Floyd Young is an excellent salesman, very straightforward, honest, and candid. Did not try to sell me something I didn t need. It was a pleasure working with him the Internet salesman. Toby is also an excellent person to work with as well as the parts department. It was a pleasure working with Cecil Atkinson, Toyota in Orange absolutely will be going there the next time we need to purchase a vehicle. thanks for making the car by experience, simple and easy, no hassle.

Salesman Ted . Who is now none other than Uncle Ted to my daughter is the most loyal, honest , caring and hard working car salesman I ve ever known. Floyd was amazing towork with on my new tundra purchase. From the initial greeting and handshake to me driving off the lot I could not of been happier with the whole experience. The entire staff was awesome. From sales to finance even the Manager Kevin took the time to make sure I was well taken care of. Great dealership!

I absolutely hate car dealerships... I mean that..well that's changed... Because this place right here has to be the best one in Texas... Hands down.... They are unbelievably amazing... Prices are great... Good value on trades... But most importantly they are patient and not pushy... I had Toby as my salesmen... And I swear I'll never buy Anywhere else after my experience here... I dont know who will set this but if you read it please give them an opportunity to show you how they treated me and my family

Best car shopping experience of my life! My salesman, Floyd Young, went above and beyond for me without any of the pressures I experienced at other dealerships! Floyd, listened to my wants and needs and really made me feel like I was just hanging out with my friend while we narrowed down the vehicle that fit me! He was super knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions without any pressure at all! Trust me when I say, I will forever trust Mr. Young with all my future vehicle purchases. He truly made my experience an exceptional one and is a major asset for this dealership! The selection of vehicles available was impressive and I really felt at home here. Make sure you visit Cecil Toyota and ask for Floyd Young, he'll for sure become your friend in the car business!

Floyd Young is an amazing salesman, straight shooter and candid. Did not try to sell you something you don t need and was very helpful. Highly recommended. The internet salesman Toby was very helpful and put us in touch with Floyd who handled it from there. Highly recommend Cecil Atkinson Toyota as they don t add additional fees or premium cost and offer every discount possible. Pleasure doing business with them.

I bought a car from Cecil Atkission Toyota earlier this year. Unfortunately, I was hit from behind and was out of a ride. Floyd Young did a great job and made every deal he could to get me in a vehicle. It was a quick process with only a few phone calls over 2 days. He even came to pick me up a little before closing! After two car deals with them, I recommend them for your car buying needs.

Bought a 2020 Kia optima. The car had 75,000 miles on it. The tire pressure light was on when we test drove and they fixed it while the paper work was being signed. My son has been up there 4 times since to have the same thing fixed. It seems to me that they just keep resetting the code instead of actually trying to find out what is wrong. The car purchase was seamless but the service department needs a major upgrade.

So we bought a pre-owned Chevy traverse from them back in October. I thought I had done my research, but obviously not good enough as far as what it should have cost.Nothing is wrong with the car, I really like it as a matter of fact, other than the horrible gas mileage! I can actually see the gas gauge go down as I m driving.Long story short, I was considering trading in for something better on gas, only to find out they took us! Blue book value on the car was actually somewhere around $22-24k. We paid $34k+ ttl and extended warranty. Needless to say I m stuck, because who can afford to go $16k upside down!!!! They are super friendly, but definitely took advantage!!!! Please please make sure to do research before you purchase anything from them!I realize it s partly my fault for not doing enough research, but shame on them for taking advantage of people!

John was extremely helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. His customer service was beyond great and he helped me with the whole process. My sales man was Floyd Young and we talked about what kind of vehicle I was in the market for . And he explained they didn't have anything on hand at the moment and he would call me as soon as he found one . A week later I got the call and he sent me a picture and it was exactly what I wanted . It made me feel great that Mr. Young actually listened to the details of our conversation and found what I wanted instead of trying to sale me on something I didn't . I would recommend Cecil Atkinson Toyota and Floyd Young anytime.

Just thought I would update the review on the kind of work Cecil does! So a little while after the transmission was FINALLY in, we started hearing a grinding sound and typically on the Sienna vans the water pump is notorious for the failing water pump bearing! Well low and behold it wasn t the water pump is was the flexplate ( most people know this as the flywheel) was installed incorrectly! So for those that don t know Toyota has a single bolt that helps line up the flexplate on the crankshaft, it s easily identified by being the ONLY black bolt! Cecil did not install this bolt and instead installed 6 regular flexplate bolts causing the damage you ll see in the pictures! Yes that is an almost completely cracked flexplate! On top of that there were missing bell housing bolts (bolts that mount the transmission to the motor), as well as exhaust nuts that were installed/ cross threaded onto the studs and instead of replacing studs they added washers to take up the space! They tried to back door by saying we didn t take off the exhaust haha you did because you have to drop the subframe :) so we brought it to the people we normally go to but are about 45mins out and that s Lake Charles Toyota! Thank God for them! They got ALL my issues fixed without any hiccups and actually found some other minor things wrong! But the real kicker is I called to talk to the General Manager of Cecil Atkinson and wouldn t you know it he didn t even have the nerve to call me back but instead put me in contact with the service advisor that was over my vehicle while it was there the first time! Nope they didn t take ownership of the situation and hell they didn t even offer to pay the deductible that we have to pay to claim all this on warranty! I wish I could give them negative stars! I wouldn t recommend my worst enemy to this dealer! Make the extra drive to Lake Charles Toyota!

Avoid this dealership. When you need help with a car they sold you, they run you in circles. I was a first time car buyer, but now I am filed with knowledge. I will be going to them with facts they did not tell me including the following: 2-4-15 structural damage was reported, same month on the 18th the transmission module had to be fixed under the first owners extended warranty. The transmission problem occurred again Aug, 3 2015 and unbeknownst to me, the car was sold back to ford motor company. move to 2018 and Cecil Atkinson bought said car from auction. 3-8-18 I purchased car, my first car by myself. I asked many questions, such as why the car kept doing some sort of kick back, and vroom when I hit the gas from park. Normal they said.Long story, not too short, sorry, DO NOT Trust this dealership!pictures are from when I first got the car. now it sits in my yard.

If I could give zero stars I would. Also I d never recommend this dealer in a heartbeat to my worst enemy. 10/10 would NEVER EVER recommend Cecil Atkission Toyota for service!!They have had my van for almost 2 months now and will not offer us any kind of ETA on repairs being done.They will not offer us a rental and said I m not sure why we have to help you. You didn t buy your vehicle from us. We were told they only have one tech who can work on Toyotas. Had we known that we would have never left it there in the first place.Yes, some of our time was lost due to extended warranty and who they chose for a replacement transmission, but we were also told they put my van back at the END OF THE LINE while waiting for the transmission to come in. Communication from them has been nonexistent. We have had to reach out every single time for questions and answers. Even from as high up as the GM.Highly highly recommend making the drive to LC. We d switch in a heartbeat if extended warranty would allow.

Cecil Atkission Toyota Orange was absolutely incredible to work with start to finish. They were able to secure the exact new RAV4 vehicle I wanted in this crazy car market very quickly and provided incredible service throughout the entire process. Everyone I dealt with at the dealership was knowledgeable and incredibly kind. I definitely felt like I was a part of the Cecil Atkission Family and would highly recommend them if you are looking for your future car!
