Very happy with my purchase from PATV POWER SPORTS. To start with the salesperson Gavin was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable with information on the mower i was looking at, Bad Boy Maverick HDVery easy to do business with . Was a great experience Everything from financing to service and taking delivery. You won t find a better group of people or a better place to do business with. This will be the second time I've revised my review of PATV Powersports and it will be the last time. I've gone back and forth with them over issues I've had with the 2020 Outlander 570 I bought used from them and when I think the issues are fixed, they find new ways to disappoint. This will be long but I want to be clear on exactly what the issues have been.The full story is I bought the Outlander after being told about it by a salesman, Gavin. I was originally looking at a new wheeler but he told me about this one and it seemed like a good deal. I had questions about it and he told me the engine had been "serviced". I picked it up on 1/27/24 and within a couple of hours of getting it home, the engine was cutting out like it was missing and it was backfiring. I text Gavin, let him know what it was doing, and he suggested changing the plugs. I did, and it fixed the problem but it came back. I also noticed the overflow tank had no coolant in it. Filled it up, and noticed it was leaking coolant from the front cylinder bleed screw.I posted my original 1 star review and on 2/2/24 I got a text and call from Jon Silcox with PATV wanting to discuss what was wrong with the 4 wheeler. I told him, and also told him that I'd noticed that the valve cover on the rear cylinder was leaking. I don't know who "serviced" it but they apparently missed that glaring detail, and it was quite obvious that it was leaking. Jon offered to come pick it up and look at it. They did, and it was brought back the same day. Said they changed the valve cover gasket and that it ran fine. On 2/9/24 my son took it out and it was cutting out again. I text Jon and let him know. He said it could be fuel related.I did some research and everything pointed to the fuel pump, so I spent around $200 on a new one and put it in myself. So far, so good and it hasn't been missing or cutting out. I also replaced the bleeder valve gasket and that stopped that, but now it's leaking coolant from the overflow tank. While riding last weekend, there was a clunking noise from the rear end which turned out to be a rear u joint. The rear pinion seal is also leaking. On 3/2/24 I text Jon at 1020am to see what they'd charge to replace the ujoints and pinion seals, he said he'd check with service and find out. It's 459am on 3/3/24 and I'm still waiting on a text back to let me know. Maybe their service department is busy, who knows.So here are my issues with them after all the back and forth with them over this machine. First, it was made clear that it did NOT have a warranty when I bought it. I was offered an overpriced extended factory warranty, which I declined. Second, I get it that things will break. It's not PATV's fault that ujoints went out, crap is going to break/wear out. What isn't ok is waiting for a call or text back and never hearing from anybody. What isn't ok is being told a machine had been serviced when it's very obvious that it hadn't been. What isn't ok is buying a machine that you've been led to believe is in good condition that has some extremely obvious problems. That valve cover gasket they replaced has a gap in it that'll be leaking again soon and that's one more thing I'll have to replace on my own.I've had it over a month now, and out of that time I don't have a total of four hours riding time on it because something always needs to be fixed. Should I have checked it better before I bought it? Absolutely, and that's my fault. Jon, to his credit, did at least try to fix a couple of problems, but the coolant leak, valve cover leak, and engine miss are all issues that should have been dealt with before it was ever sold. What isn't my fault is that they don't return texts or calls and that they obviously misrepresented the condition of or work done to a machine prior to selling it.Lesson learned, PATV. Service after the sale matters.

I 100% recommend this place if you are wanting a Bad Boy mower! Honestly did not think I would get financed for one but the staff truly tried their best to help me out. The salesman Gavin and the other guy (can t remember his name) were super friendly and professional. Can t express how thrilled I am with the high quality service and my new lawn mower. They even helped deliver the mower to my house cause I didn t have a trailer. Truly pleased with PATV Powersports. Will go back for business with them.

Great business to deal with. Was fast and easy, got us in and out in no time. Real nice and very professional people, it was a pleasure doing business with them. I would definitely be going back in the future. Our grandson loves his little polaris 70 we got him. They even ordered us a new seat and horn button cause the other ones got messed up in shipment. You couldn't ask for better people. Wish all dealerships was like this one. Thank yall

This is only a description of my current experience I am not bashing anyone. I went to Patv 5 weeks ago and traded my 2021 maverick x3 in to get a new fully built x3. Went through the process of purchasing the new x3 and ordering all the parts. I was told the longest part was waiting on the patv arched forward arms to be powder coated which took about 4 weeks . I was told all other parts were in and as soon as the got that A arms they would start the build. Called last Friday and was told they were starting the build, there was and issue that the snorkels were on back order but they would build it and then install the snorkels when they came in. I was told it would be ready Wednesday for pick up. I had already booked and planned a trip to extreme offroad park. Called today and am now being told it won't be ready till Thursday afternoon. After spending the money I have I expected more direct and truthful answers. Like I said this just my experience. I have also paid the first note after putting 7k down and leaving my x3 there to be sold. I have changed my rating after speaking to Brent in person and sorting things out they have worked to correct the issues that we had. Thank you for your attention to the issues we had and the effort PATV has put forth.

PATV Powersports in Orange, TX has always had top notch customer service and makes buying extremely easy. This is my second time to purchase a unit from them. This is especially important given the current powersports market. There are tons of dealers that are taking advantage of customers by marking up units to an all time high. Everyone at PATV always goes above and beyond anytime we have ordered a part, bought a new four wheeler or even with this last project for our bounty hole bike. They are always open to answering questions. PATV may be 12 hours from us in KY but we will always be a customer.

Their service was terrible A 2 week job took 4 months. I asked to talk To owner A number of times and they wouldn't get him they Re snarkled my bike and did not glue it. I've dealt with alot of place from 4 wheelers to Harley's an this is by far the Is worst ever.. I pray they have better care for other people that go there.!! So so sad.. an still Charge me full price
