Donna greeted me with a smile and the enthusiasm of wanting my business.Got a great deal on a full service with extras I wanted. Very customer friendly. All staff I encountered were polite and friendly. I needed a little more cleaning to two of my leather seats upon my inspection at the end; the young man nicely & quickly did it without hesitation. I would definitely use them again....much better than having to do all the work myself!!

Went to this car wash to wash off rain from yesterday, went through car wash their soaps and all were low and barely sprayed on my truck, get out of the wash whileThey are drying my truck and see a ton of scratches that were not there yesterday because the truck just had a full detail and buff with wax at detailing business. Went to talk to manager he said your F ing crazy if you think this car wash scratched your truck proceeded to go inside to get refund he told me to stand outside I told him I wanted a refund and corporate number he told me he was going to call the police on me, remind you I never raised my voice or anything I was completely professional. I wouldn t recommend this car wash to anyone especially if you have a nice vehicle you want to keep looking nice. I was on my way to the Chevy dealership to get the oil changed in my wife's vehicle. It was dirty on the outside and inside and I wasn't really wanting to take it in looking like it did. I saw Grand Slam carwash when I turned the corner so I turned in here to get it washed. I thought it was drive through only. I paid the $18 and pulled up only to have two guys waiting to vacuum her car!!! I got out so they could do their vacuuming which only took a few minutes. I got back in when they finished to drive it through the carwash. I thought this would finish everything, but I was wrong. As soon as I cleared the drive thru carwash there was another man directing me toward a covered area where there were other employees towel drying other cars! This man started drying my wife's vehicle off with towels!!! Another few minutes and he was through!! More than I expected!!! I will use them again when I'm in the area!

Christmas Eve - The gentleman in the bay saved the day! I came in at 12:08 for a last minute Christmas gift card and the lady inside said that she had already shut the register down for the day because they were going home. She sincerely apologized and wished me a Merry Christmas. I walked back out and the gentleman asked if I got the gift card and I told him what happened. I assume he was already on the phone with his boss for another reason but he asked if it was ok for them to open the register back up to sell me a gift card. They said yes but only if I had cash. I had no cash but they gave me time to run to the ATM! Great customer service! Thank you both so much!

These guys know what they're doing. Our truck always looks much better after cleaning. Everyone is friendly and nice. I drive from Bridge City to get a better deal and better clean. If you just need the outside washed, they have an $8.95 wash that you drive thru and they'll dry after.

Doesn t matter if you purchase the higher or lower end package. They *never* clean it properly. Gear shift and cup holders are still dirty when you get the vehicle back. Mentioned it to them twice and every time I went back they promised it would be done right . Don t go here if you want a true detail. Touch up is fine.Service: Auto detailingService: Auto detailing

We paid 55 dollar for a wash and detail inside and my kid could have done a better job . They didn't clean the windows inside or even wipe down our dash not to mention floor mats . It's sad when workers are lazy . Never will I use this place again .

Good service for the price but definitely not worth it. I bought the monthly membership and the second time I went to use it they (I said they because around 6 guys took over my car) stolen my ear pods. So two car wash services for $150 was not a great experience for me. Went talk to management and they said they can't do anything because of their policies. So if you use their services just make sure you take all your Belongings out the car before they take over because it looks like they have the right to take anything they want from the cars they cleaning.Service: Auto interior vacuuming

I went there and spent $199 and got an oil change and when they called and said my car was ready it was horrible All They Did Was Brought It Through The Cash Wash and Vacuumed the inside it still had dirt in the vent dirt in the cup holders and dirt in between the seats I will never go back to them again .. It was ok decent...they missed several places around headlights..bugs and dirt still there however did give a free wash for next visit..so I will give it a try again.. Inside detail was really well done awesome job on inside...went in yesterday 5-30-2023 had wife's black expedition done with $40 wash/ detail Normal guy wasn't doing our car.guy doing it used same 2 rags to wipe inside door seam inside door and outside bumpers running boards and then my painted area....cart full of rags and never changed rags...wiped off dust in doors seams then did everything else spent more time talking to the girl on the bike than giving vehicle attention and not running dirty rag over freshly washed and waxed areas then used it on some of the inside where I had just had cream coating for leather etc done....I rewiped everything when I got home...

They are awesome. My car looked so good when they got finished with it. Something happened and they ended up wash my car by hand did an awesome job on it to. One of the guy's was singing and then my 2 girls i watch was messing around with him. He had us all laughing. Highly recommend you get your car done there.

They were quick to get my vehicle in. They already had my information on file, so no pause there. Inside, they had a wide variety of air fresheners. They also had a multitude of vehicle accessories. The oil change was fast, the car wash was not as fast as expected, but they were busy. Though they're cloth wash and interior detailing was fairly good, there were a few places I needed to touch up. Also, no big deal.

Horrible experience won't be going back. Paid for the 49.00 wash. I was there 12/7/19I have been going there for years. Last time I went they did a bad job. I thought I would give them another chance. Film on screen and all my dash. Spots all over the front seats. Back seat was never touched. Outside of car wasn't wiped down at all. Front and back still had dirt all over it. Rims had dirt all over them. I asked them to fix it. Another guy came and tried. He didn't get all the mistakes. Manager came said he would have a talk with the guy that did such a bad job. Just to much money for such a poor job. I will do my car myself from now on. I always give a tip. My mistake not to look better at the car before I gave a tip. I gave the second guy a tip for trying to fix it.

In a word, it was terrible. I dropped my truck off, came back in one hour and it hadn't been touched, I left and came back in another hour and still hadn't started it. I went in and asked and they had forgot about it while it was sitting in their front parking lot. I left again, came back two hours later, they were almost done with it. I waited another 45 minutes for them to finish only to be told by the manager to bring them a cleaner truck next time. I would say they did a 90% job cleaning the truck. It was my first and last visit to them. Maybe if you bring them a clean vehicle they do great

Have been here for 2 hours watching vehicle after vehicle get detailed with 2 people while mine only has 1 guy that some woman who doesn t work here keeps chitchatting with. Plus he was eating while cleaning my vehicle. Just very poor service and the lady at the front counter was rude when I confronted her about it. And I even paid extra for a better car wash.

Not a bad place. Just be careful allowing some of them to clean out the inside of your car. I have mats over my regular mats that came w car. They came up missing but I didn't notice at first because I do have extra mat over them so I couldn't tell. This has been several months ago. And they hurry so fast that they just spray that armour all everywhere leaving it places it shouldn't go creating more work for myself when I get home. I'd go back. Not all them are bad. Just becareful what you leave in your car you don't want sticky fingers to accidentally pick up. I'm Not accusing anyone because I don't have proof that's true. Gotta believe in the best.When having oil changed. Make sure they really checked your other fluids as well as air up your tires correct or that they did any of that at all.

I been working hard every morning for the last year and a have and it's perfect for the environment I have because the people around me or so over pretected over me there it's a real blessing to come through there every morning so EVERYONE get your 8$ early bird self's up every morning and get the car sprayed if you request Chris green TO Do THAT for you I'll hook you up with those eight dollars request me I got ya for the hook up. See you after those raining days

They forgot to screw my oil pan plug back in so I lost half my oil. Thank god I saw the giant puddle under my car at the grocery store. Stay away at all cost.
