This store is the absolute worst. The people have no idea what they re doing. As a commercial customer it s annoying you have to wait on only a commercial person to do your commercial account and most of the time they re backed up or helping another customer it takes time away from what you re trying to do to sit on hold with them only for them to turn around and tell you they have to order the part anyway. But on the other hand, all of O Reilly s employees can look up your account find the part you need and send the part to you. I spend a minimum of 10 grand a month at O Reilly s.

Didn't have what I needed. I was told it'd be about 2 weeks. Went to O'Reilly's and got it and fixed my truck. I should have known better. Last time I ever go to that store.

Had the best customer service experience here today & learned something new!My terminals to my battery were corroded and battery charge sensor was unconnected.The manager I believe her name is Mary, was a huge help and got me fixed up! 100% will be back, appreciate the help so much!

I would like to thank Miss Mary and her team for always helping me every single time I go in there. They treat me as if they ve known me for years. This is a great team. They have helped me change my tire they have took me out of the heat and gave me a bottle of water while I was crying when I broke down. They are amazing, you guys rock. Today they I needed to figure out which light I needed three times was a charm! They are honest, reliable, great customer service, respectful and caring! Thank you guys!

This branch is exceptional!! The most awesome employees. Mary will go above and beyond what a normal employee would do for you, she got a seat cover for me that I would have had to go too 2 different stores to get. Great job Mary, your kind is rare to come across!!You are an !!

Service here was phenomenal. I came in late after all the tire shops were closed to get a plug for my tire that was flat. Instead of me buying a jack (because I didn t have one) the lovely Mrs. Denise offered to let me borrow hers. After that fail, she called her friend over to help and he did the entire job for me for free. Highly recommend

I want to brag on a young man named Angel that works at the Orange location. He was very helpful in tested my battery and getting it exchanged. He went above and beyond to help me in my time of need.

My experience by phone sucked. I called while getting on the highway in bridge city. I ended up driving to orange (9 minutes 28 seconds) on hold with no one returning to the phone. When I got there, there were 2 customers, with one employee working while the other employee seemed to be doing absolutely nothing. The non-working employee (tag, I believe, said Robert, retail sales manager) started answering the phone about 2 minutes after I walked in, then complained that no one was on hold. The lady who was working (I didn't see her name) worked with customers the entire time and was extremely pleasant. She was the redeeming part of the visit. They didn't have what I needed, but she was very helpful and extremely nice. This place's manager was piss poor. The only reason i gave any stars was the lady, which happens to aslo be the only reason that I didn't act like a total jerk while there. Considering the place is in the service industry, the sales manager should learn more about being helpful, rather than 100% useless.

Great service. Always gave me more then one option on fixing something. If they don't have it or can't get it. They direct you to people that do know there stuff and very trust worthy. I wouldn't second guess there references or suggestions.

Basic auto parts store, with too few employees to make it a time efficient place to shop. If you don't mind waiting, most of the employees are willing to help to the best of their abilities. If you are unlucky enough to get the Store Manager, wait for someone else. She's one of the rudest and least helpful people on staff.

When traveling from Tampa back home to San Antonio a message prompted on my dash indicating battery not charging (Alternator) while passing through lake Charles. I called the nearest auto zone to me and helped by Denise in resolving the solution at hand. Denise was very professional knowledgeable and even went out her way to lend a tool needed to install a new alternator. I highly recommend visiting this location and Denise if y all ever need anything automotive.

My engine light came on, so I decided to stop at AutoZone, and had the employee scan my car with a hand-held scanner, purchase the part and fix the problem, light is now off. Thanks, AutoZone

Everytime I go to this place they helped me out and help me put items in the correct spot. If I have a dumb question they help me correct it so I have no problems with them they are wonderful

The clerk was very helpful went and got the item I needed, checked me out and the ask if she could put the wiper blades on the car for me? Boy was I glad she said that because I don't have any idea how to do it. She gets an A+ from me and I will be going back to Auto Zone

Asked for wheel locks guy said he wasn't for sure if they had any , i turned around and behind me was a entire end cap shelf full then asked him to look up to make sure what stud size and thread count and told me i dont think it will show that , i told him yes because yall sell wheel studs , when he looked it up ,said there's all these different models and sub models and i asked are there different studs and every single one was the same stud size , really, do these employees have any training?

I will pass by every other auto parts store to shop at Autozone .. Fast service, knowledgeable sales personal, good atmosphere, good prices. I have never had an issue with returns or parts!! Thanks Autozone for great customer service.
