I only took my truck there because I have a warranty. My truck was there over a month! First two weeks, I had gotten a rental. Finally received information about my truck, with a large bill, and I explained that if I had to continue to pay for a rental because they had already had my vehicle so long, I was not going to be able to afford to get my truck fixed. Sarah did give me a loaner the next day (they really should ve offered it to me sooner while my truck was just sitting there). Two weeks I had one loaner, during which my truck still wasn t completed (they were NOT waiting on parts). I had to bring one loaner back to swap with another loaner car. I finally asked to speak with a manager, as it had been 5 weeks since my truck was there and not complete (I will say two of those days was my fault, the bill continued to get larger without the vehicle being fixed, so I told them I was taking it elsewhere. They couldn t give it back to me immediately as the engine was apart, so I just said fix it). During that time I asked about my warranty, which I was then told they didn t know I had one, even though it was at the top of all electronic correspondence. I had to wait again for the warranty approval before they would give my vehicle back.

Today went great. The rep was very helpful, no attitude. She actually had a smile on her face. Unlike the previous one that u encountered yesterday. I drove 20min for an oil change and she didnt even try to help me but just say no.

I was here Friday, January 8, 2021 I had nail in my back tire on the driver side anyway instead of buying a new tire that I thought they repair it I was very happy about that and I got even more happy it only cost me $19.75!! Thank you Stacy for helping me and thank you Granger Chevrolet taking care of me. Have a Blessed day!!!!

Had a new tire and rim installed. Great warranty. Stacy Derutte always very nice and professional. Service department always doing a great job.

Today I took my car in for inspection and everybody was so nice and it didn't take long. I'm always happy when I go there.

Was able to cut a couple keys for me and didn't charge me! Other place was going to charge me $70+.
