dealership owner did a A+ job and were thankful for my business,for someone that goes straight to defence in sales situations these guys were great to deal with. I highly recommend purchasing your next vehicle here.. Thanks again Matthew and the Roberts Ford team. The truck is perfect and working hard, hope you read this buddy and the Roberts Ford team. Thank you.

So I thought.....Although the vehicle was retained for a slightly longer period than initially anticipated, I am pleased to report that the aging hybrid vehicle is now operating optimally. I would like to express my gratitude for the services provided and will undoubtedly return for future business.However, I must bring to your attention a recent experience that fell short of my expectations. Despite a previous five-star rating, I encountered several issues that need to be addressed.Upon further investigation, I was able to diagnose the problem myself by consulting YouTube tutorials. Subsequently, I provided the business with an opportunity to rectify the situation. Regrettably, I was met with multiple reasons why the necessary repairs could not be executed.Furthermore, the vehicle was retained in the shop for an extended period of three weeks, during which time it was returned to me in an unsatisfactory condition. The car was not only dirty but also stained with oil.In light of these circumstances, I am compelled to reconsider my previous positive assessment and would not recommend the business to others. If possible, I would assign a rating of zero to reflect my dissatisfaction.

Names to remember at this dealership.... Nick, Roosevelt, Donna and Matthew. You could not ask for more professional, efficient, personable and caring people.On Thursday March 28 our 2012 Ford Escape limped into Roberts Ford dealership lot near closing time. These folks went above and beyond to ensure the right parts were obtained and installed correctly to get us back on the road again.Would not hesitate to recommend the service these folks provided in a time of need.

We had an amazing experience buying a car. Eric in finance was amazing and went above and beyond. Brian the sales man made the experience an easy and fun experience. Everyone was so kind every step of the way. This is the second car we bought and would recommend if you want to be treated well this is the place! Thanks again for such a great experience

Honestly, I was dreading dealing with salespeople while looking for a new car. However, my husband and I had a great experience with Roberts Ford. Our sales agent, Ashley, was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. The process was straightforward. We didn t feel pressured to rush through anything; in fact, they all stayed late because we took longer than expected discussing everything that goes into purchasing a vehicle. I m so thankful for the friendly service. If you are nervous about dealing with sales staff but need a new/used vehicle, you should at least consider Roberts Ford.

Best experience I ve ever had buying a car! Went there looking and ended up leaving a little over an hour with a brand new car. Staff were professional and did not waste my time feeding me lies! My husband and I both bought vehicles at the same time, Saturday evening not long before they closed for the day. John was our salesman and was fantastic! Erik, the sales manager, went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy with our purchase and that everything was in order to make this transition as smooth as it possibly it could be. Future vehicle purchases we will go to Roberts Ford first! Thank yall for everything!

I bought a vehicle less than a month ago from a dealership in Louisiana and after driving it off the lot, I ran into mechanical issues that were going to cost me over $5k or of pocket and I just spent $10k on the vehicle, locking myself into a loan... since I was upside down, I figured I'd try Robert's Ford and the guy working there, Matthew Norris, did EVERYTHING he could think of to help me get into something more reliable! I've never met such an honest guy. I strongly promote Robert's Ford.

Horrible and disappointing dealership. Run away, do not recommend. Promised me a clean car after I repeatedly asked for the car to be washed and detailed so they (management/sales Eric& keela) lied to me about it and never delivered a clean car. Never offered a satisfactory compromise to the lack of cleanliness (food and dead bugs inside not a high standard of cleanliness) I gave them multiple chances to remedy the situation. They gave me a dead key fob that doesn't even belong to my car, refused to change the battery when I asked and that mistake could have been caught and prevented on site. This is the worst car buying experience of my life. I will not recommend to anyone. These people make me deeply uncomfortable because of their Disrespectful tone and dismissive attitude, when I am only asking for the bare minimum a clean car and a key fob that works (which they promised both requests would be honored) If they can t even deliver the most basic of requests how can they be trusted with anything more?

Martin (one of the managers) said he had the approval to buy my car for $25k. I drove from Louisiana & wasted 2 hours at the dealership for them to offer me $20k. Not a very trustworthy place if you ask me. Nothing was wrong with my car. The vin & mileage & pictures I sent was the same vehicle that showed up. Do not do business with people that lie to your face. Will never go here again and will tell everyone to go somewhere else we're you can trust people.

Roberts Ford has taken care of my F150 for several years. Their providers are conscientious and don t try to upsell extra maintenance and parts. They take care of my car as if it were theirs

Kersten Cole was awesome. The tech assigned to our 2017 Fusion (Gold). PCM MODULE was fantastic. Tech was Cliff. This car came in night drop on Saturday 16-March. It was dead on Interstate 10. Would not start , could not switch gears to reset. Cliff wanted to make sure the PCM codes were real and while investigating the PCM found the root of the problem. A 5-7 dollar part , a wiring harness or end lead, was frayed and shorting out the PCM. Point is the way it was investigated plus how honest Cliff and Roberts Ford were with me and my daughter speaks volumes about the dealership and its employees. We are so pleased and blessed to have the car end up at Roberts. Thank You so much. Kersten and Cliff really made a difference.

Overall good experience no one pressured me to buy or make me feel uncomfortable. I was able to negotiate on the price of the vehicle and IVY the salesman provided me an excellent first time buying experience.
