got aftermarket tires and rims reached out to get this sorted as you see i ve been riding on a spring for support that no shock was ever put back together which caused the front passenger lower control arm to snap as you see the front driver side is just free balling not connected was told they cant do anything unless i got it towed and i asked them if i get it towed will yall cover it they said no and if they don t fix it id have to get it towed out of the property also which would be 500+ together without even knowing if they d fix it ( what can yall offer thats free lmao yall charge for any little thing and not even that arent yall responsible to make sure everything was attached or missing since yall installed a leveling kit that does require the spring removal and shock ?? !

Just had a 6" lift and 35" tires installed... excellent service, Carmen totally handled everything over the phone and made the whole transaction flow with ease over the phone..the guys killed it ...thank y'all very much... highly recommend them to anyone wanting thier truck to be badass!!

Got some 38 inch tires. We had some difficulties getting them balanced. TT went above and beyond to make sure it was done correctly vs up selling a new set of rims. Quality work from this team.

The staff was Awesome! They got me exactly what I wanted in wheels. They also installed Rock lights and a level. The manager knew exactly what to do to make my truck look perfect! Definitely recommend this location!

Daughter got new tires for her jeep here. She got a flat a couple of days ago so when I went to take it off I noticed 1 nut was missing, 1 was cross threaded, 1 was stripped and the other 2 came off ok. Don t waste your money here.

Their service is good and all but they done messed up my sensors and wanted me to buy them when I m not the one who put them on. They fixed part of the sensors on the tires but one of them is still going off and they just come up with excuses the people that work putting the tires Nd rims don t know what they are doing.

Got some new tires and I will say they are really nice and the people inside are helpful too. However, the staff outside doesn t know left from right apparently. They put the rims on the wrong tires and put excuses for it like they know better than the owner. After they realized they were wrong they said they ll fix the issue without cost as they should. Yet, you get back to them and all of a sudden they say they will charge for their mistake like it wasn t them committing the problem in the first place. They charged $150 for the placement as soon as you pay so why not do it right the first time?? And don t try to charge for doing lazy work

Great place to get tires and rims. They installed a leveling kit on my truck and the rim and tires in around an 1-1/2 hour. I didn t have a appointment. Real nice guys. I would recommend.

Do not go here!! Drove 32 minutes to get there and was told their policy is not to fix any flat tires that are 3 or more years old. I feel like they were trying to shut down early because they were 1.5 hours from closing time. Alotta kids working here. Need tires but NVR coming back here.Went right down the road and had the tire fixed. Wait, I thought it was a defective tire?? SMH, some tire shops are just lazy AF and don't go here after 3pm, they won't help you @ all! They give 100 excuses online but the fact is the tire was 80% tread and had a small nail in between tread, not in the side wall. I had it fixed in 20 mins and was told I had another 25k miles left on tire. But wait! I thought it was defective? SMH

Best tire place ever been to. These guy went out of their way to get me what I wanted. Best value of tires in odessa. Best knowledge of what they had in stocks. All around great service. If you need tires or rims this is the place to go.

I had them install a 3 inch lift rims and tires and told them I needed it done by a certain date because I was going out of town they got it done by when I needed it but on my way to my destination the truck was jumping a lot from the back when I checked there was no bolts holding the shocks in place I had to find something to put in place while I could get new bolts

Staff is nice, but for the 2nd time, they took almost 2 hours to change a single tire. For whatever reason, they seemingly can't put the spare back on for me and tell me they can't do it. This has happened many times ,but I somehow put it on fine when I get home. If you have other tire place options, you're better off going to them.

Patched a slow leak I had from a nail a few weeks ago. Still holds air and was cheap. Did it on the spot. Good service

It's wasn't bad at all. Just got my Rims from another place and save $125.00 per rim. Had the girl behind the counter been a little more out going and willing to help better I may have get the value and purchased while I was there, but she was just BLAH. again, they weren't rude just felt like she didn't care if she made the sale or not which caused me to look elsewhere

This place is awesome. They ve done two trucks for me and have done a great job both times. I think it s worth mentioning, on my first truck we had something weird happen and they could ve gotten away with not telling me but they told me, showed me what had happened and even stayed late to make it right. It wasn t a big deal by any means but they told me and showed me anyway and made it right which to me is a big deal, shows me I can trust them with my truck. Second time, was today, I went in, they had what I needed, Tires, wheels and a level kit, put them all on in an hour and had me on my way. Smooth as can be and ANYTIME I have a truck that needs something like this done, I ll take it here. They ve earned my business and any referrals I have. Great job.

Good people! Hard working employees both inside and outside. Came here to get pricing on some tires and ended with a brand new set, gave reasonable pricing and different payment options. Would definitely recommend this place!10/10

Absolutely impressed. Came in, asked if they could replace my spare after replacing a blown tire. They did, and start to finish approximately 30min or less.

I had a great experience! The owner and his employees were super nice to my husband & I. Customer Service is A1 from the front counter to the guys in the shop. They wanted the best for my truck! He gave me a good deal on my tires and rims. He worked with my schedule & was very understanding of my situation. They also finance! They have some badass rims & tires, defiantly not like the other tire shops around! We will be returning!! Thank you Texas Tire.

This place is an absolute joke. Came here for a plug and the ladies at the front were extremely rude to me and had no idea if they accepted fleet maintenance or not. I have a company truck mind you and enterprise fleet maintenance covers everything and they were trying to get me to pay out of pocket. The real kicker is one of my employees went to a Texas tire about a week ago and they accepted enterprise fleet maintenance.

Do not go here for anything. I had a 6.5 inch lift installed but turns out I need lower ball joints and upper control arms and they failed to tell me any of that. Terrible customer service, they only care about their bottom dollar. Not the safety of their customers. Offered to make it right by installing lower ball joints if I brought the parts in. That's what should've been offered when the lift was being installed.

A friend of mine recommended me to get a set of tires and rims with this company. So I did As soon as I got there there was a man that asked me what I needed he kindly helped me. Then he walked with me inside to do my paper work.Once we where done that started working on my car, and the two man fixing my car where really appropriate and organized. I love the result of how my car looks and I totally recomen this place !!!Thank you for the people working outside they did a great job

New to the area. BIG MISTAKE coming here!! 1,600 for Ironman tires that go for 600 for all 4 online. I ve had this brand before. Poor quality. I figured it would be something else until they returned the vehicle and saw this brand. Place is OVER PRICED!

We were visiting from South Carolina and saw where my son s tire sensor was on and went to Texas Tire Center. The service was excellent, very prompt and proficient . I highly recommend this place for any tire service.

They service our entire fleet and always do a fantastic job. Advise on when it's not worth it to replace tires etc. Always find time for us. Thanks from the Surefire team.
