This is the best place to get the right part every time. I often come here after one of the other places gives me the wrong part. This time it was a thermostat.

SERVICE WITH A SMILE!I called because the starter went in my car. I was frustrated because I was without wheels until we could get the new part put in. I called just before closing and a wonderful gentleman answered the phone, addressed my needs, was helpful, humorous and polite! He had the part at the store the next morning for pick up and was thorough in letting me know about the "core" recycling.When I came back to return the core after having the part installed, I was greeted with friendly, smiling faces and was helped by a lovely lady.I just want to say thank you for helping get me back on the road and for serving me with a smile!!God Bless!

My only auto parts store. Whether it's personal or business. There's nothing standard about my truck that can be looked up in a book but they always go the extra mile to help me find the right parts.

Excellent people! Goes above & beyond to satisfy! Sooo much better to do business with compared to the other auto parts chains! The others remind me of cheap fast food, all they need is a drive thru!

All in all it was a bit weird. Front door was locked so thought they were closed. But then some lady came out the side door and had me come in through that way. Then they didn t even have the lawnmower belt I needed. But they were friendly people do 3 stars it is

" These guys ALWAYS have the best prices I thought Auto zone had the poor man in mind when it came to parts ,but NAPA beats them hands down. And NAPA's parts are better quality parts. Very nice personal as well."

I bought an oil filter for a Kohler fil1056. The oil filter was $19.56 at the Napa store in Orange, Texas. I can purchase two of these filters from Amazon for $20.03 including shipping and taxes.I think this is price gauging during Hurricane Laura recovery.
