I just wanted to leave a very high review!! I got an oil change on Friday and I noticed that there was way more oil on the ground than normal for my car over the weekend and my oil light came on yesterday, so I took it back to the shop and they not only fixed the issue but refunded my money plus an additional $25 for a car wash! I didn't want my money back I just wanted the issue fixed! They definitely went above and beyond and I couldn't be more happy!!! I am highly highly satisfied with their customer service and I will forever go to them for my oil changes from here on out!!

My husband and I just moved to Texas. After going multiple places to try and get a state inspection, we ended up here. GREAT customer service and was in and out quickly. Stand up guy and place! Highly recommended.

Was in the middle of important tractor work. Tried airing tire, slime, etc. no luck. Took tire off, carried it to Wayne's. Back in business in 45 minutes & with much better metal valve stem. Courteous, fast & priced right. And they were very busy but worked me in. Thank you!

I needed an oil change and this was my first time to visit Wayne's Tire Shop and Inspection. I was able to get in and out faster than I have at most places. Also, the waiting area is clean. It would be awesome if they had a pot of coffee in there, but I was entirely pleased with the greeting and service I received.

I give it a five-star thumbs up the guy there was really nice I had a side puncture and a warranted tire that I didn't buy there but I bought tires for my other car at Wayne's so he changed my tire to the spare free I appreciate that

This place was recommended by The Glass Man and boy was he right... Very friendly people here. They had my daughters car inspected fast. If I ever need tires I'll definitely go back there too.

In my opinion, best place around to get your inspection done! You pull in, show insurance n give information they need, they do the horn, lights, blinkers, tires etc... you pay n done! They do what's legally required and get you on through! Very nice people!!

Wayne's Tire Shop is fantastic.I had a double blowout rear tires. James, the owner, came to my assistancewith in a half an hour (after hours). Removed my two blown tires and showed me my other inside tire was about to blow. He took the tires back to the shop.The next morning at 6:30 a.m. he was putting them back on and had me on the road early. I would highly recommend Wayne's Tire Shop Onalaska Texas

Wayne s tire was awesome! The absolute best customer service and prices around. The option to use Snap finance there was a huge relief for my husband and I. The only place we will shop for tires from now on!

I Called Today About A DOT Inspection. Lady Answered The Phone Said Yes They Do Them So I Told Her I Was On The Way, I Get There & She Is Calling Someone Which Was The Guy That Does The Inspections Told Her That He Wasn t Coming In For The Day, Now Why Didn t She Tell Me That Over The Phone Knowing He Wasn t There When I Called When I Had Already Said I Was On My Way Be There Shortly! If I Could I Would Give Them A Negative 5 Stars!!! Update The Owner Did Give Me A Call & Apologized Which Is Greatly Appreciated Maybe Next Time The Experience Will Go Better.

Waynes is the only inspection station I have visited in the last 10 years that actually drive my car to check steering, braking etc. I do recommend them .

Great small business. I needed a tire balanced. They worked me in between jobs and got me on my way. They price is better than the big chains.

Awesome customer service today, above and beyond! Had to get an oil change and noticed my inspection was due this month also. I wasn't prepared and couldn't pull up my insurance on my email or get through on the phone. The young lady at the counter took initiative and phoned my insurance and I was able to get through. They also printed a copy of my insurance for me. Excellent customer service and excellent garage work as well. Thank you Wayne's!!!

I'm not one to bash anyone who is trying to make a living. Took my flat tire in to be repaired or replaced. Left it at 10am. Waited till almost 3pm to have to call them and find out where I was in line. They stated that they were 2 ppl short. My issue is that they took the pullups before getting to my tire. I just suggest to them that ppl like me should also be placed in line. Customer service over the phone was very polite. Rant over.

We ran over a nail on the way to the lake for the holiday weekend. Wayne's Tire Shop was able to fit us in late Friday afternoon with very little wait. All employees were friendly and helpful. The tire patch was less expensive than I expected. We will definitely be back!

New owners,former employees , new owners young but trying hard. Doing a wonderful job. They were so busy today but took care of my needs. Help these young people as they are already Onalaska Strong , they helped a lot of people after the tornado. With new owners they stepped up to the plate.

Would be great if they were not closed on Saturday. I mean really, small community, about the only place to go for tires extra for 30 miles and they close on Saturdays so working people have to go so far for what they need. Not a good community service as far as I'm concerned.Well they are now open on Saturday BUT TODAY MARCH 20TH 920AM MY HUSBAND GOES FOR A STATE INSPECTION, SIGN SAYS OPEN SATURDAY 8AM TILL NOON AND NO ONE IS THERE????YES THEY ARE NICE PEOPLE AND LOVE SUPPORTING LOCAL BUSINESSES BUT THEY NEED TO BE OPEN WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL BE.

I would recommend the shop to anyone I've done a lot of business with them over the years and will continue to do business with them in the future I know I can trust them the owner is a honest hard-working man with morals and values he holds his self to a higher standard his family has been right here and Onalaska for several generations so you can trust that not only are you going to get a fair and honest deal but he's going to be here for service after the sale as well
