After an initial misunderstanding Nancy was able to correct the negative situation that I had experienced at the beginning of my service visit.I am satisfied with the outcome of my visit thanks to Nancy the Quick Lane Service Manager. The tech was thorough and well-trained. I needed parts that were no longer manufactured by Ford and the Service Manager got after-market parts and gave me a Ford warranty on them. Their door-to-door pick up saved me from having to pay Uber.

Oil change and rotation. Replace TPMS in RF tire. RF and RR TPMS both not working. Also lost center hub as it was not secured to vehicle. Asked if I wanted to pay for another new TPMS when I only had one that needed to be replaced - I will work with another place that can complete the work they were asked to do.Not a good experience. They did not attempt to make right what I paid for!

Sabine River Ford was able to get us in quickly. We have a 2008 F-150 that needed its 100,000 tune up. They were great about having an estimate up front with great communication throughout the whole process. They are also the cheapest and best place to get the oil changed on our Shelby and Mustang.

As a mail carrier, I am constantly needing oil changes and tire repairs. This has been my "go to" place for sometime. I stopped in today for a tire repair "patch". I was told it would be brought in for repair in about 10 minutes. It took about an hour and a half to patch my tire! I noticed there was a whole new staff and they were completely unapologetic to the situation. I'm not going to waste my time here anymore. On to the next station!

Not a QUICK oil and tire rotation anymore. In the past I have never had to wait very long. Now it seems to feel just like the Granger service that we used to use. Should have to drop your vehicle off to get an oil change? No you shouldn't. Waited for an 1 hour 40 minutes, they never even touched my vehicle. Had to leave for an appointment then came back then they said it would be 2-21/2 hour wait. Came back next morning and they are saying 1 1/2 - 2 hours. WTH? I bought my tires here so I have to get them rotated here. That's why I have come here.Tommy the general manager might want to consider doing something about the slow service or they are going to loose more customers than just me.

The management at Quick Lane demonstrated superior customer service (increasingly hard to find these days) and made return customers out of us! If you live in Orange (or find yourself in the area), go to Quick Lane for your service/repair needs!
