JC is a breath of fresh air. He still does things the old fashion way. He will call you before he makes any repairs, unlike the new age cats that do some possibly unnecessary repair and charge you for it. Only for you to find out when it's all said and done and the bill is due. He will also work with you on a time line that works for you. He is very understanding in this matter.

My vehicle broke down on the freeway, and I had it towed to JC's, based on good Google reviews. I was going to have to spend the night in Orange. It was late afternoon when my vehicle got to the shop, and one of the mechanics at JC's was kind enough to give me a ride to a hotel. Shortly after, Nathan called me to let me know exactly what was needed, and how much the repair would cost; the estimate seemed very reasonable, and I hoped they could get the parts in time to get me back on the road at some point the next day.I was amazed to get a call the next morning, that the repair was finished at 8:40 am! And John, the owner, was coming to pick me up! The cost was exactly what was estimated, the repair was great, and everything was completed way earlier than I could have hoped. I can't imagine better service, and a better outcome.Two thumbs up for JC's. If you're going to break down on the freeway, try to do it near Orange, Texas, and give these guys a call!Service: Engine repair

Was able to find my coolant leek for me for a cheap price of 70usd so I'll be bringing my car up here again to have them look at my suspension

They were booked up for 3 weeks out. John, referred me to another local shop who was booked for 2 weeks out. I had to have the vehicle moved off of the property that it was parked on asap, and I needed it checked out for over heating. Very friendly and helpful. Great customer service.

They run their business with respect to everyone and have the finest mechanics I have ever dealt with. They know their jobs and are very honest.I have not dealt with anyone else since I started going there. I trust them and they also have compassion to those who need it in times of unforeseen acts of life. Will never deal with anyone else.

They fixed my dodge door and installed headlights on my Ford. They are fast and do a great job. I'll take my cars to them always from now on

Been here 5 times to get our ac fixed & still isn't fixed. Everytime we come back to tell them they find a 'new' problem. This is the second time we have tried them for vehicle ac work & each time they drop the ball. Over 500$ spent & still no ac.

My truck wouldn't start. Fuel gauge showed 3/4 tank. He said the fuel pump was out. They changed the fuel pump. Then said they didn't have enough current to run the pump. Changed the fuse box. $1500.00 dollars later I got my truck back. It did the same thing. J.C. told me to bring it back. This would cost me a towing fee from a local tow service plus a check out fee plus any repairs. I soved the problem with 2 gallons of gas. 3/4 tank was actually the EMPTY mark. He's a rip off.
