Granger salesperson was kind and courteous and extremely willing to make sure we got the best deal on the vehicle we wanted. Vehicle prep and orientation was beyond expectations and informative. And really great to have the dealership owner talk with us not just as a dealer but as a new friend.

I have bought a few vehicles in my 58 years. have to say that this was one of my best experience so far. My sells man "Ethan Cole" was great. no pressure and pure honesty. everything went quick and with no hiccups. I purchased my corvette years ago, out of state. Granger Chevrolet has performed minor repairs on my car and truck. I've always been pleased with the service, but this week was exceptional. I had a terrifying experience in my vet. As I was driving down I-10, the dash flashed a warning sign the traction control shut down, next the airbags turned off, then another warning briefly flashed before the dash screen went to black. I immediately exited, but before I could come to a complete stop, I lost power steering, then the engine quit as I rolled into a parking lot. I tried to get out, but the door would not open, I was locked inside my car! My mind was racing-how long would the oxygen last, would I have to break the window, cut through the top? Adding to my panic was the fact my phone would not let me call out, only receive calls or text. I finally reached a friend and told them to call Granger Chevrolet and have them call me. Al Granger (owner) personally called me within 2 minutes, calmly reassuring me that it would be okay, told me where the lever was to manually release my door (no, I had never noticed it before!), and that most likely my battery was dead. He had the correct battery waiting for me on the counter when I arrived, I was in and out in 3 minutes, with very courteous empathetic service personnel. I was so thankful for his immediate response! I will always recommend the great team at Granger Chevrolet for their friendly, fast, hometown service!

They said there was no leaks detected and charged me $231.00. Said the only thing wrong was my spark plug. This was taken when I parked my truck from leaving there shop.

Was looking into an F250 from internet. Received a phone call and was told I would be referred to Ethan. I called back the next day to speak to Ethan and he told me the vehicle I was interested in was sold the day before. (Apparently Ethan did not intend to contact me about this.) I then spoke with Ethan about another vehicle on the lot. I tried to discuss a lower price and he said that in order to discuss price I would need to be physically present. He then sent a credit application and said to call back when I was finished. I called back and was told that Ethan was with another customer and would call me back. I never received a return call. No customer service is poor customer service.

I had the best, smoothest buying experience with Granger Chevrolet ! My point of contact was Tony Baumgartner, which might I add, was AWESOME . Tony was very knowledgeable in any & all aspects of the vehicle I was interested in. He was by no means, pushy or pressing when it come to me deciding on the vehicle, which spoke volume to me. He presented the vehicle to me, gave me the opportunity to process everything & ample time to make a final decision!! Once I made a final decision, he was there every step of the way , & made the process very simple & smooth . Thank you Tony & Granger Chevrolet for my new Caddy, it made my buying experience Exceptional!!!

Let me express how awesome of an experience we had purchasing our Jeep Cherokee trail hawk , it started with our amazing salesman Jeff,from the moment we arrived, we were greeted and welcome with a smile.We asked to see the vehicle we were interested in and right away we knew it was the one for us. Jeff went over everything about the vehicle, and the best part of our experience was he wasn t one of your usual pushy salesman, He allowed us to pick exactly what we wanted without trying to push something else on us. With in 24 hours we drove off the lot with our Jeep. Thank you Jeff and the financing department for taking such good care of our family. Kindness goes along way, if you re looking for a vehicle go and ask for Jeff, you ll be glad you did. El jefe you rock

After dealing with the service department for almost an entire year for warranty work. I had to complain about the time it took with no updates to get the parts ordered and service done. While the service department had my vehicle they asked about doing an oil change. To which I said had no issue with them doing. After the work was complete I went to pay and found out they have a surcharge of 3.5% on credit and debit cards. Per Visa card associations policy. This is a merchant violation and I would recommend anyone who does business to report it directly to Visa. Merchants are limited to 3% on credit cards and NEVER allowed to put a surcharge on a debit card.

Horrible customer service. Was looking to buy an suv from them had been dealing with the guy for over a week. Had a verbal agreement with him to sell the car to me when it was ready. When they finally had the car ready he had a better offer and went back on our deal. Very unprofessional and would not recommend.

My husband purchased a 2018 2500 Ram. In December 29,2023. It came with a 3 month warranty and we purchased additional warranty. The check engine light came on so we took it by. The guy sticked the problem told use it has the wrong oil. We haven t changed the oil since we had it. He also told us it was a 3 month warranty through them. He pulled it up on the computer and said we purchased in November!?? The paper work clearly said December 29 th. So we got no answers other than it s on us. How?? Be careful check to make sure they put the correct oil in. Also keep paperwork because we clearly did not buy the truck in November

My parts were less than 200 and my total bill was over 800 and that was before the military discount, labor hours need to be seriously adjusted and looked into.For that reason I will not be egar to bring my vehicles Granger for services again.My car was serviced and now it wont start, the battery has already been replaced.

