Absolutely love this place treated me and my family like their own will never go anywhere else. The staff was absolutely wonderful. Highly recommend coming here and they were super fast.

Driving through town from Dallas and got a big rock chip. This was the first and only place I called and I m glad! The office girls were extremely friendly and they had my windshield repaired quickly. The repair was done extremely well and this place is priced extremely competitively. 100% a great experience with them.

I called them today to replace my back window, they didn't have it in stock but they sent someone to pick it up. I was in and out in about two hours! The staff was friendly and very professional, i recommend this place.

They are reasonably quick. As long as you take into account what a city wide hail storm can do. Like most good businesses if you call ahead they will help get you in and out in a timely manner.

These people are so awesome. I have had to go here a few times in the last couple years. They are always friendly and professional. They offer a military discount too for veterans. Awesome way to show appreciation.

Great work, good prices. Staff was VERY helpful getting my older car taken care of. (1975 Volvo)I had been emailing back and forth with Abigail, who arranged everything, and the guy who installed the windshield did a great job (sorry I didn't get his name).Would definitely recommend them for glass needs. They were doing lots of rock chip repairs while I was there.Thanks!

Took in the company international after hours, the guy got it done in a hurry. Did an excellent job no problems 5 days later. It's not cheap what do ever but they do work.

Both my husband and I were in need of new windshields but we don t have much time to go wait all day at a shop, I was able to get ahold of Tyler in sales and he was awesome to work with! He set everything up for us had his team out the next day to our home in Monahans to replace them & the price was great! I highly suggest working with Tyler, he made the process painless & has since checked in to ensure that we were happy with our service.

The BEST service in Odessa! I just called in that I needed help and they delivered the glass to my work and installed it for me!! Lisa runs the office and is one of the most professional people I've worked with in Odessa! Hands down will call them with all of our work vehicles!

Had my rear window replaced on my work truck. This is the second in one month due to highway debris. The last company did a substandard job by leaving shattered glass in the cab and bed.WTW went the extra mile by vacuuming the glass shards inside and out then wiped down the back seats. Horrible experienceI had called last week to set up an appointment to have my windshield replaced. The person I talked to I had let know that my windshield had the sensors in it and she had advised me the price would be $483 for the windshield and labor. She scheduled me a appointment at 8 am. I take my vehicle in at 8 am and the lady at the front desk had advised me due to the sensors in the windshield it will need to be calibrated for the ADAS to work properly. She had advised that will be additional $500 to have done. I had let the lady know when I had scheduled the appointment that was not told to me all the lady was able to say was sorry she s new she didn t know. I went ahead and went thru to get my windshield replaced due to it was cracked and needed done. She advised I would need to leave it there and they could take me back to work and would either pick me up or bring me my vehicle back to my work.I call to check the status on my vehicle and Ask the person who answer the phone how much longer on my vehicle due to I get off work at 4 to pick up kids from school. She had devised me it shouldn t be to much longer. So I call again a little after 3 advising again I need to go pick my kids up from school that is the only vehicle I have. She placed me on hold then got back on the line and let me know my vehicle will not be ready by 4 that they were having issues with the calibration. Not once did they have the courtesy to call and let me know what was going on. They did bring me my vehicle back to my work after 5 pm. I was waiting on my vehicle outside in the parking lot of my work and whoever they have driving the vehicles needs to be more cautious driving other people s vehicles because he had turned in front of a black suv to come into the parking lot much more the black suv would have hit my vehicle as he was turning in front of it.By far the worst experience ever will not ever use there service again or recommend them.

I had these guys replace my windshield, they did a great job. The girls were professional that took my order, my truck was left clean. It has been a few weeks, no leaks driving through the rain. I have a 2011 Chevy 1500, I will use them again...

I had a bad experience with another windshield installation place and five days after having my newly installed windshield come loose on the way home (over 50 miles away) and having to duct tape windshield in place just to make it home, my window was chipped by a flying rock. Returned to before mentioned place (not really sure why I did) and they gave me the run around why they couldn't and wouldnt fix my chipped window (and they were rude and the manager would not come speak to me). So........I contacted West Texas Windshields in Odessa and they made my day! WTW in Odessa came to my office to repair my windshield, they fit my repair in even though they were booked solid for the entire day, and they were absolutely the nicest people to deal with! If you are looking for friendly people, great customer service and quality work; West Texas Windshields in Odessa is where you need to go!!!

Horrible experience. I called to have a windshield put in for mobile installation. When they didnt show up I was told the girl scheduled for in the shop. They rescheduled for today and I called to see what time they would show up. The girl on the phone was laughing with another girl and then said their system was down. Finally the guys show up with the wrong windshield. Then 1 hour later the lady calls and says they have to re-order the windshield because they have the wrong one and it would be 4 more days before they could install. This place is a joke.

Had an appointment to get my windshield replaced s\at 10:00, took my car, left it, got a call about 3:00 was told the windshield that came in for you was defective and the replacement was suppose to be in today. Picked up car they rescheduled for the next week. The lady at the front desk was rude! Took the car back the next week had windshield replaced didn't notice til the next morning it appears my dash has little scratches on it and where the windshield meet the liner at the top is rugged or cut. They quoted 369.69 for the windshield on the bill was 553.28, when I questioned it I was told well the insurance pays what they want to, I'm sure my insurance wanted to pay MORE. I went there because the dealer I bought the car from suggested them. They may do good service for the dealer but they sure didn't for me. Won't go back!

I normally work with WTW in other locations, but Odessa got me in and out just as fast. Plus they had my vehicle in their system even though I'd never been to this spot.
