This place has always been a yes store. I call and tell them what I need, I ask if they have it..YES. MY FIRST call and hopefully my only stop every time.

The staff here is knowledgeable and always helpful. They even took the time to help show me how to change my light bulb. It s easy to get to off the freeway on a main street in Orange.

Gave me good advice about my brake lights staying on and giving me a dead battery. Needs a new light switch. They have come to the rescue on other car problems saving dealership charges. I really like those people

Out of town working and batteries went bad after a year wouldn't stand by there warranty even though account proved I bought them last year but all because the oriellys didn't do their job and batteries had 2020 stickers on them they wouldn't warranty them not my fault

O'Reilly Auto Parts was in two words SUPER GREAT! !! The young lady that waited on us was the greatest help, she really knows her job. They need to be sure to keep her as an employee. But O'Reilly has always been a great and helpful place to do business. Go there if you ever need help with your auto problems

My mom was on a trip from Florida to South Texas but lights came on dash and car started acting up so she stopped here to try to get someone to gets the codes read.. wouldn't even help her. I understand covid but it was just a quick plug in and send her on her way.. but everyone in the store refused to do it. The lady was making my mom look for it herself. All she said was "under the steering wheel" but my mom doesn't even know what she's looking for.. she knows nothing about cars.. but I read all these other reviews on how they helped them with this & that, replaced this & that.. but didn't want to do a quick plug in. My mom called me freaking out because she was all by her self with no one to help. Sooo disappointed in this place. I've never had problems with o reillys, was always my go to but not anymore. Anyways luckily there was an Autozone down the road, very nice gentleman helped her out. Plugged in & read her the codes. Explained everything to her and even talked to me over the phone to make sense of it. He went above and beyond for her, and even me when im 1000 miles away. #teamAutozone

Xavier helped me so much!! Had broken bolt in caliper and was sure I was doomed to replace whole caliper and he was so helpful helping me to not have to replace whole thing where many other places would have just for me the money!!! So so grateful to him and his want to actually help and not just make a buck!!!!

These guys down here at this O'Reilly's know a thing or two about an internal combustion engine! They will go out of their way, if they aren't too busy, to help you find the right part. They are friendly, honest, and straightforward. You won't be disappointed!

I normally go here atleast twice a week if not more. I bought a radar that I definitely didn't notice when I purchased it that it was bilingual. I went back the next day not even 24 hours later to bring it back. The manager came to the front & I explained what was going on she then looked at me & said did you plug it in? My repsonse was yes ma'am but there isn't a mute button on the rador she responds welp it's yours!! I looked at her like really definitely not the repsonse I expected from the Manager (name is Amber). Well I can say this if that's how someone in management postions treats their customers this will be my last time stepping foot in O' Reillys in Orange Texas. Amber it's not what you say it's how you say it you didn't have to be soo rude!!!

Robert was extremely helpful! Hes young so he didnt have all the answers right off the bat and it wasnt just "I dont know". He went and got the answers for us... The manager is a douche though.

I went to O'Reilly's in Orange Tx on 1/31/20 at 12:00 to get headlights.Amber waited on me.She was a huge help in helping me get the right bulbs and even put them in for me.O'Reillys is always so helpful when I go there.

Rude they need customer service training.Next time auto zone , give another opportunity there s 2 guys help me with a wiper. They just ask we re is your car and installed the wiper thanks

Some workers are rude and act like your wasting their time. The others don't know what your talking about if it isn't on the computer screen. Autozone much friendlier and helpful.