My experience purchasing via Granger Chevrolet was great! It started out kind of rocky, however once everyone got on the same page, things ran smooth. I've been in the market for a Corvette Stingray for a while a I came into the deal knowing exactly what I wanted and what I wanted to pay. Communication was professional and straight to the point. I couldn't be more happier. I informed Granger Chevrolet that I was currently located in Afghanistan and would need the car shipped to GA. I was concerned that someone else would come in and swoop the vehicle from under my feet, being my location during the time of my inquiry and the time difference. I was personally reassured there was nothing to worry about and guaranteed to be taken care of! The shipping of my Corvette took only 2 days which seemed like an eternity giving the level of excitement! There was even a personal letter written on the sold sign thanking me for my service, which I really appreciated!! Thank you so much for making my dream of owning a Corvette Stingray a reality!!!

2 months after getting my Ford Eco sport car I started having issues with the engine! The engine light would constantly come on and off. When I first brought it in they didn t do anything with the car didn t even bother to check it out! Now I m dealing with a car I can t drive since December. And since the warranty is up they can t do anything about! So this is a HUGE SIGN if you re looking for a car! Go somewhere else!

My autistic son purchased his very first vehicle today with the extreme help of Tony Baumgarten. He was just short of a miracle. Such a wonderful, knowledgeable, kind, understanding man. He bent over backwards to make everything perfect for our experience. He was so great with my son and I. We hope to return soon to buy again and it s all because of his hard work and dedication.

The negative reviews on here are accurate and consistent reviews. I have now given them their last chance to do business. They are pushy when it comes to paperwork finance part, but none existent beforehand. Arron, Ethan, CJ, and Chauncey were all terrible. Being a customer there, working with these poor employees was too much for them to handle. Even when they knew to expect us. Constantly asked what we were looking for even though we communicated with them multiple times already what we were looking for. They also didn't want to do their job and find out information we asked about vehicles. I'm pretty sure CJ was too HIGH to comprehend.. Hope that smoke sess was good, but probably shouldn't do it when you're supposed to be helping your customer. We told them exactly what we were looking for, and they didn't know their inventory to show us what we asked for nor took the time to find it. Chauncy actively employed pushy sales tactics while shaking my hand, looking me in the eye, and gaslighting me about doing it. Lost the sale at that point. We put in the time to do most of their leg work for them, and in the end, they didn't care. Hope they go out of business. Ethan was more into playing on his phone than working. Not 1 of them showed us more than 2 vehicles, which ended up not having what we were requiring for purchase. Otherwise, we had no need for another yard ornament. Not 1 of them actually attempted to find what we were looking for. They're meat sacks in clothing, not salesmen. Chauncey also stated he would take care of us personally when we arrived, and CJ was clueless.... We didn't see him again until we were walking out to think about it, because they wouldn't come down the $1k we wanted, he wanted to express " If I didn't purchase right then there was no offer on the deal from their end anymore", and he wanted to do what they needed to do to make sure we left with a vehicle. If that was the case, we would have already had the price we had asked for without all the back and forth. At 5pm on Saturday..... After I stated I wanted to think on their offer for me to pay 1k more than I already said I wanted to offer, and they told me "It's only an extra $20 a month". SERIOUSLY!! Then why won't you give it up.... It's no big deal to let a deal fall, eh... Why did you not give it then...? Ok for the customer to bite the bullet but not the seller. BTW, the grey 2018 ram 2500 hd 6.4l hemi base model has multiple codes in it. Active(4) and not active (3). They want top NADA value, and it's not in clean condition... Not with active codes.... So ya when there's potential to pay thousands for fixing known faults... To not give the extra 1k off in your over value of vehicle.... hmm... Yes, you all were really trying to make a deal. Also, when 2 people are there to purchase a vehicle, it's best to acknowledge both of them when talking price, not just the one you assume will be driving the vehicle or the one you think makes all the financial decisions. We both test drove the vehicles, we both were trading in a vehicle, we both were part of making the decision to accept the offer, however, most of them didn't seem to grasp that concept. Even when we directly told them the wife would be the primary daily driver...under 40k and able to pull 18k 5th wheel was all I asked for. Too much to handle for them... had 14k upfront, too. Check was in hand.Interesting how 4 of the vehicles we inquired (2 weeks ago) about are still listed on their website... Yet, they were supposedly already sold when we asked about them...The good reviews seem like they're from people who don't pay attention to how the dealer is screwing them cause they can only see the shiny object.... I could type plenty more about these crooks, but you get the point.

Out truck shopping after finding out my insurance company went ahead and totaled my 2015 Silverado after I had been hit from behind back in May. I had checked ads and inventory at most every place in SE Texas and even my old dealerships the Houston and Bay Area. I checked Granger's inventory and they seemed to have more than other locals. Everyone it seemed were waiting on deliveries. Plus most I had looked at only had the 2.7 liter Turbo engines in them and I did not want a four Cylinder! We drove a short distance to Orange and Granger Chevrolet. I got out for a quick look around the lot and found a truck but it wasn't the one in the ad. I looked around at some others and was met by a member of their sales team Tony Baumgartner. I could tell everyone was busy as there were people walking around everywhere! But he was kind enough to stop and ask if I needed help finding something. I told him what I had seen in the ad online and he said that that particular truck was in transit. He said most in transit vehicles were purchased before they got the lot. I was wanting to get something pretty quick and told him what I was looking for. I wanted a Silverado 1500 LTD LT with the 5.3 liter engine and was looking for a Silver, Red Hot, or a black. He said a couple had arrived that morning and we went looking for them. We found a Black 2022 Silverado 1500 in what I was wanting and plus it was 4WD! My wife and I looked at it and drove it over to another lot to see if we could find the other one, which we didn't. So we decided to take the one in black! Tony worked with us too get things moving and he got it done at a very quick pace, but he was also patient, extremely helpful, and kind. He explained how the have a code of ethics at Granger that everyone strictly follows to the point that they have them on a wall for all to see! He helped me set up my On-Star, and the My Chevrolet app that shows you to start and stop your truck from your phone and much more!!! He went over everything that you would want to know about the dealership, service and parts department, and finance. He introduced us to Dwayne the finance manager who was working by himself this particular day and was snowed under, but he was very professional about his job as Tony was and had us through the buying process in no time at all. Like I said the whole place was very busy with people every where! I don't think I've ever seen a dealership as busy as they were this particular Friday afternoon! We had a very good experience with the team at Granger and that's just how they operate, as a team everyone in this dealership know each other very well and they are a team!!! Great place to buy your next vehicle wether your looking for new or used.

I made the mistake to shop local and buy a front plate mount for my new vehicle. Instead of buying it on Amazon for half the price the dealer agrees to put the plate mount on my car for free whenever I purchase it. It s supposed to be in overnight but takes six days. I finally come and get it and they want to charge $30. Then they agreed not to charge me to install it but it s going to take 30 minutes to install it. I wait over 30 minutes and finally just leave. If I knew all the trouble I was gonna have to go through I would ve just bought it from Amazon. Now I have to buy the tools and look only for directions since it doesn t come with any. The worst service, the worst decision Do better Granger, DO BETTER!

Could possibly be the worst experience I ve ever had with any business I feel misled mistreated and taking advantage of I will never go to Grainger again or recommend Grainger to anyone. I brought my vehicle there to be diagnosed and fixed. I paid $185 and Vehicle wasn t running properly before I ever left the dealership and they wanted me to pay more money to have it looked at more they said it was fixed because the check engine light wasn t on there anymore and they didn t even fix what was showing up on the code the manager was extremely rude when I talk to him on the phone so I m done with Granger. I m just gonna call it a loss with my money and a lesson learned.

Friendly service, very good selection, decent prices. Financing takes a little longer than I would like however. Shawnie was my salesperson, and she actually delivered my vehicle to my home for me. Great place to buy. UPDATED: The service dept...On three different occasions I have e-mailed the service department asking for prices for parts and service, not once of the three times have I received a reply. If they are too busy to answer a question, then they are certainly too busy to do a good job. Buy here if you like, I had an excellent experience, but Avoid the service dept.

This is a long time coming between vehicles!Want to start out by saying THANK YOU SO MUCH to Thanh Vo, Christian,Holly,Jimmy Plasenica,Lee Reeves, & Mr. AL Granger!They have treated my family the best of all!We traded in a 2016 Chevrolet 2500.Bought a 2021 Jeep Gladiator and traded that back in.Bought a 2016 Ram 1500 and traded that back in.Bought a 2023 Chevrolet 2500 and traded that back in.We also just recently bought a 2023 Chevrolet Trailblazer Activ.All from Granger Chevrolet and Granger Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram.They spent hours,days,and weeks working up great deals for family!THANK YOU ALL AGAIN!

I took my car there to get recalibrated and they didn t do it at all they charged me 200 for the labor but they didn t do nothing at all my car still messed up and I didn t get no discount or nun for dem not fixing my car

I wanted to find my husband a truck for his birthday back in June 2020. I didn't want a new one but a good used truck. We had went as far as Houston, Tx & had started looking in the Dallas area with no luck. Then, low & behold we found a perfect fit at Granger Chevrolet in Orange, Tx. Our salesman "Cornmeal" was the man. He was a straight-shooter with no gimmicks which I loved! I hate it when salesmen give you the run around. He made the go smoothly.
